Nestled along the desolate and mist-shrouded shores of Cavalier Cove, this unassuming cottage looms as a haunting reminder of the mysterious forces that simmer just beneath the surface in Brindleton Bay.

Here, the saltwater's briny scent carries with it the hushed tales of merfolk curses, enveloping the surroundings in an eerie foreboding. Approaching this cursed dwelling beckons the lurking presence of the malevolent sea hag, who practices her dark arts within these walls, forever bound to the ceaseless rhythm of the restless ocean.

The sea hag is...Ursula. They love tempting people into tragic bargins, with this new version specializing in trading your most valued aspects for bodily transformation. They also like drowning and eating sailors that get close to thier lair. Thier gaze can frighten and slow you, they're as strong as a horse, and they have glowing lights under thier skin!

One slimy Sea Hag with barnacles, small octopus or squid, and a star fish.

Made her hair to mimic the sea weed as camouflage.

Materials include: one of a kind hand-spun yarns comprised of wools, recycled cotton and silks, and sheep locks.

Beading is stitched in by hand. Driftwood found on the beach.

Demia the teenage sea hag, and Tudsetrold ("toad troll") the awakened black cat. Sometimes your players adopt a creature and sometimes those creatures get along. I don't know if these two are funky siblings, or if Tudsetrold is some kind of weird uncle to Demia.

On the left, trolls are 9 ft (2.7 m) regenerating giants, some of whom can control thier easily-separated limbs even after dispatched!

On the right, the sea hag! 5-6 ft (1.5-1.8 m) sadistic fey that can pass through walls, squirt ink, and make a rough copy of you out of seaweed!
