The Synergy of Robots and Press Brakes: Transforming Manufacturing Precision
In the ever-evolving landscape of manufacturing, the integration of robotics has become a game-changer, significantly impacting efficiency, precision, and overall productivity. One notable area where this synergy is making waves is in the realm of press brakes–essential tools used in metal forming processes.
Press brakes have been a part of metalworking for generations, offering the ability to bend and shape metal sheets with precision. Traditional press brakes operated manually, requiring skilled operators to adjust settings and oversee the process. While effective, this method often posed limitations in terms of speed, consistency, and the ability to handle complex tasks.
The arrival of robotics prompted a paradigm shift in manufacturing. Robots, equipped with advanced sensors, vision systems, and programmable precision, emerged as a partner to traditional machinery. In the context of press brakes, robots have become integral for automating repetitive tasks, enhancing precision, and enabling the seamless handling of intricate sheet metal designs.
Advantages of Robot-Enhanced Press Brakes
Precision and Consistency: Robots excel in executing tasks with unparalleled precision, eliminating variations that can arise from human intervention. This precision is particularly crucial in metal forming processes where accuracy is paramount for achieving desired shapes and dimensions consistently.
Increased Efficiency: By automating the loading, unloading, and bending processes, the integration of robots with press brakes significantly improves overall efficiency. Robots operate tirelessly, reducing cycle times and increasing the throughput of the manufacturing process.
Complex Forming Capabilities: The combination of robots and press brakes enables the handling of complex forming tasks that might be challenging for traditional methods. This includes intricate designs, multiple bends, and the production of components with high geometric complexity.
Safety: Robots—particularly cobots—are evolving into helpmates that can work in proximity to humans safely. By taking over repetitive and potentially hazardous tasks, they contribute to a safer working environment. This not only minimizes the risk of accidents but also allows human operators to focus on more strategic and complex aspects of production. They do the dull, dirty, and dangerous work.
Challenges and Considerations
While the integration of robots with press brakes brings numerous advantages, it is not without its challenges. Initial setup costs, programming complexities, and the need for skilled technicians to operate and maintain these systems are common hurdles. Additionally, there is a learning curve for manufacturers transitioning from traditional methods to automated systems.
As technology continues to advance, the collaboration between robots and press brakes is likely to evolve further. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning into robotic systems holds the promise of adaptive and self-optimizing manufacturing processes. This can lead to even greater efficiency, reduced waste, and improved overall production outcomes.
The fusion of robots with press brakes offers new levels of precision, efficiency, and versatility. While challenges exist, the long-term benefits far outweigh them, paving the way for a future where the integration of robotics becomes synonymous with enhanced manufacturing precision and productivity.

wait would you u want to explain the context of multi 21?
MULTI-21: A HISTORY LESSON
MODERN ASSUMPTIONS:
it has been over a decade since the 2013 malaysian grand prix. as the years have gone on, people have forgotten, or smoothed out, the minutiae of it.
when people talk about multi-21 nowadays, it tends to fall under three headings:
• evil supervillain seb was addicted to winning and didn’t care about his team. selfish emotionless robot. got booed for a year and deserved it
• cunty brat seb was a disobedient child and refused to listen to his team and faced no consequences ever because he was red bulls special little boytoy
• poor mark webber was betrayed by his team as he had been for five years. the win was his and seb stole it
but of course, nothing is ever so simple
BACKGROUND
by 2013, sebastian and mark had been teammates for 5 years, and part of the extended red bull “family” for 7.
when they became teammates in 2009, mark was the older, more experienced head. seb was the young wunderkind who already had a race win under his belt, more than mark had.
