In the 1950s, Artists' Equity held several fundraising balls. The 1958 edition was called the Spring Fantasia Masquerade Ball, held at the Hotel Astor. There was a printed portfolio that featured ads from businesses that were drawn by the artist members. The businesses paid the fee but had no idea what the artists were going to come up with. This one, by Stuyvesant Van Veen, is for BVD.

Rise of the Guardian's Youtube Takeover

If you weren't there at the start, you probably missed the Rise of the Guardians custom Youtube Channel with all the trailers, character spots, Behind the Scenes, and voice actor interviews. The Awakening

Set in New Orleans, Kate Chopin’s 1899 novel, The Awakening, touches on 19th century feminism, identity, and societal themes. Under the art direction and creative leadership of Nancy Bernardo and Christopher Kurts, a dozen international collage artists collaborated to illustrate the book.
