Before it all comes to an end... Let's not forget where we started...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now look at where we are...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
3 games, 30 millions units sold in total, gave the Wii U a killer app when it needed it, made appearances in Smash Bros and was the one to announce Ultimate, became a part of Nintendo's Mount Rushmore alongside Mario, Zelda and Animal Crossing, created highly iconic characters that will be burned into the history books, created one of the most diverse and accepting communities in gaming history, created a relatable ever evolving story of growth, humanity and creativity itself.
This franchise probably saved thousands of people I'm not joking around. Including me...
If this is truly the finale, the final major appearances of these iconic characters we all hold near and dear in our hearts... If it's time for us to wave goodbye and have a fresh start into the light... to hear that daybreaker anthem...
We must celebrate, give into the chaos, cherish the past, walk hand in hand in the present and look ahead towards the future.
IT'S NOW OR NEVER!!!

Dc x Invincible - Jealous Yan Dick x Reader
Imagine: a new hero has been flying around the past year, and they caught reader's eye
TW: suggestive content, GN reader,  500+ words
- - -
"Hey! Give me the remote the news is on!", Y/N says.
"No way. I know what you're really looking for.", Dick snaps and he holds the remote out of Y/n's reach.
"Okay yeah and so what? I wanna see!", as Y/n continues to wrestle for television rights.
"Master Dick, I suggest you give in to Master Y/N's requests. You have been enjoying the television for some time and the news program is important for education about real world events.", count on Alfred to always have your back.
With a grumble of defeat, Dick relinquishes the remote and settles back into the couch.
You type the channel and looks excitedly at the screen. You've heard the whispers, there HAS to be an official report. Hopefully the cameraman takes their job seriously this time.
The jingle plays, the image of the Earth swirls across the screen, you are greeted kindly by the host and, for once, you are delighted by the words "Breaking News".
*new hero, self-proclaimed, "Invincible" and Atom Eve spotted today at Mount Rushmore fighting against super-villain Doc Seismic, saving countless civilians. Reporter O'Hara is on scene with the latest, O'Hara?"
The scene changes to the location in question and the reporter begins to recount the events. You don't really need the rundown, you already know what happened. You're here for the close ups!
... and there he is. Draped in his iconic blue and yellow, speeding across the screen. You are treated to the same scene from multiple angles, all with decent quality and sound. Heavens bless the videographers that day.
"I dont know what you see in that guy. You're surrounded by other, BETTER, heroes every day!", Dick huffs.
You ignore his comment and keep your eyes on the screen. Forget whatever people say, he's SUCH a hunk.
"You know we know who he is right. His name is Mark Grayson. We know his name, his address, and his favorite comic book! That means we can find all his dirt too."
This time you tune in. Mark...  Mark Grayson. You like it. You instantly attach the name to his face (and body) with a soft smile. Maybe? I mean, you are connected with the superhero community even if they have their separate groups. It shouldn't be too hard...
Dick sees the way you stare at the TV. At HIM. You're practically drooling! He feels that gnawing heat rise up from his chest and go straight to his teeth. Nothing this guy has that the entire BATFAMILY does not or cannot get. Just waiting until they hear about this. It goes higher and his eyes feel like they're going to burst.
"If you wanted your last name to be Grayson so bad, all you had to do was ask." He bites the inside of his cheek, hoping that wasn't too loud.
But you heard it. You heard loud and clear. You let some time pass then tip your head in his direction.
"...Hmm?"
Keeping him at bay is the smarter option. As much as you'd like to confront him about what in the Name Of Heck that was, you can let it slide this time. It's always like this. They're jealous and demanding, nothing like your dear Invincible.
Hopefully.

(Female) Hip Hop Fashion Mount Rushmore
by Heaven Sent ™
Tumblr media
(left to right)
1. Stylist Misa Hylton and rapper Lil Kim first introduced the concept of hip hop fashion in Kim’s iconic “Crush on You” music video. Through the use of designer pieces, custom wigs, and iconic handmade outfits, these two women set the stage for rappers (both male and female) to take fashion seriously.
2. Fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons launched the global fashion brand Baby Phat in 1999. Baby Phat’s commercial success and undeniable cultural impact makes it the most recognizable “urban” fashion brand of the 2000’s.
3. Rihanna, a popular musician and business mogul, is often said to be one of the most fashionable celebrities in the world. Through the launch of her Fenty Puma Creepers in 2015, she provided a cultural reset, in which women’s streetwear was elevated to new heights. She also provided never before seen size inclusivity through her Savage x Fenty lingerie brand.
4. 1/2 of the rap duo City Girls, JT is Generation Z’s emerging fashion icon. By wearing brands she genuinely likes and resonates with, JT has been able to craft her own unique style and aesthetic. Arguably the most fashionable rapper in the music industry right now, JT’s style is bold and inspiring to a new generation that values authenticity.

