Fresh from his victory over the former Pirate King, Monkey D. Luffy is back, ready to fight for his cook to the bitter end! This time he's up against his friend and ally princess Nefertari Vivi, who after a sound defeat over a former Warlord, is looking to add an Emperor to her hit list.

Will Luffy win the day and the heart of his beloved chef? Will Princess Vivi secure her prince and live happily every after?
