“Fuck, Hen, I don't know if I can take much more,” Alex groans, heaving a sigh. Henry smiles, wiping his lips with his fingers. “Oh, really?” he challenges. “I think you can.” Alex's head lolls slightly as he gives Henry a dazed smirk. “Well, you know I can't say no to that pretty face.” “Good boy,” Henry kisses the top of his head as he moves around. Alex feels his face flush, raking his eyes up and down Henry's figure. “You're spoiling me tonight, baby,” Alex says, licking his lips. “Well, it is our anniversary, love.” Henry smiles as he makes his way into the kitchen. “And I think I've almost mastered your father's tres leches recipe.” Alex looks at their table, full of empty dishes from the delicious meal Henry had made them. He moves the knot down of his already loosened tie and slumps further into his seat. As Henry walks back in, a plate with soft cake in each hand, Alex flutters his eyelashes. “I could just have you for dessert.” Henry chuckles, pursing his lips as he places Alex's plate in front of him. “Later,” he whispers in Alex's ear, biting it before quickly soothing the mark with a kiss. Alex eagerly begins to devour his slice.

Eh with Meghan i don’t believe anything is off the table. It could come out in 6 months, that the series was creatively done by Netflix. It would make the most sense because it would just exist, however it would be Meghan’s most succesful launch to date that she absolutely can’t recreate because it wasn’t done creatively by her or anyone who works for her, so she’ll go back to the ARO mess. She must have just strapped a rocket ship on a vague idea they were throwing around to fulfill the Netflix requirement. She wanted it out asap to get all the covers Kate would be missing.

Given their history with Netflix I think that she probably had a very little to say about this show, she was given a fully formed concept that Netflix likely based off magnolia farms meets bridgerton. They fully know the only thing that sells is Meghan somewhat relating back to the RF, so they sprinkled that right it.

I agree, especially since there's now gossip that Meghan is unhappy with the trailer because it uses old footage that had been cut. (Again, that's just gossip and speculation.)

I do still wonder what the connection is with ARO/Roop, because if there's one thing we've observed about Meghan these last many years, is that everything is all connected together.

But thanks for bringing up Bridgerton - Meghan's show does seem to fit in with that, doesn't it? The bright colors and the Britishness-through-American-perspectives of it seems evocative.

Wyatt’s fingers twitch, before Wyatt shoves his hands deep in his pockets. “Yeah, well,” Wyatt shrugs, then bites his bottom lip, chewing on it like he wants to make it bleed. It comes away red and shiny when spit, when Wyatt finally releases it, hums and shrugs again as he turns to Roope. “An experiment. It went terribly so. I went back to Joe’s.”

White:

Everybody knows, that the northern sirens are more dangerous than their brethren from the South. Or, rather, they all should know, but the southern sirens were flashier, easier to remember, than their more cunning siblings, their minds made as sharp as their teeth by the cold that could kill everyone without pause. Petey had shown them his teeth when he arrived, all sharp edges and blinding white, and never let anyone forget them.

It should be a relief, that he can rest, that he isn’t late, not really, but instead it tastes like disappointment, something bittersweet lodged in his throat. He lead his team to the playoffs, for the first time in years. They got kicked out of them, so thoroughly and suddenly that Nico’s body couldn’t get used to the idea, loose the shape of his stick between his hands, the roaring of the crowd from his ears.

Hot:

Ty does turn around, now, and Wyatt's face feels sunburnt all over, like the time he fell asleep by the pool and forgot to put on sunscreen. Under Ty's surprised expression, Wyatt feels both hot and cold, like he might discover a shade of red never before seen on a human. "Okay," Ty replies, slowly, his eyes scanning Wyatt's face like he can read whatever is writing under his flush. "But I stand by it. You're as pretty as a girl, prettier than some, even."

Hischier’s wearing the stupid sweater. The one with white and brown stripes, so fucking ugly that even Jack would like to burn it to ashes. He’d rip it off Hischier, throw it in a volcano just so he didn’t have to see it, save humanity from such a horrendous sight. The Hischier on screen, prerecorded, ignorant of Jack’s existence and his inner monologue, laughs and shrugs. The sweater engulfs him whole, and Jack clenches his fist so hard there are prints of a half moon in the palm of his hand.
