I've been listening to the songs with reverse characters for awhile and finally finding one is pretty cool :D

This is based on some scene from the one shot, I had to make some creative liberties so try reading it for context.

Aight, you've sold me on Pavia x Satsuki.

And now, Waiter, Waiter, I require a date.

What have I done...

If you asked anyone about Pavia, you might hear mixed responses. Some might say he's a funny guy, a little tricky and mischievous, but not ill-intentioned or malevolent. Some might say he is a menace, rude and weird, just another rare arcanist Vertin recruited.

If you asked a specific set of people, however, you may receive an answer like "Mr Pavia is not a bad person, just a little hard to deal with. He means no wrong but, he seems to have a unique past."

All of these descriptions are about a weird, unique and rare man who is perceived as a strange and rather rude man. His signature seductive smile, unbuttoned and bold clothes and multiple tattoos covering his arms. A "bad boy", if you want to call him that way.

If you compared that to the man nervously standing at the door of one of the rooms, you might not believe they're the same person.

"Argh! I'm too early? Girls take longer to prepare, don't rush it. Repeat it again."

The Pavia standing in front of the door is a nervous man, checking his clock, fidgeting with his new, buttoned to the top shirt and elegantly brushed platinum hair. His glasses are off, hanging by the collar of his shirt, and his signature smile replaced by an anxious frown.

His first official date with his girlfriend, and he's not half as confident as one might expect.

"So what do you say once she comes out?" Pavia leaned against the wall, holding a bunch of rare flowers he got from the wilderness, Satsuki's favorites. "Hi? Nah, too cold. Hello darling! Ew no, who are you? The lesbian?"

He didn't have longer to ponder over a greeting, the door slowly opened by his side, making him stand straight and, for the unknown time in the last few minutes, fix the collar of his shirt.

Satsuki came out of her room, having to look up to meet Pavia's eyes and greet him with a sweet smile.

"Ah, Pavia!" Her broken English only made her look more angelic as she leaned over for a small hug, one that got reciprocated almost immediately. "I hope you have not been waiting for too long!"

"Don't worry about it, I just got here!" A shameless lie that Satsuki seemed to believe.

Once they separated, he took his time to look at his girlfriend in detail. She wore a more formal and colourful dress than usual, he doesn't know the exact name, but Satsuki told him about it during one of their many hangouts. Her beautiful brown hair held some curls, probably by the different treatment she has been using upon entering the suitcase. She looked stunning.

Of course, one cannot forget about the handcuffs on her wrists she seems to carry around proudly. Pavia had found himself intrigued by these the first time they met, being the first ever conversation they had when they first met.

"Ah, uhm" When Pavia looked back at Satsuki's face, she held a slight blush and a sheepish smile. "P-please don't stare in complete silence, it makes me feel a bit shy."

"You stunned me with your beauty, can't expect me not to appreciate it." Satsuki giggled at Pavia's response, lightly hitting his arm with her elbow. "And before I forget. I picked these for you."

Satsuki's eyes shined when the flowers entered her sight, she held them gently in her hands and close to her chest. "T-thank you for your kindness, Pavia! I'll put these in, in water and come back!"

"Take your time!" Satsuki walked inside her room for a second, and Pavia sighed in relief, nothing went wrong yet. "ben fatto, amico mio"

After Satsuki came out of her room, Pavia offered his arm for her to wrap hers around, saying that it is only a formality. In fact, he wasn't ready to hold her hand side by side.

The date had been planned a week in advance, having to get permission to go out from the timekeeper as well as an approximate of time to come back to the suitcase safely. Otherwise, Sonetto will end up appearing to get the reports.

And Pavia and Sonetto don't share the best relationship in the suitcase.

"Mm, you're allowed to walk out as you please. Remember to come back in 6 hours." Vertin said the incantation to unlock the suitcase before sending the two outside.

"T-Thank you Ms Timekeeper! I promise to come back in time!

"Don't freeze my Gelato this time, will you?"

Satsuki and Pavia walked out of the suitcase, greeted with the warm sun above their head and the bustling streets. Oh, they seem to come out of a corner.

"Tch, how shameless. In the middle of the streets?" Pavia complained as he helped Satsuki walk out of the corner. Vertin surely had a weird habit of placing her suitcase anywhere.

Satsuki let go of Pavia's arm to look around for a moment, recognizing the place. "I think she did it on purpose!" The streets were easy to recognize, as they had discussed this place with Vertin a week prior to today.

"Mm, well, I guess I owe her a thank you."

Pavia and Satsuki both walked down the streets, passing by bustling shops and restaurants. Their date didn't consist of much, just go with the flow and before going back, eat something fancy.

That is, of course, what they're going to do.

"You look funny!" Satsuki said to Pavia, watching as he placed a bunny hat on top of his head.

"Is that so? I was hoping to look cute." His smile is back on his face, the hat looks out of place on someone like him, standing tall and hunched over. It's funny, but cute.

"I never said you were not cute." Satsuki fished out a pink ribbon and stood in toes to place it on top of the hat, a perfect match. "You're cuter now!"

Pavia laughed in response, a heartfelt laugher as he looked himself in the mirror. So out of his style, yet oddly fitting for him.

"I think it's time to give you a change of style too, don't think I'll be the only one!"

"Noooo" such a protest was obviously faked, Satsuki allowed herself to be dragged to a different part of the store by Pavia to try different accessories.

Dark sunglasses on her face, a chain around her neck and a pretty ring on her index finger, something so out of style for a lady dressed in pink with bunnies, but so fitting at the same time.

"Such a funny look on you" Pavia held Satsuki's cuffed hands as he said that, teasing, making Satsuki smile teasingly as well.

"Not a cute one?"

"Who are you talking to?" Pavia ruffled her hair with his hand "Definitely a cute look on you as well."

Who paid was a problem that solved itself, they paid for each other's things and went on their merry way, receiving looks as they did but not truly caring at all.

"You still wanna go to a fancy restaurant?" They had an hour left, the time went flying between walking around and pointing at things around the place.

They sat in an empty park, illuminated by the lightbulbs on the streets. The stars shine bright above them, as if to show them a different view to end their date.

"Not really." Satsuki leaned ok Pavia, head on his shoulder and a bag of cookies in her hand. "Can we stay here and eat what we brought instead?"

"I thought you'd never ask! Fancy restaurants are not my thing." Pavia took off his bunny hat to mess with his hair, the day made it messy, and he liked it that way.

"I just like the peace of being by your side."

"Aren't I supposed to be the romantic one?"

Satsuki giggled quietly, handing a cookie to Pavia, who took it gently from her hand.

"I like to be the romantic one more."
