Goofy and Donald were so excited to see my friend and I as a Mage Heartless and Sora, respectfully, at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Goofy told us he remembered being a sea turtle in Atlantica and how he was excited for our new pirate adventures coming soon! Donald and Daisy fought over the Keyblade and Daisy shamed Donald for not healing me when I needed it. Note: You cannot wear cosplay to Disney Parks on regular days, but you CAN during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party during select nights. 🎉Happy New Years!! ❤️ Jumping in on the year’s end roundup with some (not all) of my favorite costumes from this year!!! 2017 was a pretty solid year for me in terms of cosplays; I experimented a lot with new techniques and materials, made new friends, and had a really good time at the cons I went to!! I’m looking forward to 2018 with open arms and hope to continue developing my skills and growing both as a person and as costumer. ✨

I need to give a special shoutout to my two roommates @nana-cai and @automb for being insanely supportive during concrunch hell and honestly if it weren’t for them half these cosplays would just have not happened 🙏🏼 ❤️❤️❤️ Happy Holidays everyone!

Mickey Mouse was absolutely beside himself when he saw my friend and I as a Mage Heartless and Sora, respectfully. He compared shoes to mine, we battled the Heartless and he proudly wielded the Keyblade. It truly was magic.

Hi all!! I decided to make myself a ko-fi for a couple reasons. As some of you might know, I work professionally as a freelance costumer, and as such I basically live from contract to contract. My daywork takes up a lot of my time and energy, leaving me pretty burned out when it comes time to work on my personal costumes.

Normally cost isn’t too much of an issue when it comes to my cosplays; I budget and spend money on conventions, traveling, and materials only after all necessary expenses are paid off (rent, school loans, groceries, etc.) However, my sewing machine of 10+ years broke down this past year, and I’ve been borrowing my roommate’s super basic machine in the meantime. I’ve been saving up to buy myself a new one (not a basic one, but a reaaally nice one with computer embroidery functions!) but had to dip into those funds for little things like fixing my car, computer, and my physical health.

A little bit can go a long way, and is very much appreciated!! If you like my work and want to help a girl out, then you can buy me a “coffee”!! And if you don’t want to donate, just reblogging this post helps too!

Meeting some Princess of Light was amazing! Ariel and I spoke of our adventures together, Rapunzel and I talked about how a Keyblade would be great at making stew at The Snuggly Duckling, and Tiana grooved with a Heartless and a kid with poor fashion sense.
