You don’t need a coach. 🤯 I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again because it’s something I constantly see in the coaching industry and I totally disagree. You don’t NEED one. Saying you need a coach perpetuates the idea that you’re not good enough. And you are. I love coaching. I love investing in myself. I do it all the time and it can be an amazing support. I’ve had amazing breakthroughs with a coach. And I also believe in integration. During my 18 month coach training I learned so much. Then I took a break and in that integration period I had some of the biggest breakthroughs and identity shifts of my life. My way of being shifted when I leant into self. There are seasons (you define their length) where not having a coach can be so beneficial because it allows you to integrate. You get to cocoon and look within and embody your learning. And if you never hire a coach you will still be good enough. Don’t believe the myth that you’re not. I don’t want clients who need me. I don’t want clients who go into debt to work with me. I don’t want clients who expect me to fix and empower them. I want clients who are self-leaders and know the benefits of support and integration. That are self-empowered because they know they are good enough and they are still open to learning, growing, and support. There is a massive difference. Can you see it? So next time someone tells you, you need to invest in yourself . Get curious. Ask yourself is this really my truth? Maybe it’s the perfect time for you to get support from a coach. Let them be your mirror. Quantum leap with accountability. And maybe it’s not.
