He wanted to ask if the man was okay, if he’d been hurt, if he needed anything, but for some reason when he opened his mouth the first thing that came out was “That door was locked, wasn’t it?”

He always came in through his garage, so unless he’d left his front door unlocked all week long, it must have been locked, right?

“Locks can’t keep us out,” Mithrun replied haughtily. “All doors open for my kind.”

“Oh,” Kabru said, not knowing how to respond to that.

Silly Game Time: WEIRD GLADIATOR FIGHTS! One of Santa's Elves. They're very small and not physically stong, but they are armed with their standard-issue hammer and screwdriver for making toys, one bottle of ginger-spray (like pepper spray that smells christmasy), one jingle-bomb (it strobes red and green and makes loud ringing noises) and one festive shotgun that only has two cartridges. VS One Yeti. They're big and strong, have claws and fangs, and have a hide as thick as a bear's.

You've got $5 to wager on who will win (no split wagers). Place your bet!

You know what, I'm gonna bet the elf. Those guys are crafty, the little guy could probably manage to avoid the yeti's attacks long enough to get some good hits off.

Dear children of the world, here's a message written just for you on such holy day;

Parents, stop sending us letter that look like they've been eaten and regurgitated by a llama. Just write them yourself. We do not care that your two year old knows how to write, if we can't read it, it's just as useless.

If you're wondering why it is that Santa didn't bring you exactly what you asked for, it's probably because your handwriting is trash and he can't read your letter. Hussle more at school next year and then maybe he'll consider your complaints.
