So I won't be drawing everyone because that would take years off my life lol but in terms of my current HCs for 1A talents, its:

Details about Love Scout that I find interesting after the first two episodes:

The obvious female CEO/male secretary premise

The single dad apparently due to divorce (I thought maybe he was widowed, but they say this specifically)

The single dad who takes a parental leave for a whole year to help his daughter's mental health. If this is really a thing, I am amazed, but also, this leads to 4...

The father getting professionally punished for leaving the workforce as we know that women do often, maybe not so directly but I find it interesting to have him get put in that circumstance (this is before he works for her)

Female CEO is cold and perfectionist and supposedly scary, but she seems mostly grumpy and is mostly passive-aggressive toward him, but her reasoning is due to a substantive interaction they had before he works for her and I like that she has good reasons to dislike him and he understands them.

Despite being a perfectionist in her work outcome, she is a total disaster and he is brought in because of his super dad organizational skills and I find that very charming.

She is clumsy and yes I know this is an overdone charming "fault" but this lady literally hits her head on everything, can't work the door and generally is injuring herself constantly and I appreciate the level of commitment to this characterization and also that he literally baby proofs her office to keep her from injuring herself.

Male lead is super endearing as a single dad, clearly over maxed in all his responsibilities and continued in his old job where he was mistreated and now moved into this new job that he isn't particularly enthused about because it is paying him more and he can't not work since he has to feed his kid.

We get the fun classic "get the right kind of coffee by the assistant" scenes where this poor man is running around and figuring shit out and I very much rooted for him and loved the role reversal.

So yeah, this is a good start for me personally.

the world of Kirby is hilarious to me because Dream Land is the happiest gumdrop rainbow world you'll ever see, and its king and all his friends like to beat the crap out of each other for fun

and then you have Meta Knight, who has such a lust for violence that he must play Fight Club with Kirby every so often, or else he goes crazy and starts blasting cities with his battleship

(and even when he is so satiated, that need to fight is what things like the Jamba Heart and ID-F86 have preyed on when they tried to brainwash him into evil)

I think about Silco running his own charity. A lot of crime bosses did something of the sort to not just give them a decent public image, but also to somewhat engender loyalty from the local community. Al Capone opened a soup kitchen during the Great Depression that fed over 2,000 people a day (not with his own money though).

So yeah, while Silco definitely ran Zaun with an iron grip, he absolutely could have employed tactics real crime bosses did that would make the greater Zaun favorable to him. He could have opened his own soup, thrown block parties with really great food, or he could have even opened a cultivair, which is just an enclosed park in Zaun, chembarons in LoL lore actually do that.

Personally, I think in a world where Silco and Vander stayed together, Silco would have invented the Zaunite version of the Girl Scouts (unisex).

a Boston fact I think is overlooked when it comes to Scout headcanons is that Boston has an annual marathon and Scout is a runner. I fully believe as soon as he was old enough to enter he’d win at least one of them. definitely one of those things he bring up to impress people

By Glow Up, how much? Because often, YRZ rarely puts work into his appearance unless it's for serious events or his occupation. Other than that, he's mostly neat and tidy or a bit of a slob. Like, what did he do to achieve it?

When has Yrz ever half assed anything? He goes full throttle. He works out, he has a very expensive stylist for his hair, he learns makeup, he studies fashion magazines like they’re holy books. Basically he does everything except get physical surgery lmao.

His appearance is part of his job here because he represents the saja boys and how Yrz looks reflects on them. So Yrz pays attention to it (maybe like too much?? Yrz knows not how to chill. The saja boys aren’t sure Yrz is human because who’s put together 24/7??? Yrz is like that one guy who’s impossible to get a bad picture of.)

Yrz has his own small but very devoted fanclub lol. If you put him in a line up with the other male idols no one would be able to tell the difference.

During this season there's been endless speculation about how the finale would involve Mark having to choose between saving Gemma or saving Helly. Mark, understood as a single entity (I'm convinced this is why I've seen so much anger at how slow the reintegration process turned out to be), would have in his hands the power to condemn one of these two women and save the other. And the fans speculating about this were clear about their preferences, and what they expected from this storyline: a definite proof of which of them was Worthier loved by the male lead the most. That's what all the arguments about how well, Mark mustn't have loved Gemma that much, if he wasn't romantically interested in her when they met without memories of each other in the severed floor (nevermind that Mark wasn't feeling any particular connection with Helena on the outside either).

Turns out things are more complex than that. The choice ended up being very, very different. It was about Mark giving up something, but not the way these theories went no matter how much some might try to deny it now. And Gemma is alive, and out, which I'm sure will be a downer for people who wanted her to be definitely-dead-and-out-of-the-way to remove any semblance of complexity in these wonderfully written relationships. But that's all unimportant now I sit here awaiting season 3 even more eagerly than I did season 2, all because I desperately want to see more of her.

I love that the Chairmen are like the lameos of The Strip. Like it just says so much about how the Boot Riders were that they are just so fine being like Vegas cool guys.

Everyone at The Tops sans Benny is content, happy and fine with how things play out. They just like having food, women and something to do. Like occasionally they have to use some of their tribal warrior skills when threats like the Courier pop up but they are like if you took mountain lions and gave them a kitty spa day and now they refuse to leave.

Of course, the other families think they’re boring like one of them is literally eating bitches and The Tops just has the worst Wasteland’s Got Talent contestants as premiere acts.

my favourite thing about mark s. is that he's just a little bit unrenderable. like adam scott is soooo stunning but i feel like nobody can quite draw him. can't quite get the essence of his features. it's the zendaya phenomenon all over again. mark serves face but took the "render not my creation in miniature" too seriously 😭 render not at all apparently
