- What's left of Mantle is suffering from the Grimm-pocalypse. Ironwood. Just. Die already.

- You know it's bad when Nora doesn't give crushing hugs.

- I like Joanna. She is tall and looks butch and her hair seems nice.

I love your idea so much but also i literally spent my whole day thinking abt this and heres what i came up with

Callum is jeremy he joined because claudia but he still falls for rayla

Terry also joined for claudia and is michael and he relates to michael a lot and he is besties with callum

Soren plays jake he was dragged into theatre by claudia and he gets weirded out every time he does a scene with his sister but he still has a lot of fun with it (it happens in theatre in a production of 13 i was in brett and kendra were brother and sister😭)

Corvus is usually a band kid but soren dragged him along and he gets cast as the squip hes incredible and instead of jeremy saying "you look like keanu reeves" he says "you look like daveed diggs"

Karim is rich ok hear me out first of all i dont care what his canon height is hes short and he only got in because janai is directing but then he keeps acting like he knows better than her and tries to take over (if you have anyone else for rich so i can just have karim as asst. director for this plotline that would be great)

Nyx plays chloe and she has so much fun going over the top with it but she doesnt show up to half of the rehearsals no explanation

Astrid plays brooke she does the makeup for most of the cast and breaks character a lot in rehearsal because she cant stop lsughing about her character

Rayla is jenna and is really annoyed how shes literally the only female character that has no romance with jeremy but her and callum still get together (but also i think she would be a good stage manager)

Harrow might show up to be jeremys dad/adults, otherwise im not really sure

Production wise janai is the director shes trying her best and karim is not helping at all

Kosmo is either stage manager or does tech hes very bossy but he knows everything

Amaya helps as stage crew by moving stuff around backstage when she does a bow on closing night janai signals for everyone to do the hand wave (deaf version of applause) (sorry if it sounds weird i cant remember the right word for it)

Ethari helps with props and set building

Runaan is very annoyed with all of this and hates theatre OR he plays jeremys dad i have yet to decide

inking done for a page for the story that's going into ALL QUEER LOVE No. 1, my queer cosplay romance comic! not sure which page yet, as I'm creating this comic in the "Mighty Marvel Manter" by drawing the panels and then filling in the script later. I have the basic beats for the 8-12 page story in my head and am searching the endless stack of public domain romance comics for layouts that will either help move the narrative along or at the very least, be really fun to draw.

i've also marked where the lettering will go, which i'll definitely be doing thru Illustrator bc i'm on a bit of a personal deadline to get the comic inked and lettered and printed by the beginning of December. I'm just excited that i'm drawing narrative pages again, first time in about two years!

I made it about seven minutes into Dr. Phil’s interview with HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. before I broke. I made it through the not-so-good doctor’s extremely vague introduction, casting Kennedy as a rebel, heroically standing up to “the man,” without mentioning any of his actual beliefs, but it wasn’t until seven minutes in, when the two of them expressed their shared awe that the HHS was so much bigger and cost so much more than the Pentagon and what we spend on defense, that I needed to scream into a throw pillow. Because obviously we should be spending more money on killing people than on trying to cure cancer, right? The interview aired on Monday night, and so far, understandably, the part that’s getting the most attention is the part where RFK Jr. encourages parents to “do their own research” on vaccines and suggested that the measles vaccine was unsafe. But because I am apparently a masochist, I’m going to watch the whole 120 minute thing … and I’m taking you all on that journey with me.

It got worse after that. Because after that, Dr. Phil — who we can assume, as a big Trump supporter, does not support Medicare for All or any form of socialized medicine — had the gall to note that “We have the highest healthcare cost and the poorest healthcare delivery of the other 37 developed nations that it’s compared to.” Yes. Because those nations have universal healthcare and the United States is the only nation in the developed world without it. That is why they have better outcomes. How are we going to have a better outcome than those countries when everyone can’t get healthcare? How are we going to have better outcomes when people are afraid to take ambulances? How are we going to have better outcomes when people don’t have access to preventative care and don’t get things taken care of before they become serious, because everything is so expensive? We can do all of the cancer research in the world, and that’s great (and we should!), but that doesn’t help the people who cannot afford healthcare. I’ve seen several Republicans touting this line lately and I can’t believe it, especially after the many years they’ve spent claiming that we have the best healthcare in the world and all of the other countries are jealous of us. Kennedy then starts going on about how the CDC is “responsible” for the fact that Americans are so sick and have so many chronic diseases, which they’re not. Seems worth noting here that one of the most common chronic diseases in the United States is tooth decay, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wants to get fluoride out of the tap water.

