Okay, so originally I was never going to post these because I didn't feel like I needed to (and I don't think the art is the best), but I thought why not do it anyway.

So, here are two ref sheets for the Scar AU (it's really a Scarred Don + Blind Leo AU but just saying Scar AU is easier). These sheets got all my notes about struggling with how to draw. I also took pics of my own body doing some of the poses because I was struggling so if it looks weird idk my body just does that.

Trans Leo pride is something I see a lot, but personally, FH Leo wouldn't celebrate his gender. He grew up around Gali, who went through a lot of gender struggles, especially in his younger years, and with the brothers being so accepting, it's just another part of his life

But his lack of romantic attraction? That's something that stands out to him. He sees the brothers with their own attractions and crushes and such and realizes he stands out. He's different. But that's okay because he's still him and he's still valid

because leo (2012 if i got the name wrong sorry!!) and red are are the eldest siblings in their respective iteration but have the o3 turtles do they deal with as much oldest sibling guilt? do they look to lee (03) for guidance on being a good older bro?

Very good questions, that I’ve actually thought about a lot.

We all know the boys have many struggles as the oldests, as shown in canon. Leadership comes with great responsibility too. In my au, tho, most of it ends up on the eldest son’s shoulders - that is Lee (03). I mean, can you imagine having to deal with 11 siblings…? While fighting crime? Lord have mercy!

(I torture him affectionately, I promise - he’s my favorite)

Ah thank you! ; w ; I just think they're fun <;3 he deserves piercings... And yeee he has quite a few tattoos as well that he builds up over the years--

both his arms host meticulously planned, carefully considered, personal and meaningful full-sleeve pieces that were done professionally by sorrelshine's older sister, leafwhistle (she's the one who pierced donnie's eyebrow in that comic!)

his legs are where everything else goes. there are dozens of different pieces patchworked all over-- some done by leafwhistle, some by other artists, some by sorrelshine (who is not a professional, let it be known, but knows how to use a tattoo gun!), some even done by himself. he let leo do one once. mikey has done several. there's everything from stick-and-poke stars to little grayscale robots to brightly colored flowers down here, and he'll shove new things wherever they'll fit whenever he feels the urge.

Massive Explanation Of My Rottmnt AUs

As you all know I am literally insane, meaning I have several AUs going on at once because I am crazy and this is where my free time goes. Either way, I wanted to make a big post about all these AUs and explain them so that I can start posting more about them.

Warnings will be posted before each explanation so that there are no issues here.

One more note is that most of these AUs I've worked on with my writing partner @korvidq. We do like literally every story together and share ideas back and forth. I do most of the art, however, so that art is owned by me alone until stated otherwise. Anyways, without further ado, here are the AUs.

SCAR AU (also known as the Blind!Leo and Scarred!Donnie au but that name was too long)

WARNINGS: This AU contains child abuse, graphic violence and injuries, panic attacks, meltdowns, and horrible coping mechanisms

Genres: Angst, Hurt/Comfort, Slice of Life

Where to read: It is a series of two one-shots and then a shot collection, all on AO3

About: Very simple premise, in which Splinter is not a good dad and isn't really Splinter because he abuses his kids. It starts with one incident with him clawing Donnie's face and snowballs from there.

CAROL ADOPTION AU

Where to read: It is a series on AO3, it has three parts to it: part 1, part 2, and part 3

About: The first part of the story is a realistic take on if Splinter was a truly horrible parent through the years of the turtle growing up under him. The second part is a one-shot of Donnie and Leo's relationship with one being the protector for the other. The last part is the finale of the AU in which the turtles run away and are found by April and her mother, Carol.

I finally read the neon void and I knew it was good but I didn’t realize it was THAT good. Holy cow @sugarpasteltmnt you are a fantastic writer. That being said this is based on the chapter “Mosaic.” I just really really like the Leo’s perspective, it’s so so good fhshdhjdjdjdhdnjf thank you for helping me out of my creative rut :D
