Phoenix Drop Uniforms

i saw someone else talk about this though i don’t totally remember who it was.

the phoenix drop high uniforms are mostly shades of various blues, with gray also mixed in. the design isn’t like bad or whatever, but i feel like reds and yellows would be more appealing and would make more sense?

i mean it’s called phoenix drop. phoenixes are associated with fire, which i personally associate with shades of red, orange and yellow, possibly also black due to obsidian and i think it would compliment nicely.

like a black shirt and pull over, red skirt, red tie/bow. i feel like would make more sense. and say the gym uniforms are yellow or orange, alone with team uniforms.

i just feel blue isn’t the most fitting color, and i love the black/red/orange/yellow combo.

like this in a way, with obviously some changes but i like the more covery, realistic version.

i disagree with the previous anon who said that ein was only memorable as a villain.

in my opinion:

pre-twist pdh s2 ein >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> post-twist villain ein.

he was just so much more fascinating, intriguing, multidimensional and complex to me in those early pdh s2 days. he had SO much potential as a character but they had to ruin it.

they should've leaned more into the omega thing.

it was implied he was bullied when he was omega, but it was never explored in depth? they should've dove into how being omega negatively affected him and made him into an emotional mess hellbent on getting power so he can take revenge...

also remove the incest bs please. they should've made his dynamic with aphmau be brother-sister from the very beginning... that would make their falling out much more tragic.

and this advice pretty much applies to any aphmau character if you want to make them more complex and developed than they ever were in canon: HAVE THEM INTERACT WITH CHARACTERS WHO AREN'T APHMAU AND AARON.

pdh s2 had ein interacting with kai, daniel, dottie, rylan, blaze, kacey, katelyn, teony, sasha, zenix, gene, jax, ryder... those interactions were always the most fascinating to me. in ms s4 & s6, his character pretty much revolves around aphmau and aaron, like so many other characters do.

mind you, they literally had a backstory in the works for him, but randomly gave up on it out of nowhere. we should've seen that. it's clear they just gave up on writing a complex character so they could have a 100% evil villain who would serve as a representation of jess' toxic high school ex.

they should've shown us his home life in the western wolf tribe. they should've shown his mother, who probably raised him by herself because zack wasn't around (fun fact: ein's mother was revealed in a gachaverse parody video 💀)

there's just SO MUCH to explore. endless possibilities and potential...

ein had the capability to be another azula or kokichi/komaeda archetype with proper writers.

but instead... he's reduced to a personification-of-evil villain who is promptly killed off and brought back whenever they need tension or conflict in the story.

so much wasted potential... just like so many aphmau characters.

day 23 - hobby

uhh no drawing for today bc im tired as all hell so have a list of all the sports i think the mys cast wouldve done in high school, based off of the sports that were available at my high school in bumfuck nowhere aotearoa.

aph: hockey in the winter, surf lifesaving in the summer.

aaron: rugby. derek made him but bc garroth, blaze, and rylan were also on the footy team he wound up enjoying it. he did rowing in summer.

garroth: rugby in the winter, cricket and surf lifesaving in the summer.

laurance: hockey and soccer in the winter, cricket in the summer.

dante: rugby in the winter (garroth made him join the team and he wound up being a rlly good winger bc hes fast), swimming and triathlon in the summer.

blaze: rugby in winter, rowing in summer.

katelyn: pretty much every sport under the sun. rugby, hockey, rowing, volleyball, netball, surf lifesaving, and basketball were the main ones, but she always wound up representing pdh at cross country and athletics regionals as well.

nicole: pretty much the same as katelyn. rugby, volleyball, soccer, netball, rowing, tennis, and surf lifesaving, as well as athletics and cross country.

nana: netball.

lucinda: netball in winter, tennis in summer.

melissa: netball in the winter (like pretty much every other girl at pdh. yes this is a common nz high school occurrence), tennis in the summer.

zane: he didn't do any sports, but he was on the chess, debating, and model un teams and he was terrifying.

travis: terry wouldn't let him do any extracurriculars except for model un for world domination reasons.

