Look at how gentle he is with Metaurus!!
From now on, I will be referring to Metaurus as his dad. That man felt so much guilt for so long and here he is seeing his boy all grown up rivaling everything in his path.
Also, look at Titus' concerned face when he kneels down to check on Metaurus. THATS HIS FATHER!

I have small theories about Titus’ immunity to chaos/corruption (as someone who is trying and started to understand the lore), make do as you wish
1) he’s already been touched by corruption (I hate to give that weasel Leandros a benefit of the doubt) but more specifically by Khorne.
Being overwhelmed by rage and anger when he was a child, that they might have overpowered any feelings of fear
covered in blood/red when he was adopted by the ‘old man’, Metaurus ?. Could make a pretty neat foreshadowing
Speaking of neat foreshadowing, when Metaurus (?) was trapped in his head and saw Titus stabbed him, corrupted Titus’ armor had a symbol on his back quite similar to someone belonging to Khorne
2) maybe it’s a birth defect or a head trauma from his youth, but Titus has a damaged amygdala. He’s fearless…. because he can’t process danger.

Syama Pedersen (guy who made Astartes) helped with the 40k episode of Secret Level and it shows. His influence on the animated portrayal of space marines as a whole shows, honestly

Spoilers for the Secret Level episode
So Leandro’s is the one who recommended Titus for this mission.
It said that the casualty rate was going to be absolute. No survivors.
HE SENT HIM ON A SUICIDE MISSION?!?!
I know the death watch kill team was one but still!
I’m just livid and pissed at Leandros now. Either he had complete faith “lol like Titus is going to die, this will be a breeze for him” or he was thinking “guess he’ll die a hero and no one will ever know I originally reported him to the inquisition”.
I’m just mad now.
Also did anyone else laugh when it was revealed that the coffin they were dragging along had a blank/null in it?
