Headcanons below the cut!

After the invasion, Mikey sustained permanent damage to his arms so they tremor all the time (worse under mystic strain). This means that Mikey does less fine art and more messy spray paint art instead as he can no longer do steady lines (hence his mask).

Started getting more spots! My chat fic (Too Many Turtles) takes place a year after the invasion for them and in that time he’s developed more spots on his face and arms.

The compression gloves were made by Donnie, and he usually has to wash them a lot due to paint stains. Otherwise he sticks stickers on them.

As mentioned in my chat fic, he suffers mystic overloads (no cure) in the form of seizures. Similar to seizures they can trigger more likely if he is under stress (physically or mentally) or if he over uses his mystic powers. Forcing himself to release all his power, rather than grow into it as you are supposed to, has caused irreversible damage as his body can’t cope with the strain and needs an outlet for when it builds up too much.

I was watching “Breaking Purple” The other day…(spoilers) how did Donnie feel when Shelldon “died?” He couldn’t have just rebuilt him. He’s an AI, that develops as he learns himself. His personality was built up overtime. Donnie can’t just remake that, his memories would be gone.

Just seeing how upset Donnie was when Shelldon was about to get hurt in the drone races was intense enough. How would Donnie react if he found out Leo asked him to protect Gram-Gram? UHGGG! He’d probably go non-verbal😗

I love Shelldon though! I’m so sad that Shredder just kind of…*SLICE!* To tell you the truth though…I laughed when he died…

“No more hiding child.”

“Stay away from her! BOOYAHKASHA!”

*Literally dies*

WHY DID THEY MAKE IT SO QUICK LIKE THAT THOUGH!?! UHHGGGG!

This is why I wish we had aftermath episodes from big fights. The first Shredder fight, should’ve had an episode to see the extent of the injuries and conversations. The second Shredder fight, the rebuilding of the lair, leading up to the movie. Possibly, even an aftermath of the movie! That would’ve been awesome!

I don’t know…I just would kind of like to see that😔

"HowEVER" Leo started, his voice high pitched and slurred because of the pain medication. "We got something very important out of all this."

Raph and Mikey chuckled through their tears, and April giggled without stopping her duty with Mikey's hands. Donnie raised an unimpressed eyebrow.

"The power of friendship?" Guessed Mikey.

"Being a hero is hard?" Asked Raph.

"Hope is never gone?" That was Casey being corny.

"Never again leave the decisions on your own well being for you ever again? Because that's what I got from all this." Commented Donnie, sarcastically.

"Actually all of you have good points." Said Leo and he stuck his tongue out at Donnie. "Except for you. But alas, as expected from the YOUNGER TWIN!"

Donnie scoffed and the others got confused.

"What does that have to do with anything? Your bad decision making regarding your survival is only proof you are the youngest." A wave of agreements went off.

"Well that's not what the months I spent out said! Per my counts I'm..." Leo stuck his fingers out to count. "Close to 15 at this point!" He said and let out a toothy grin.

The room fell silent.

"Nardo... What?"

This came to my mind and I was out of storage to I put here. Use it as you might. u.u
