There's no amount of help that will ever get me to not hate myself. Existing as me is a very painful experience, and not many ppl seem to understand that, or understand how being sober leaves me stuck with my head without anything to quiet it down at all. It's just full force going nonstop thought after thought memory after memory all these things I'm trying to forget and felt like it was possible to make them quiet down when I was using. I wasn't happy. I just didn't have this aching urge to run into traffic or figure out how to get my hands on any drug I can despite not having any access to money.. I just want to stop knowing I exist. I need to stop feeling this. I can not do this for much longer.
