🌷 - a highschool social media au ll scaramouche x fem! reader -🌷

TUDO O QUE COMI PRA CHEGAR NA MINHA MF SEM DETONAR MINHA SAÚDE

INTRODUÇÃO: lembrando o que eu disse em postas anteriores, eu queria emagrecer e parecer saudável. eu queria ter a pele bonita, ter olhos brilhantes, cabelo cintilante. resumindo, queria ser uma magra Bella Haddid. fui da comunidade an4 na adolescência e sei muitos truques, mas eu não quis usar a maioria porque não queria ser magra prejudicando minha saúde (tive anemia grave pela 4na). então eu adaptei alguns truques. não faço MF, o que fiz foi fracionar as refeições de modo que eu comesse bastante ao longo do dia, mas em pequenas porções. esse "truque" foi essencial pra não sentir fome.

ESSA NÃO É UMA DIETA, ISSO É APENAS O QUE FUNCIONOU COMIGO SE VOCÊ NÃO GOSTOU, CONTINUE COM O QUE FUNCIONA PARA VOCÊ.

CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: eu acordo geralmente às 06:00 e tomo um copo generoso de água pra acordar o corpo. após acordar, faço um alongamento ou uma caminhadinha (nada pesado porque estou de jejum). em seguida, tomo meu café da manhã que consiste em: 01 fatia de pão integral acompanhado de 01 colher de sopa de ricota (uso a light em calorias da polenghi) OU 01 fatia de pão integral acompanhado de uma colher de sopa de geleia (uso a st dalfour porque é adoçada apenas com o suco da fruta) 01 um copo de iogurte triplo zero (uso o da verde campo). e OBRIGATORIAMENTE (regra que eu me coloquei) uma fruta. eu gosto de escolher as baixas em calorias. melão, pera, mamão, morango, melancia.

LANCHE DA MANHÃ: eu não costumo comer no lanche da manhã porque não sinto fome , mas meu horário na academia é às 10:00, então faço o seguinte pré-treino: 01 colher de CHÁ de creme de avelã (uso o da kopenhagen) OU 01 colher de CHÁ de doce de leite (uso o rocca) ou 01 colher de sopa de mel ALMOÇO: eu amo almoçar, então almoço bem sempre. eu tento sempre ter um almoço variado pra acabar não enjoado e sentindo vontade de comer outra coisa. mas meu almoço segue as seguintes regras:

01 salada crua (geralmente faço o básico alface, cebola em meia-lua, tomate, cenoura, às vezes repolho. tempero tudo com limão e sal) 01 salada cozida (faço o básico também: um pouco de ervilha; batatinha; brócolis; cenoura) 01 proteína magra (faço muuuito peixe, principalmente tilápia. gosto de fazer no forno, com azeite só pra untar a forma. como muito frango cozido e bem temperado, deixo desfiado e misturo com uma colher de sopa de ricota. eu não outras fontes de proteína animal porque não gosto)

01 fonte de carboidrato (adoro que seja purê de batata inglesa, tem pouquíssimas calorias e é super saudável. também faço de abóbora tem ainda menos calorias. como macarrão também, arroz integral. mas tudo em quantidades que caibam na minha dieta)

LANCHE: essa é a hora que estou trabalhando, então não posso ficar preparando nada muito elaborado. às vezes faço alguma receita rápida, mas quase sempre meu lanche é: 01 scoop de whey (uso o muke) + leite acompanhado de 01 porção de fruta (gosto de maçã ou abacaxi com canela, às vezes uma tangerina ou uma porção de morango com um quadradinho de chocolate derretido por cima)

JANTAR: como no almoço, eu não gosto de comer sempre a mesma coisa. então meu jantar segue apenas uma regra: SER LEVE. é, provavelmente, minha última refeição do dia, então não quero nada pesado. geralmente faço sopa (NADA DE SOPA ANA) com uma base de abóbora, mandioca/macaxeira/aipim, batata e uma proteína leve. às vezes faço um sanduíche de ovo (já falei várias vezes dele aqui). às vezes só quero uma fatia do meu pão australiano com geleia. às vezes só invento uma receita com alimentos mais leves. às vezes pão de que. às vezes pão folha (eu compro em um lugar aqui que vende alimentos mais saudáveis) com alguma proteína. e quando passa muito tempo e eu já estou perto da hora de dormir, só faço um mingau com farelo de aveia, cacau em pó e um pouquinho só de adoçante. sal laid on his bed, his prosthetic resting on his bedside table. he didn't take his eyes off the notification page, lightly biting his bottom lip before pressing accept.

to say he was surprised was an understatement. his hand fell beside his head, along with his phone. ignoring the few other notifications that made his phone buzz, he wasn't quite sure how he should react to this new revelation.