(ironically, mark won his first race in germany in 2009. seb wouldn’t win his home GP until 2013. seb has since called mark’s 2009 german gp win as one of the most impressive drives he’s ever seen.)
anyway. let’s go back in time. it’s japan. it’s 2007. and it is raining. it’s lap 45, under the safety car after alonso crashed out. the rain is TORRENTIAL, and mark (red bull) is running in 2nd. he’s so sick that he’s vomiting in his helmet. seb (toro rosso baby. 20 years old) was 3rd. hamilton was leading, and braked quite dangerously. seb was caught out by this, and crashed into the back of mark. both of them had been running in the podium places, and both had to retire. mark called seb a kid without experience fucking it up. seb cried in his garage. this is the first time they crash. mark later referred to it as the first time they made love on track because he’s a freak
fast forward to turkey 2010. they are teammates now, and have been for over a year. fuji 2007 had largely been forgotten. water under the bridge. they are fighting for the championship against ferrari and mclaren. mark got pole, but around lap 40 seb had caught up to him as mark had to save fuel. they “merged towards each other” (generous). mark didn’t give seb enough space, seb was too over-eager. people will have different opinions. unless you’re helmut marko, who will always back seb, since seb is a product of the red bull academy whereas mark wasn’t. mark went on to finish on the podium, seb had to retire. seb was PISSED! (sexy). this is seen as the start of the “rivalry” by many.
britain 2010. aka the mark-webber-slams-water-on-desk moment. seb was given the new front wing from marks car for qualifying because he was a better qualifier because his had broken in fp3. he would ultimately get a puncture in the race, whilst webber with the old wing came first, and graced us with the “not bad for a no.2 driver” radio message.
so, where are we by summer 2010 and spring 2011? fuji was no one’s fault really, turkey was six of one half a dozen of the other, but mark felt the team favoured seb. britain made that feeling CONCRETE in marks mind. then seb won the title in 2010 after not leading until the final race of the season. in the press conference before abu dhabi 2010, seb kept getting asked if he’d let mark past it if would win mark the championship, and he kept evading the answer. see, mark had been ahead in the championship, but he qualified 7th while seb got pole and won. so, come 2011, webber was convinced the team favoured seb. however, seb was by far and away the better driver.
so. britain 2011. an underrated moment of the vettel webber rivalry. mark qualified on pole, with seb p2. seb quickly took the lead in the race. later on in the race after some botched pit stops and drama, mark was close to seb. red bull told mark NOT to pass seb.
mark ignored this team order. he tried to pass his teammate, but ultimately failed to do so. it’s often forgetting in vettel/webber rivalry lore that mark was the first of them to ignore a direct team order. the difference was he just wasn’t able to make the overtake. here are two interesting quotes from just after the race:
and now. brazil 2012. another forgotten multi-21 backstory. it was the last race of the season, and seb was fighting for his third straight championship, only alonso could possibly beat him. mark qualified 3rd, seb 4th, and alonso 8th. seb had a rocky start to the race, which resulted in him being hit from the back & spun around. he pulled off the mother of all recovery drives to win the championship. alls well that ends well right? wrong. horner admitted a few years ago that seb felt that mark was to blame for the rocky start by forcing seb into the wall. horner even went as far as to say that this lack of teamwork was directly in sebs mind when malaysia 2013 came around. that that was seb’s revenge.
conspiracy theorists will say that mark forced seb towards the wall because he wanted his mate alonso to win the championship over his teammate. definitely possible but not confirmed.
so. here we are. malaysia 2013. it’s been 5 years of crashes, ignored team orders (mark), favouritism (seb) and finally an almost championship-ruining shove towards a wall.
seb qualified on pole, mark 5th. but mark took the lead after the first round of pitstops. around lap 46, seb was gaining on mark, who was on old hard tyres. team orders came through for seb not to fight mark. multi 21 literally means that car no 2 should stay in position ahead of car no 1. just as mark ignored team orders in britain 2011, seb ignored them here. the only difference was seb actually got past. mark was furious (“yep that’s good teamwork!”) seb, a bad liar, was hilarious (“i was really scared… all of a sudden he was moving… i had to…”) horner was regretting most of his life choices (“this is silly seb come on.”)
seb won the race. the most awkward of all cool down rooms ensued (“multi 21 seb. yeah? multi 21”) seb chugged an entire bottle of water. poor lewis hamilton just trying to disappear into thin air. underrated moment is you can see a clip of seb trying to explain something to mark and neither of them are having a good time. on the podium interviews after mark said “seb will have protection from the team as always” - harkening back to his long-felt belief that the team favoured seb, yet ignoring his own history of ignoring team orders, and ignoring brazil 2012.
seb would later apologise.
…
three days later seb would rescind that apology.