vylad: hockey in winter, tennis in summer. he also did fencing.

cadenza: netball, tennis, and cricket.

sasha: netball, but only because her mum made her. she wound up being really good at it somehow, though.

ivy: volleyball, hockey, netball, and surf lifesaving. she tried normal rugby in year nine but almost got a tooth knocked out so she switched to touch rugby.

teony did netball and volleyball.

lillian and lilly also did netball. bc this is my mys rewrite and i make the rules and i say that pdh is just ur regular nz public school with extra steps.

so did dottie. dottie also did cricket in the summer.

maria didnt do netball, but she did do cross country, swimming, and surf lifesaving.

rylan did rugby and basketball.

daniel did triathlon and athletics.

gene did rowing in the summer. zenix did soccer in the winter. soccer games were always super awkward after gene and laurance broke up.

anyway i think thats about it. lmk if i missed anyone or if u think there should be some other sports or if someone wouldve played smth listed here that i didnt put them in. yeah.

He’s no around much in mcd but I like his place in that series- In pdh/mystreet he’s literally everything to me because he has the role as a protector above anything else. He fights for Aphmau in the relay race, fights for Dottie, Rylan, and Daniel, and fights for everyone he cares about wuth every ounce of energy he has. His character warms my heart so bad and I WISH people talked mire about him and sent him more love

The pdh werewolves and Kim.

Once again, I will (eventually, at some point, probably not soon, but eventually) get to drawing them in my own style, with my own details, but this is them for now on this TOON ME! ⟪ A ⟫｜Picrew picrew.

Head canons/AU facts for these characters

-Kim is near-sighted and despises her glasses, but wears them because she has to in order to read

-Ein figured out who Aphmau was (his half-sister) after snooping around Sylvanna's room and finding a picture of her with his dad Side note: he's not obsessed with her, he has no interest in her beyond "that's my sister, we should hang out"

-Dottie dated Daniel, Rylan, Blaze, and Maria at different times, though only for a few months each, she still kisses/hugs/holds them all often

-Daniel's fur and hair are naturally blond/gold, but he dyed them blue quite often, which left a nearly permanent green colour

-Rylan is extremely sensitive to light, especially the fluorescent lights in buildings, and grew their bangs to cover their eyes

-Blaze's red hair is natural, he dyes his fur black to more closely resemble Aaron (the strongest werewolf in the pack), but doesn't want to 'ruin' his unique hair colour

-All the werewolves have scars from the frequent fights/scuffles between them throughout high school

Most werewolves have a wolf form (called a lycan form) which is used in duels, contests and fights, which leads to their injuries and scars. Aaron refused to use his lycan form throughout the entirety of high school, which led to him getting more injuries and deeper scars, but he always overpowered his opponents (ultima genes make him way stronger than the average wolf).

Morbid Headcanons.

please please PLEASE do not read if you are sensitive to the following topics: sexual assault, drinking, pill abuse, hypersexuality, violence or graphic depictions of wounds and others- thank you. and stay safe <3

number one: (drug addiction and violence) balto has a pain pill addiction due to breaking his back in military school, and he gets addicted to them around his senior year of highschool. he doesn’t think much of it, until he injures his friend, and sends them to the hospital. this was a wake up call, and he went to a rehabilitation program.

number two: (sexual topics and child exposure) daniel is very cautious when it comes to sexual activity and encounters, since he was exposed to p*rn*graphy at a young age. this is related to a close story of mine, just to clarify. he often uses this soft mental state to cope with the fact that a lot of his earlier childhood memories are sometimes riddled with memories of the XXX tapes. like a more secretive way to age regress, and kind of feel calmer to a point.

number three: (child abuse and favoritism) further in life, garte ends up being an alcoholic and verbally and physically abused both vylad and zane. he would be pressuring garroth, but because of how garroth stood out, he was nervous that he would be caught as an abuser if garroth came out, since he would most likely be believed.

