one thing that's so special about teen wolf, and i'll always adore it for, is that they never shy away from sciles being the heart of the show. even with their romantic relationships, even with stydia being a 6 season slowburn, their relationship is the heart of it. the love they have for each other, how they'd do anything for each other, that is the heart of it all, always. as jeff davis said, they're the real love story of the show.

i complain often about tvd being at its best when it focused on the salvatore brothers for example, and how it's something they never really got, but teen wolf got it. from the first day they casted tyler and dylan they knew they had to be the beating heart of the show, and they were right.

"something something stiles is better" "something something scott is better" there is no stiles without scott. there is no scott without stiles.

Sexuality Headcanon: Homo or bisexual. Gender Headcanon: Male. A ship I have with said character: Sterek, but he hates Derek because he's in love with Scott and sees him as a rival. Derek despises Stiles for the same reason. And sometimes they hate-fuck each other. A BROTP I have with said character: Sciles, because duh A NOTP I have with said character: Steter when Peter isn't an abuser. I'm not a fan of Peter, but I read some good fics where he's an asshole to Stiles. But other than that I don't like that ship. A random headcanon: He's a twisted little cuck and enjoys the thought of Scott fucking his girlfriend with his big true alpha cock. Lydia is on the case. General Opinion over said character: He's a great character and totally deserves his popularity. But his fandom is trash and sort of ruined him for me. That said I missed having him by Scott's side in the movie.

You asked for some prompts and I was thinking maybe omega stiles is dating Scott, but Scott leaves him for Allison so Stiles feels undesired and like if he isn't a good omega, and in comes Alpha Derek showing him that he is a better omega than Allison. Later on Scott gets jealous and tries to have Stiles back amd tries to conquest him but it is too late and Derek shows Scott who Stiles's Alpha is now. It can be explicit or not whichever you prefer.

Oh, I am always feral for some good ol' whump!Stiles in the form of previous horrible relationships destroying his confidence! I think I'm too much of a Sciles BROTP truther to have it be Scott & Allsion who hurt him, but I could definitely see this working for me with maybe Theo & Kate 👀

A random headcanon: Technically stole this from @blazenhearts <3 He quit the FBI and became a mechanic instead. Self-taught, of course, from the numerous times he's had to figure out what's wrong with Roscoe while stranded in the middle of some supernatural bullshit (not to mention he's a tad traumatized after the last mechanic he went to was crushed under his jeep, thank you for that, Jackson). Definitely opens his own garage in Beacon Hills.

General Opinion over said character: He is one of my favourite comfort characters, and the show wouldn't be the same without him -having said that, the most popular fanon version of him is wildly mischaracterized and overrated.

A ship I have with said character: i think more accurately the question is ships I don't have bc this man has chemistry with the whole cast but my faves are Steter, Stargent, Stetopher, and Sciles oh wait and Scisaac but only in rly specific ways oh wait Stalion DUH

A random headcanon: i've been thinking a lot about Stiles' mild klepto tendencies bc i think he carries a little mold to press keys into that he then uses later when he makes copies, and he probably has a little RFID type cloning device for key cards and electric readers. Also he probably has a little lockpicking multitool as well? i love this boy and his crimes

General Opinion over said character: 14 years later and I'm still mentally unwell about one boy from an MTV teen supernatural romance drama and by god was that show BAD but now i'm seven years into a professional writing career and I spend most of my free time trying to get this guy railed by werewolves in my little internet stories that somehow thousands of people read so i guess things are going pretty well all things considered. I'm pretty sure my mom and I used to just called Teen Wolf the "Stiles Show"
