im slowly settling with something that i like and ive got several moons sketched out already so. hopefully i can stick to a good schedule soon.

My Evil Old Woman Clangen Leader Sablestar

combining my current interest with my forever interest here is psych as warriors... quick blurb ab the plot and character details below

shawn is a kittypet living near a twoleg neighborhood. his dad (an ex thunderclanner) picked up and left the clan after separating from shawn's mother, and life with twolegs is all shawn has ever known. shawn has kind of started running off on his own, wandering around and he meets acornpaw (gus) - a medicine cat apprentice of thunderclan. the two become besties over time. shawn's "ability to be hyperdiligent "psychic" abilities are presented in the form of starclan - who he had heard tales of from his father, but always assumed that were just made-up stories - speaking to him. someway or another, acornpaw mentions it, and sablestar (chief vick) has her interest piqued. she decides to drag along her deputy, bristleheart (lassiter) and his apprentice, poppypaw (jules) to interrogate the kittypet. shenanigans ensue.

this is just the basic introductory plot! i would love to work on this more and i would love further recommendations. im not 100% set on names or designs yet (though pineapple is technically a valid warrior name) but any suggestions are much appreciated! here are some more character things i thought of hehe

shawn:

has a little pineapple pendant on his collar!! very protective of it.

knows very vaguely of the clans, as his father would sometimes tell him stories of his "glory days" in the forest.

has no intention of joining the clan... but probably hangs out there more than he does with henry or at the twolegplace.

probably has a longtail vs rusty esque fight with bristleheart, minus the getting his collar ripped off - that is where he draws the line!

acornpaw (gus):

tentatively the medicine cat apprentice right now, mostly because im only on season 3 and dont know if there are any fitting characters to be his mentor at the moment.

is very skilled at herb knowledge and applications

good friends with poppypaw, overall liked within the clan!

keeps his side of the med den very organized - he can't speak for his mentor's side.

bristleheart (lassie):

very judgemental and skeptical of shawn when he first learns about him - just like canon!

very short-furred cat - think an oriental shorthair - minus a very fluffy salt n peppa chest

someone please get this cat some brown contacts

decently young for a deputy, but he absolutely worked hard for his position

very overprotective of his clanmates (though he doesnt like to show it), especially his apprentice, poppypaw. she was wounded and left with a torn ear on one of her first border patrols and he feels very guilty that he wasn't able to stop it

poppypaw (jules):

pretty close to having her assessment! she has been working very hard to have a flawless warriors exam

doesn't mind her ear being torn - she thinks it looks really cool!

will often accompany acornpaw herb hunting

quick on her paws and very resourceful

sablestar (vick):

a noble and wise leader, very fit for her title!

still has all nine lives - i like to think shes a relatively new leader

while she keeps up a level-headed facade, she definitely has a silly side to her as well

leader mark is the white tabby "m-shape" on her forehead!

“Hummingbirdnose shuffled around, trying to find a half-seated, half-lying down position that didn't cause her belly to freeze, but didn't put too much strain on their old bones and joints either. ‘But at my age you're happy enough if you don't spend all of leaf-bare coughing. I've been eating some tansy every morning, crushed with a piece of cedar wood and mixed with a tiny bit of snow. You should try it! I think it's been working wonders to keep me healthy.’ Fireflyhum shifted on her paws, her tail curling tightly around her as she listened to the elder’s rambling musings about the old days and the peculiar remedies they swore by to keep their cough at bay. Honestly, it sounded disgusting, and Fireflyhum had already decided there was no way she’d be trying it. Still, she didn’t want to seem rude. ‘And, uh, it’s good you found something that helps. I-I’ll, um, keep that in mind if I ever get a cough.’ She dipped her head slightly, trying to appear sincere, even if the thought of actually eating the elder’s ‘cure’ made her stomach churn. Noticing that their young Clanmate had only taken a tiny bite of prey so far, Hummingbirdnose pushed the frog over to Fireflyhum. ‘Oh, and eat! You young cats got to be hungry in this weather. You need some meat on your bones if you want to hunt out in the cold.’ When the white-and-brown tabby nudged the frog toward her again, Fireflyhum forced a smile, though the mere sight of it made her want to barf. She didn’t want to offend the elder, so, with a quick gulp to steel herself, she lowered her head and took another bite. ‘Thank you,’ she murmured, swallowing hard. ‘But I’m not very hungry. You should have the rest—you need your strength, too.’ She gently pushed the frog back toward Hummingbirdnose, hoping the elder would understand. If she had to choke down another mouthful, she wasn’t sure she could keep it down.”