Us naddpod girlies are all Murph stans but I gotta say I feel simultaneously really cool and underground and hipster and also feel like it's such a grave injustice (shout out to an iconic Murph quote) that Brian Murphy isn't on the general internet's DM Mt. Rushmore. Without exaggeration, NO ONE is doing it like him
you’re so right though. our man is out here making iconic encounters AND incredible npcs while also dealing with the insane trio of emily, caldwell, and jake.
absolutely no one is doing it like him and more people need to listen to naddpod to appreciate it.
i’m always happy to welcome more people into the cool underground club that is being a naddpod girlie

These four are the most iconic, important, and well-remembered heroes of Superhero history. They're the "Mount Rushmore" of superheroes, if you will.
If you disagree, you can argue with the wall. There is NO debate here. Stop replacing Wonder Woman with Wolverine, Hulk, or even Deku from My Hero Acadamia. It's not even close.

Silver Age of Comics Villains Mount Rushmore
So I am doing a Mount Rushmore for the greatest supervillains
Rules:Just doing DC and Marvel
Will limit the villains to the era they appear in
This time the Silver Age (1956-1970)
Our 12 contenders(Silver Age is full of iconic villains so limiting it to 12 is HARD )
Brainiac
Magneto
Kingpin
Green Goblin
Captain Cold
Juggernaut
Black Manta
Sinestro
Reverse Flash
Doctor Doom
Galactus
Doc Ock
Runners up
Guys......This one is hard, the silver age is full of some of the most iconic villains ever
Captain Cold I know not a lot about ,but I love the idea of a working class villain who has his own moral code
Black Manta killed Aqua Mans baby and is one of the most iconic adversaries ,but not as familiar
Galactus is a THREAT,he is a cosmic being who EATS worlds....But he isnt mallicious and is moreapathetic
Sinestro is another iconic adversary BUT simialr to Black Manta Im not as familiar with him
Brainiac and Kingpin are among my personal favorites ,I love these two (Kingpin is my personal fave Marvel villain ) BUT Im not sure for the silver age they fit the Rushmore
Juggernaut is a THREAT ,an unstoppable brute BUT he isnt too bright
Green Goblin nearly made the list ,as he is Spidermans most PERSONAL foe.....But Id argue someone else is more iconic
And My Rushmore Villains are
Reverse Flash :Petty.Just pure pettyness and petty works for a villain. The fanboy turned hater ,and an example of the villainous mirror .What I have experienced with this petty asshole convinced me to include him
Tumblr media
Doc Ock-While Goblin is more personal,I feel Ock is more iconic from his design to having a unique relationship with Spiderman ,that is more forged from years as battles.I dunno I feel Ock is a more silver age feeling character
Tumblr media
Magneto-The tragic villain and one who flip flops a bit between villain and anti hero ,being both friend and adversary to Charles Xavier.Hes a villain whose motives you understand even while he does villanious deeds, and I think that uniqueness secures him a place on the Rushmore
Tumblr media
Doctor Doom-The easy choice .Doom is just fun .He has a cool design .Hes egocentric but he has the power and intellect to back it up while also having a burning hatred for his adversary Reed Richards .While Magneto is the villain you understand,Doom is the villain you love to hate, you boo and hiss but you cant help but love him a little bit ,so he has to be on the rushmore
Tumblr media
So my Mount Rushmore for the Silver Age,is Reverse Flash,Doc Ock ,Magneto and Doctor Doom
@ariel-seagull-wings @amalthea9 @the-blue-fairie @themousefromfantasyland @theancientvaleofsoulmaking @piterelizabethdevries @princesssarisa @countesspetofi @filmcityworld1 @barbossas-wench

The Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox statues are iconic representations of the American folk hero Paul Bunyan and his companion, Babe, located in Bemidji, Minnesota.
These large sculptures were created in 1937 as part of a promotional effort to boost tourism during the city's winter carnival.
They have since become a beloved roadside attraction and are recognized as the **second-most-photographed sculptures** in the United States, following Mount Rushmore.
Artistic Details and Construction
The statues were designed by Ward Berg and Ann Cooper, with the construction overseen by local civic organizations. Paul Bunyan stands at an impressive 18 feet tall and weighs around 30,000 pounds, while Babe the Blue Ox measures 10 feet tall and shares the same weight.
The sculptures were crafted using concrete and have been painted annually to maintain their vibrant appearance.
Cultural Significance
These statues symbolize Minnesota's rich logging heritage and have inspired similar attractions across the Midwest.
They serve not only as tourist draws but also as cultural icons representing the folklore surrounding Paul Bunyan, who is celebrated for his superhuman feats in lumbering.
The tales of Paul Bunyan and Babe were popularized in the early 20th century, particularly through the writings of William B. Laughead, which helped cement their place in American folklore.
Current Status
Today, the statues remain a central feature of Bemidji, attracting visitors year-round.
They are located near Lake Bemidji, providing a picturesque backdrop for photographs and a connection to the area's logging history.
The statues have undergone preservation efforts to ensure their longevity, including improvements to the surrounding plaza.
