As someone who studied MSc in Psychology and spends a fair share amount of time reading research for my blog. I wanted to create something simple, yet entertaining for people who struggle with anxiety, yet for whatever reason they are unable to visit CBT.
Although I call this my first book, it is a mix of book and journal. Two-thirds of it is exercises that anyone who has anxiety or feels unease can use to relieve their worries. It's been a long time since I created a blog, Well today I'm just reading a selfhelp book about leadership, though I'm not sure why I'm reading this but I just saw it on bookstore and it seems like it's interesting and it's affordable so i bought it,
This book is about encouraging someone to continue to reach his goal and dreams, and as a leader it will emphasize how to be an effective leader.
There are some words as well that resonates with me where notion and conception have different meaning.
Notion refers to vague understanding or belief about something. It implies less concrete or less informed view. It can be an opinion or perception that doesn't have any deep understanding or knowledge.
On the other hand Conception means certain beliefs with more concrete information and understanding. It implies clearer or more comprehensive understanding. It often involves a deeper level of knowledge, interpretation, or analysis.