Check out this snippet from a member interaction in ShadowClan, one of the five Clans in the River Territory! They inhabit the Pine Forest southwest of the grand Gathering Island, and are led by Dawnstar, a logical yet judgmental leader.

Despite their history of interclan conflicts and alliances, ShadowClan is by far the most independent of the five. They’re ambitious, determined to forge an identity completely unique to their neighbors; they consider themselves superior to the other Clans due to their rejection of conventional ways of living, and push this belief by innovating new battle tactics and hunting techniques, like their use of traps to catch prey. Although they’re no longer fully nocturnal, their lives are still influenced by this history, as their territory is nearly completely shrouded in darkness even during the daytime.

After suffering fourteen moons in exile as a result of the other Clans’ malice, ShadowClan was eager to get their revenge, and thus became DuskClan’s fiercest—and only—ally in their conquest of the River Territory. When this alliance led to the disappearance of their leader Sablestar and the loss of their individuality, much of ShadowClan had a change of heart and rebelled; eventually, they set aside their grievances and helped their neighbors drive DuskClan out. They’re now working toward rebuilding their tarnished reputation and restoring the feeling of unity among their Clanmates after losing so much of it to the internal division DuskClan caused.

Petalkit (sister): Stormkit shivers at the breeze. Despite their small size and young age, Petalkit notices. "MEOW!" Their father, Mistlebat, looks at the kit and sees her pointing at Stormkit with her little paw. Mistlebat pulls them both closer.

Creekkit (sister): Falls into a slumber next to Stormkit.

Primkit (brother): Let's out an annoyed squeak when Stormkit flops on him.

MOON 2 (AGE 1)

Petalkit: "Stormkit! I was just wondering, where did you get your shiny pebble? The one that sits in your nest--Sorry, I was having a peak but there was this weird shiny thing that just....Y'know, was shiny." [....] "Near the stream, you mean out of camp? Dang it!" [....] "Wait, you'll get me one? Thank you, Stormkit!"

Petalkit has wasting disease.

Creekkit: "Stormkit, family means forever, right? We're always gonna be together? We're not gonna turn out like those siblings that fight all the time and stop liking each other, are we?"

["Of course not!"]

"Heh. Of course not. It was silly of me to even ask. Why would I ever stop liking you?"

Primkit: "Stormkit! Do you think I could climb up that big rock wall up there? What do you think is on the other side? Maybe it's that thing that turns cats into leaders, like when Riverstar bested that evil old cat! You know that one? I think it's the one Sablestar used. Maybe I'll ask him about it."

Slightly changed.

MOON 3 (AGE 2)

Petalkit: "Sorry, did you say something?"

["No."]

"No? Oh--But, hold up, I have a question. What do you think of Primkit? Out of curiousity?"

["Tacky."]

"Tacky? Yeah, me too. Thought I was the only one."

Creekkit: "Hey, Stormkit, can I share some of me fabulous wisdem?" [....] "Okay, get ready to have your mind--uh....explosion! Ahem, if you don't know what that bug is or didn't like it the first time, don't eat it."

Primkit: Compares the size of his paws with Petalkit. "Mine are bigger! Mine are totally bigger than yours! Heehee!"

Maybe Petalkit was mad and called him tacky for that.

MOON 4 (AGE 3)

Petalkit: [Stormkit watches as Petalkit chases her tail while Creek and Prim laugh hysterically].

Creekkit: "Stormkit. Buddy. Best friend. We've GOTTA try this. Fernroot told me that if you eat three mice, one rabbit, and howl at the moon, you get magic powers!" [....] "What? It's totally real, he wouldn't lie to me like that! I prommissseee."