After this, Dr. Phil pulled up a list of the things RFK Jr., who is not a doctor nor a scientist, suspects are the “root causes” of childhood chronic illness, which included things like medical treatments (ie: vaccines), electromagnetic radiation, and absorption of toxic material. As for that last one, let us just note that the CDC, under RFK Jr., has refused to help Milwaukee address its problem of unsafe lead levels in public schools.

[...] About a half hour into the interview (yes, all of this nonsense occurs before then), we finally get to vaccines. RFK Jr. says the things he’s supposed to say about how people who get the MMR vaccine will almost definitely not get measles, but then claims that the real problem with the vaccine is the “mumps portion of the vaccine and the combination,” which he claims was “never safety tested.” That is a lie. Do I need to say more than that? Because it’s just an outright lie. There have been many studies in many countries and the vaccine is definitely safe. RFK Jr. then claimed that the mumps portion of the vaccine “has never worked.” This is also a lie, and a fucking ridiculous one at that, because it’s pretty easy to see that vaccinated people are not going around getting mumps these days. Dr. Phil then did his level best to sanewash what RFK Jr. was saying into something more normal, without pushing back on him at all. RFK Jr. then claimed that none of the vaccines were “safety tested” against placebos, claiming that this means that “we have no idea what the risk profiles for these products are.” Also a lie, and here is a list of those tests:

The Salk Polio vaccine

Measles vaccine

COVID vaccine

He then claimed that the CDC did a study on the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) called “The Lazarus Study” that showed that 99 percent of vaccine injuries go unreported … and then used that to say, once again that “we have no idea about the safety profiles of these products.” This is also, unsurprisingly, a straight up lie. Dr. Phil then moved the conversation to autism, and, predictably, RFK Jr. repeated his usual lies, which we all know by heart by now. Dr. Phil once again tried to help him make his ideas sound more normal. “You’re spending money ($50 million) and making commitments to researchers to try and figure out causes and treatments of this, so why would someone — if we really want to help this population, and we really want to bring them, this population, diagnostic tools, treatment tools, coping strategies for the children and the families, why would someone want to sabotage those efforts?” he asked. Because that’s not remotely what he’s doing. Because the head of the study is a widely discredited anti-vaxxer who has been in trouble with the law for practicing medicine without a license.

Appearing on Merit Street’s Dr. Phil Primetime Monday, RFK Jr. peddled numerous pseudoscience-laden anti-autism and anti-vaccine talking points.

Gold's half-sister

Faybelle Thorn is Gold's much younger half sister

she was born some years before the Dark Fairy (her mother) was defeated.

Her birthday is on November 16th

she lived a few years with her mother before she was captured and frozen in time.

she was only found after Gideon and his friends were messing around with something they found in the woods.

she moved in when Gideon was 13 and she was a senior in highschool

it took a lot of convincing by her older brother to go back to school

she argues a lot with Belle because she is a party animal and Belle doesn't think she is a good influence on the kids.

She always gets involved in her nieces and nephews lives, for good things or bad things, but it's always out of the kindness of her heart.

she is a big believer in revenge (and it's usually really big payback)

she looks up to her older brother (even if she wont admit it)

she annoys Belle for fun, but she does admire her a lot for finding the goodness in people

she does have dark magic and practiced it as a child (but it has been awhile)

She had her own dagger (her mother created it to control her)

she gets along with all of Gideon's friends (except Shannon and sometimes Robyn jr)

She's had a lot of issues with her romantic relationships, especially with navigating in the modern world

she got kicked out once when Isabella got suspended for following one of her ideas.

She tried applying for many different jobs including: the mayors office, the library, Granny's, the sheriff station and one of the clothing stores. but not all of them lasted.

she is very "feminine" and that causes a lot of people to judge her, however she has a dark side.

if you piss her off she'll put a curse on you.

she used to learn to practice her dark magic from her brother until she got tired of being told what to do and quit.

she once ran away to new york and would roam around using her dark magic to play practical jokes on people.

She moved back in with Gold and Belle because she realised it was too dangerous anywhere outside of Storybrooke (especially since she's still not used to this world)

she's now 24 turning 25

That's all I have so far, not the best but I will add more or fix things whenever i get the chance to.
