GLOW UP GUIDE FOR 2025⠀
READ: On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And considering that 2025 is precisely these many days away, why not start with our glow up plan already?
Physical Glow Up-
BODY
— 5-10K steps a day.
— 7-8 hours of sleep.
— workout everyday for 1 hr atleast- yoga/stretching/pilates/cardio/lifting weights. a workout may take one hour, but your mood will be boosted for the next 12 hours.
— posture training.
— sunlight exposure after waking up for at least 10 minutes.
NUTRITION
— 2-3 liters of water every day.
— limit your caffeine intake.
— avoid sugars as much as you can.
— high protein diet, pre and probiotics.
— more fruits and veggies (+ green smoothies if you like).
— no junk/processed food/trans fat.
— no eating after 8 pm.
SKINCARE
— be clear on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive).

domestic!sevika whose mind can't stop thinking about returning home to you the moment she steps out of the house for work. an instantly sigh of relief when her keys clank against the wooden table, scurrying off her heavy boots and making a beeline to wherever you could be. who without a fail allows herself to fall into your grasp, feeling all her muscles and aches fade away.

“babyyyy”, you hear somewhere behind the couch in your boyfriend’s whiney voice. turning your head around, you see his tired face looking at you pleadingly, his silky black hair pushed back by his pink hello kitty hairband.
smiling gently at him, you question “yeah? what do you need baby?”.
his eyes blinking slowly at you, tiredness evidently in them, the black circles slightly visible even with the concealer under his eyes.
“could you help me do my skincare? i am…so very exhausted, i can’t even hold my arms up long enough to wash my face.”, and by the gentleness in his voice and his dropped shoulders, you know he’s telling the truth.
immediately getting up, instead of responding with your words, you hold your hand out for him to take it.
smiling small at you, he takes it.
you lead him to your bathroom before you point to the bathroom counter.
“sit.”
groaning, he responds “i can’t jump up there right now, can i just sit on the toilet?”
smiling gently at him, you stretch on your tippy toes to kiss his cheek before responding “of course, whatever’s more comfortable for you.”
sitting down, jeonghan finally closes his eyes, waiting for you to start.
you start with micellar water to remove the rest of his makeup, being extremely gentle around the eyes area. then you move to oil cleansing, gently rubbing your fingers against his soft cheeks. after thoroughly washing the oil off, you move to the cleanser, just as a means to remove any excess oil left on his skin.
somewhere between you gently applying the toner and the moisturiser, jeonghan’s head starts to slide downwards, a tell that he’s slowly falling asleep.
kissing his lips gently to wake him up, you whisper “let’s brush our teeth and go to sleep.”
opening his eyes, he looks up at you with red eyes from exhaustion. blinking once, twice, he suddenly grabs your hips before he pulls you close, resting his head against your stomach, letting his arms wrap tightly around your waist.
whispering softly, he says “just one more minute…i haven’t been able to spend this much time with you in weeks…i miss your warmth and hugs so much…i miss my home..”, his slurred words tell you that he definitely isn’t fully aware of the things he’s telling you, that he also isn’t aware just how much the words affected you.
blinking your tears away, you softly push his hair back, scratching his scalp in the process as a way to comfort him. “okay. one more minute.”
after five more minutes of him hugging you and you two brushing your teeth, as you lay in your bed with him in your arms, his soft breath tickling your neck as he lays his head on your chest, there’s only one thought going through your mind.
i missed my home too. so much.