Primkit: "Stormkit, Mistlebat says it's my turn with the mossball! You have to give it back!" [....] "Come onnnnn!" [....] "Hmph. That's it, I'm gonna tell on you!"

MOON 5 (AGE 4)

Petalkit: DIED FROM COMPLICATIONS CAUSED BY WASTING DISEASE.

Creekkit: Creekkit ignores Stormkit at first. Stormkit nudges her to get her attention. "Oh, Stormkit! I'm so sorry! It's just that...Look at this bug I found! I want to give him a name, but I've been thinking all day and just don't know! I was thinking of naming him Dasherbug. Oh, or Dancerbug! Or Prancerbug, or maybe Vixenbug...."

Note: I imagine that Creekkit was thinking about Petalkit, and made up the bug thing on the spot so that she didn't have to talk about it.

Primkit: "Stormkit! Stormkit!" [....] What do you think of this cool stick I found? I bet I could rule the entirety of RiverClan with it! Or even ShadowClan! Or every Clan in the WORLD! Woah, what if I could even rule all the Twolegs in the world, so they have to do everything I tell them?"

MOON 6 (AGE 5)

Petalkit: [Mistlebat, their father, tells a story about Petalkit to Stormkit].

Petalkit is sad about being apart from Mistlebat.

Creekkit: "Blackaster just told me the funniest joke ever! It went like--heehee--How did the--*snrk*--how did the--AHAHAHA!!!"

Primkit: "Stormkit! Stormkit! Stormkit! Stormkit! Stormkit!" [....] "...Hi!"

MOON 7 (AGE 6)

Stormpaw was attacked by a group of rats!

Petalpaw: Doesn't really understand what being in StarClan means.

Creekpaw: "Do you ever wonder what it's like up there? In StarClan, I mean. There must be loads of cats up there. Do you think they get any peace? Do they have camps? What about borders? I know they're said to be rather free-going and all, but I just sorta wonder....how do they manage it? I can barely handle staying in the apprentices' den since you and Primpaw are chattering on all the time! However they do it, they must be really patient and strong to handle all that chattering....."

Primpaw: "Oh, sorry, were you saving this shrew?" [Primpaw licks the entire shrew, then shoots Stormpaw a dirt-eating grin]. "Whoops. Guess it's mine now. Hehehe].

MOON 8 (AGE 7)

Creekpaw: "Hey, Stormpaw, what are we gonna do today?" [....] "What? You....need to get some chores done by yourself? Oh, okay....That's fine. I guess I'll find something else to do." [Creekpaw leaves so that Storm can work, tail drooping."

Note: After Petal and Prim died, Creekpaw wants to stick with her remaining family.

Primpaw: KILLED BY A FOX

MOON 9 (AGE 8)

Stormpaw recovered from the rat bites, but one of her legs is permentantly weakened, not helped by her already twisted foot she had from birth.

Creekpaw: "Ah--Hey, Stormpaw! Over here! Where have you been? I've been waiting for you to hit up the fresh-kill pile!....I'm so starving, I could eat a whole badger!" [....] "Ack, okay, that's kind of gross. Maybe not a badger, but like, a quail, or somthing. [The sisters chat happily as they grab food together].

MOON 10 (AGE 9)

Creekpaw: [Stares at her paws self-consciously after returning from a hunting patrol. Fernroot tries to reassure her, but Creek looks away]. "How am I ever gonna be a real warrior if I can't even catch my own prey?"

["Everyone struggles sometimes. You'll get it eventually, I'm sure of it!"]

"You're telling me you noticed I did bad on patrol?"

MOON 11 (AGE 10)

Creekpaw: [Stormpaw invites Creekpaw to sneak out at night together] "Erm...I think I'm okay. I'd prefer a quite night in, if that's alright with you. Make sure you're careful, though! I'll try and cover for you if you get caught, but, ah, no promises."

MOON 12 (AGE 11)

Creekpaw: [Stormpaw sneaks back to camp after a late night patrol, only to find Creekpaw waiting for her]. "Stormpaw! You're back! You were gone so long, I was starting to get worried....I thought you had been hurt, or gone missing, or--or--"

[Stormpaw presses into Creekpaw. "I'm alright."]