number four: (anger issues, abuse and discrimination) katelyn has severe, untreated anger issues, that harm both her and the people around her. she punches things, which injure her hands, and she kicks things, which caused her to permanently damage her foot. she also sometimes hurts people, such as travis, dante, and kawaii~chan. she’s also kind of ‘speciest’ towards werewolves, and would do many things offensive- (barking, saying ‘furry’ out loud, which i believe is the equivalent to a slur in aphs universe.)

number five: (stalking and implied assault) ein is incredibly stalker-ish. and he develops his whole personality around other people. he’s incredibly touchy, and back in his earlier days he wouldn’t take no for an answer. ever. this caused him to be outcasted. this kind of goes hand in hand with the idea that dottie, rylan, and daniel are also a bit clingy, and almost unaware of personal space and they are friends. (though in my au werewolves are very touchy, just in general.)

number six: (grooming and satanic themes) zenix. zenix was most likely in a way groomed by gene. in my au, gene was 18, and zenix was 14 when they met, and zenix was extremely religious, and was afraid of drugs and alcohol. gene came along and wanted a posse, a defense- and so zenix was one of who he chose, and he coerced him into a more satanic way of life and encouraged him to do substances, to be ‘cool’. (let it be known i have no problem with any religion, and everyone should be accepted <3)

number seven: (toxic relationships) in my au, ivan is transgender. his family was very against this, and were very horrible people. ivan then adopted a more stoic, masculine edge and personality, wanting to be threatening, and wanting people to fear him, respect him. he tried to be too controlling over lucinda, wanting to make her a kind of stay at home ‘lady’. and was very screamy when she was against it. ivan is a virgin, and very pissy about it.

number eight: (this one involves wounds and some limited gore) when aaron was very young, and because he was the ultima- he would have random bursts of anger, and aggression. and he would sometimes kill animals and tear them open, for the smell of blood, because he was unable to control himself. this caused him a great deal of pain, and caused him to be more desensitized to death later in life.

number nine: (desperation, homelessness and possessiveness) ein, jax and ryder are very possessive of one another, since ein took them in when ryder got kicked out for his behavior, and jax ran away from home. they are very toxic towards one another, and cannot be away from each other long, as it causes them distress.

number ten: (drug usage, juvie, and violence + gore) blaze was framed when someone put marijuana in his bag, causing him to go to juvie. while in there, not only did he end up actually smoking weed, he also got addicted to cigarettes. also while in prison is where he got the scar across his nose, where a kid ended up slicing his face over a pack of cigars. blaze is very shaky when in dangerous situations, since he has witnessed many injuries happen in juvie.

Hey so sorry but unfortunately I am not currently taking art requests in order to help promote my commissions (prices should be pinned to the top of this blog and my "main" @whomstsnek if you're interested) BUT I would be more than happy to share some head cannons for em!!

Fair warning though I actually haven't seen PDH so I ONLY know them from s5/6, might be just a tad out of chara 😅

Daniel fell first but Blaze def fell harder

I think that Daniel started crushing during high-school, maybe during his later years but Blaze didn't think seriously about dating (or Daniel) until they were adults

They started dating a year or two before Starlight, and they had planned for Blaze to move in with Daniel, Dottie and Rylan after coming home

Blaze loves to cook but is absolutely terrible. Daniel refuses to say anything about how awful the other's cooking in, he couldn't stand to hurt his feelings

They actually had a little fling during college, but as previously mentioned Blaze didn't really take dating/relationships seriously yet. There was a little heartbreak involved afterwards, and a little time to recover, but they (obvs) worked things out :)

Daniel's #1 regret after Starlight was not being there for his friends when they needed him, Blaze especially.

Daniel didn't find out about what happened to Blaze until Aphmau broke the news almost a full year after the fact (in her defense it was the first time they'd seen each other since then and she thought he already knew)

Blaze initiates 90% of the kisses and Daniel initiates 90% of the hugs/cuddles between them

They are absolutely SICKENING with PDA lmao, they're both incredibly tactile, open, and affectionate people

They spend a lot of time playing various sports/games together, a simple game of catch being one of their faves
