I know we're still a ways off (and I'm not asking for specifics because it's obviously a spoiler) but I'm pretty curious to see how you guys handle Bluestar's sendoff. For all of canons flaws, I do enjoy the idea of her final act being her coming back to her former self and dying not only to save Firestar, but the clan. If memory serves, her original death was given to Raventhroat in the original Redux, yeah? Which also makes me interested to see what you have in store for him too.

It was almost laughably easy to sneak to the hidden hole in the camp wall. Runningfoot was the one who was on guard that night, and he was obviously having trouble keeping his eyes open. Firepaw might have even been able to openly walk in the clearing and still remain undetected. He figured that this was the best case scenario for Raventhroat’s first sneakout.

In the first AU, the Boys convince Ravenpaw to stay, and they go to Bluestar together, with her believing them and banishing Tigerclaw. Some time later, Sandstorm and Silverstream start dating, and Sandstorm joins Riverclan. Shortly after Flickerkit is born, a loner queen leaves an eyeless kit to die, and Beekit is adopted by the Boys.

In the second AU, Jake goes with Talltail instead of going to his twolegs. Their daughter’s unique coat is seen as a sign from Starclan to allow more kittypets to join the clans. On one of Jake’s visits to the Twoleg place, he fathers Tiny, Princess, and Rusty via Nutmeg.

Do you think legends about Raventhroat and his sacrifice will eventually form in thunderclan?

Not merely his sacrifice! The story of a timid, incredibly anxious young cat growing up to be a confident mentor of a challenging apprentice (with great success, mind you) and the sharpest wit in his generation, culminating in a heroic end that any Clan cat could strive for, is inspiring to anyone. Everyone who knew him, especially Greystripe, Firestar and Snowface, would be more than happy to pass on his legacy with a sense of affection and pride. 

Over time, as what happens with most characters in Clan history, his name may be lost or changed, but he would serve as someone for apprentices with his problems to connect to. They wouldn’t feel so alone and terrible for issues beyond their control. More than that, they would know someone like them can push past their limits and be a warrior any Clan would be proud to call their own.

Doing these traditionally because of computer problems. I’ll color them digitally when it all gets fixed.

Ravenwing anon here! I'm slowly working on getting caught up with your second book. It's been great so far! I was a little disappointed that Ravenpaw's warrior name turned out to be Ravenwing instead of something like Raventhroat. However, it does fit lol and it suits him. (Note to others, I created an OC based off the suffix system named Ravenwing before Ravenpaw was named. Oh well.)

I was waiting to see if you'd make mention on Ravenwing's name in relation to your OC!

Raventhroat is a nice name, for sure, but we felt -wing would fit him better. You'll see more in the rest of the story that his intelligence is a very major part of his character, much more than speaking well or telling stories. I will add that we're actually sticking closer to canon with that name, since that's what the writers have said they would have named him, had he stayed in the Clans.