in this post we'll be talking about habits and little ways in which u can improve ur health and appearance without doing anything too drastic. a micro-glow up to stay polished…💬🎀
DRY SHAMPOO ;
dry shampoo helps with smell and reducing oil and all in all just a rly super useful tool that i hope we're all taking advantage of! so to use it simply divide ur hair into sections and shake the canister before application.
make sure that u hold it at least 10-12 inches away from ur roots. and then just brush it out and voila. just get the dry shampoo that matches ur hair color. so for me i have black hair so i'd purchase a dry shampoo that is designed specifically for dark hair.
WRAP UR HAIR AT NIGHT ;
create a protective barrier around ur hair at night to prevent frizz. with things like silk wraps and bonnets etc. treat ur hair LIKE A BABY. be super gentle to it so it can be soft and moisturized. if ur hair is more coarse or thick use the dominican tubi wrap.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHAMPOO ;
so theres a difference between ur everyday shampoo and a CLARIFYING shampoo. a clarifying shampoo is simply more of a deep clean so if ur using a clarifying shampoo EVERY single day you'll find that ur hair is lowkey straw-like and thats not the move.
clarifying shampoo is a super deep cleanse for ur scalp and u shouldn't be using it every single day…💬🎀
furthermore using a scalp scrub once a week or two weeks to stimulate ur scalp is rly rly wonderful. to just kind of do a deep clean of ur scalp and stimulate blood flow which can also help hair growth.
IF YOU HAVE ACNE ;
i used to have bad acne so i think im qualified to talk EXTENSIVELY on this subject but i won't make this section of the post too lengthy but i think these tips are valuable if ur struggling with acne…💬🎀
♡ invest in a pimple popping tool kit
u can literally get these off of amazon and u can learn to use them via youtube but as long as u store them properly and use them properly u can get rid of whiteheads and black heads safely and most effectively.
when doing an extraction wash ur hands and the area that ur about to extract from to make sure u have a super clean base. also make sure to soften the skin with a warm washcloth before starting. i've found that it minimizes pain.
hot tip : warm water opens pores and cold water tightens pores which is why when doing an extraction its important to use warm water and when ur done wash with cold water…💬🎀
♡ use blotting papers if u have oily skin
♡ invest in adorable and effective pimple patches
THE IMPORTANCE OF FACE MASKS ;
make sure to understand ur skin type/skin concerns before committing to a specific face masks. for example if u have more oily skin use a clay mask once or twice a week, if u have dryer skin go for a hydrating face mask. i rly rly LOVE sheet masks.
ALL ABOUT BROWS ;
wash ur brows with a gentle cleanser and make sure to keep them groomed cuz it makes ur eyes look bigger and gives u a more rejuvenated look. plus it makes u look very clean. dont forget to wash ur brows because washing them stimulates growth + prevents ingrown and painful pimples within or around ur brows.
ALL ABOUT EARS ;
DONT OVERLOOK UR EARS. make sure to clean in and around ur ears. like when ur showering just take ur finger with a little bit of gentle cleanser and just clean the shell of ur ear, the lobe, behind ur ears etc. do this on a daily basis. it literally takes 2 seconds.
and to clean ur ears DONT use a cotton swab. ik it feels rly good sometimes but what it does is just push the wax back into ur brain or whatever so instead take a cotton ball and soak it in some warm water, hydrogen peroxide and mineral oil and just tilt ur head to the side <- so that the opening of ur ear is facing up and hold for about a minute and then tilt ur head back and let the fluid drain out.

Hashira boys & Muzan reacting to their s/o asking to pamper them for a day
You had planned a full day of pampering for your man. This day included a full facial, a relaxing bath, a full body massage, a pedicure and manicure for your man. You planned to pamper and care for them the entire day. So you asked them and after some convincing, your man relented and let you do as you please. You started off the day with serving him breakfast. After that you had him sit back and relax as you had him soak his feet in hot water. While he soaked his feet, you started on his face by tying his hair back out of his face. You began to clean his face with a cleanser and gently wiped it clean with a hot towel. After you cleaned it you applied a toner.
After that you applied a moisturizing sheet mask. While you waited for the sheet mask, you began to work on his feet. Using an exfoliator, you removed the calluses and dead skin. You then trimmed and shaped his toenails. To finish up with his feet you massaged a lotion into his feet. Despite his previous reluctance, you could hear him groaning in satisfaction. Once the face mask was done you removed it and applied a moisturizer to his face. You massaged the moisturizer into his skin.
After that you brought him to the bathroom and ran a hot bath for him. Once the water was ready, he got in and you gently began to wash his hair. You raked your finger through his hair, gently massaging his scalp as you applied shampoo. You gently raked and combed it through his hair. You had him lean forward as you rinsed it. After that you applied a conditioning hair mask. While the hair mask sat, you gently began to clip and shape his finger nails. You applied a soft exfoliate to his hands and massaged them. Once his hands were done you rinsed his hair. After drying his hair you brought him to the living room.
You then laid down a soft towel and a pillow and had him remove his clothes and lay face down on the towel. You sat on his butt and applied some moisturizing lotion and began to massage his back and shoulders. You rubbed deep into each knot in his muscles and forced them to release their tension. He moaned while you did this. As you moved along his back you massaged his shoulders, neck and arms. After that you massaged his lower back and legs. He groaned and felt completely relaxed. After the massage, you brought him food and told him to just relax.

Originally he was against the idea since he thought it was too feminine but after much begging he finally agreed. He was surprised to have enjoyed it. His favorite part was the full body massage as well as when you washed his hair. He plans to make you pamper him more often and make it a regular thing.