[Creekpaw presses againse her, still shaking with relief].

Creekpaw: "Hi, Stormpaw. I thought I heard someone talking about me earlier. Was it you? Did I do something wrong?"

MOON 14 (AGE 13)

Creekwater: "Ah, hey, Stormbright! Pretty nice out today, huh? [....] Wanna come soak up the rays with me? Gotta enjoy the sun while we still can. Pretty sure it's gonna rain tomorrow....See those clouds gatheirng? Ah....Gimme a second. Thinking about it too hard makes me dizzy."

Heres some info about them!

LeafClan: honestly their dynamic is still a WIP. ive been fixating on boneclan lmao 👍 their leader and her deputy are Mousestar and her sister Featherear. both use she/her pronouns, and featherear is a lesbian :)

Boneclan: basically my love for vulture culture put into a warriors clan. they have consumed all of my thoughts thusfar. they have a very strong connection to death, and collect the bones of their prey, fallen cats, and other bones they can find (and transport) in general as a way to honor the deceased. they believe that connection to cats and the sun, moon, and stars gives them closer access to starclan, and thus they keep the bones close to them. if a cat is shunned from the clan and dies, they will bury the body or drop them a ways down the river they live near, as this hides them from starclan and traps their spirit in the place they were left. (occasionally, the clan will forgive what that cat had done, dig them up, and display their bones). they also wear bones (similar to bloodclan with their dog teeth and collars) to honor the dead and keep them close and their spirits alive. usually theyre worn when going out on patrol and during celebrations or times of importance, like when an apprentice becomes a warrior.

before i continue rambling about them lol, here is their leader - Sablestar, and the bones he wears are the previous leaders skull (as a "hat") and tail vertebrae he can attach to his own tail. hes nonbinary and uses they/he pronouns

Hiding in the darkness, they have been waiting....

Ever since the great divide, Dazeclan, Driftclan and Deepclan have been content to mostly ignore each other as they go through the motions of clan life. Life in the abandoned twoleg city is difficult enough without adding in the bad blood and resentment born by their complicated pasts. That is at least until warriors start going missing. Driftclan is suddenly thrown into chaos by the disappearance of their leader Sablestar, leaving her lieutenant scrambling to pick up the pieces while Dazeclan is struggling to bring in enough prey to feed everyone and what about those shadowy figures seen in the Deepclan tunnels? Will the clans be able to band together figure out what is going on and more importantly, how to stop it before it is too late? Or will they fight alone for survival as the life they know slips away forever?

Hidden In Darkness Eternal or HIDE for short is a plot based, community driven warrior cats oc roleplay hosted on discord about three clans struggle for survival as the world they know starts to change. Masks, Menagerie Actual Play, Session 45 - Doctor Infinity is a Purple

The Sepia Squad’s final showdown with Dr. Infinity.

Doctor Infinity’s starfish-robot questions Charade about Charlotte Palmer by sending itself through her timeline. Charade deflects attention onto Hecate and the HHL. Mercury rescues her from the object’s subsequent attack. While Link escapes with an older Jason Quill, Concord faces off against an older Sablestar, and manages to gain the upper hand. He siphons away her special sword, sending her fleeing. Ghost Girl and Jaycee extract the older Charlotte from Pandemonium. Together with an assembled army of ghosts, they wield forces that draw Infinity’s attention, but close the wound.

Masks, Menagerie Actual Play, Session 44 - No One Beats up Jason Like Jason, part 2

Charlotte faces the I of the Storm.

Charade is disarming traps around the Wound site. She confronts Doctor Infinity, whose tech is involved in the traps and who intends to send her back to her home time. Charade manages to spring some of the traps on the android. Ghost Girl, Mercury, and Jaysee confront Pandemonium. Charlotte conjures a talisman – a comb with an image of her mother – to attempt to gain control. Mercury attempts to save JC, but the pair have to go back to rescue Charlotte as well, and the storm strikes, leaving JC to parry it. Concord and Link quickly double-team Facet and Sablestar, leaving Jason Quill behind. Leo tears through Jason’s nano-armor, stunning and mentally dominating him with a backup of his teenage mind stored in the Heart Factory.
