So Scooby-Doo occurs in the DC universe. The Scooby gang has encountered and teamed up with the dynamic duo multiple times. Another show of Hanna-Barbara was The Blue Falcon and Dynomutt.

I headcannon that Batman sometimes teams up with Blue Falcon and Dynomutt as well as them visiting the other’s city. Not only that I headcannon that Big City is on the same Bay as Gotham and Metropolis. Now imagine Bruce Wayne going to Radley Crowne’s art exhibits and the two of them interacting. It could start off with them not knowing the other’s identity until the Scooby gang need the superheroes to solve a mystery.

Now additionally: Batman encounters Blue Falcon’s rouge gallery and just goes “let’s hope Joker and Gimmick never meet or Queen Bee and Poison Ivy”

Captain Andor, like most organics, is inherently difficult to predict.

Every day brings new experiences and data to collect and yet he never feels as though he’s made progress. He’s cataloged everything from the dark circles indicating poor sleep to the sound of his pleased sigh after his first sip of morning caf (brewed as dark as possible). K-2SO’s data is limited in the area of physicality, however.

“It’s a hug, Kay. Stop analyzing it.”

The Captain’s arm is slung around K-2SO’s hips, his side a wall of warmth against the droid’s chassis. No one touches security droids. He has no data on this behavior. He tells Andor this and receives an exhausted laugh for his trouble, but no further explanation. He does not pull away.

Hesitantly, acutely aware of the unknown territory he’s entering, K-2SO reciprocates. Their height difference means his arm wraps around Andor’s shoulders. He feels the human relax into the contact, which cannot be comfortable. The data rolls in. He finds it pleasing.

“You continue to be full of surprises, Captain Andor.” K-2SO remarks, and he dutifully files away the images of the lazy smile he gets in return.

“We’re partners now, Kay. Call me Cassian.”

“...Cassian, then.”

This too he finds pleasing.

I realized that my username can be misleading and I think I touched on it when I first started writing but I don't really plan on writing anything Star Wars related for now but R2 is still my favorite little robot so idk! I don't really have any other name ideas anyway im ranting im procrastinating on packing for my move. Personal tidbit is that I am a new grad and transitioning between the weird adult-still-living-with-their-parents vibe in a small town I don't know anyone in. So writing and Tumblr have been my outlet like I'm back in my middle school days!!!

off topic but I saw a post that said everyone is a James, Sirius, Peter, or Remus and I got James so in typical James fashion I've done some reflection and I think my muse is feedback. Does that even make sense? All my writing and such is heavily fueled by comments made by y'all. The more ppl comment, the more I write. I've seen a lot of discourse (er, healthy commentary) on what it means to be a fic writer and most do it for fun or do it because they write a story that they want to read. That's true for me too, but I also love to share art and share new perspectives with people. Okay okay TLDR I love feedback please talk to me

idk how to explain it but that thing i just rbed is what the crime gang has become to me. like after spooks gets revived & basically turned into Lurch that is exactly what the average meal in smiley's lab looks like. smiley will be hard at work designing magic bombs that look Cooler and rogue will be offering to test their non-lethality and spooks will kick the door open on whatever spare room has become the "kitchen" with several full plates of ethically-sourced food that he hardly remembers to keep nutritionally balanced because he's a carnivore and just SCREAM whatever it is and it's only right 60% of the time and the other two just dont even question it at all

ep 12 : sorry, i cannot suspend my disbelief with this episode and how it approaches mmos considering ive been playing mmos since i was like 9 years old, BUT the art style is fun, so i can forgive it.

another episode with a moral lesson to teach the protag is fine, especially if it's stylized in a fun way like this one. basing danny's failing on obsession with a game to the point where he's up till 5 fucking am is so god damn relatable. counterbalance that with him not taking the technus situation super seriously until its actually coming back to bite him, same with his literature exam also biting him for not giving either the attention it deserved. it's two situations he could've easily avoided if he'd taken either seriously.

i appreciate that he actually had a genuine heart-to-heart with lancer and took his studying seriously at the end of the episode. showing he just needed to apply himself and he'd be fine in school, getting a 91% with like.. what, 3 hours of studying? that's impressive.

writers wanted to have fun at the end, and literally let danny play the video game as himself, using his ghost powers and everything in real time like he was physically in the world of the video game, which honestly looked fun. again, the designs for his ghost avatar were stellar, and it was kinda cool seeing both him and tucker fighting side by side rather than danny needing to protect his friend.

fun episode, good character design, i snorted and laughed so hard when danny ran into the kitchen, slammed the test on the table, and yelled "NOT AN IDIOT, SEE YA" and booked it out of the room. i swear, i did the same thing when i needed to prove to my parents that i was fine in school.

yknow what I'm cataloging my feelings as i rewatch every danny phantom episode, here we go