(“i was racing i was faster i passed him i won.”)
at this stage, seb had been the dominant driver for four years running and some crowds had grown annoyed at him, so used this as an excuse to boo him at basically every race for the summer swing of the season. seb spoke at the end of 2013 about how hard this was for him, and how he was thankful for the support of his family and girlfriend during the hard times. it’s important to remember that seb was only in his mid 20s when all this booing and controversy was happening. it’s a lot to shoulder, especially when you’re only doing what you’ve always done, what you’re being paid to do: winning.
mark would retire at the end of the 2013 season, though apparently he had already made up his mind before malaysia.
seb would stay at red bull for one more year before moving to ferrari.
when asked in 2022, seb said he wouldn’t change what he did in malaysia 2013. and in my opinion, he’s right.
unlike the mclaren clusterfuck of hungary 24, there was YEARS of history between vettel and webber before multi-21. grudges, crashes, hurts, pride, friendship, rivalry, championships lost and won. this was the cumulation of their entire careers to date, all of their mistakes and their motivations for better or for worse.
basically, it was never so simple as “seb ignored team orders because he was an arrogant brat” or “poor mark the team never liked him” it’s… well it’s all of the above. cheers for reading. fuck me i went on a bit
#TA DA!!!!!!!!#if i’ve got anything wrong or forgot anything please tell me#a lot of this was just at the top of my memory#seb#sebastian vettel#mark webber#multi 21

The Batfam and the Cursed Furby
It all started when Bruce allowed the kids to choose a tie for him to wear on the next gala.
So they rummage through his closet, trying to find the ugliest one.
And then they find it: A bright pink Furby with blue ears and feet, seemingly asleep.
Cass picks it up and asks what it is.
The others explain it to her, some even complaining about how these things never seem to shut up and that they're lucky that it looks like the battery had run out.
No one knows whose it is.
Bruce doesn't know either.
So they put it back where they had found it.
Two days later, Tim goes up to the kitchen while he's working on a case. He opens the fridge, until he hears from behind him
"FURBY WANTS TO PLAAAAYYY"
Spilling the milk all over the floor. Tim sighs, walks over to the Furby and removes the batteries.
A week later Damian goes into the bathroom and over to the bathroom cabinet. When he opens it, he sighs, the pink monstrosity, dancing and screaming "FURBY IS HUNGRYYYY".
He takes it, searches for the off switch, can't find one, so instead tries to remove the batteries.
There aren't any.
He confronts Bruce, asking how these toys can run on no energy. Bruce doesn't know and tells him to put it back where he found it.
Another two week later, Bruce is racing home in the Batmobile. He has to take a sharp turn- and press on the brakes full force. Something flies over the passenger seat.
"WUHUUU. AGAIN. AGAIN"
The robotic voice thrills.
At home he confronts his children.
Everyone denies having put it in the Batmobile. They share how they have all found it in various places. Some have kicked it, some have thrown it against the wall, everyone has put it in the garbage can at least once by now.
It keeps coming back.
Bruce sighs, being absolutely done with this and says when no one wants to stand up for it, then they'll just have a look at the cameras.
No one comes forward, so they all go to review the footage.
They skip and skip and skip- until-
The Furby just suddenly appeared in the Batmobile.
Nobody was there, just from one second to the next, it just appeared, staring right back at the camera.
Bruce immediately contacts a lot of his superhero friends, magicans, telepaths, mediums, aliens, all of them.
Every single one of them tell him that it is a normal Furby and there is absolutely nothing cursed about it.
The Pink Plague still haunts them to this day

Wellp, I felt like writing a companion piece to Nothing To Prove, so…
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
"Ohoho, you wouldn't BELIEVE the look on her face when I told her who I was dating." Ambrosius laughed. Ballister gave an awkward grin. "She wouldn't talk to either of us for a month after." "Hooo, I wish I'd been there for it!" Nimona slapped him on the back, laughing.
The car they were riding in slowed to a halt as the autopilot slid the passenger doors open. Then it happened. It was only a moment - a fraction of a second - a whirring of hover-brakes, then the horrible crunch of metal against metal as the world tumbled sideways, falling over itself until it landed upside down. Ballister blinked, taking a minute to realize he was laying on his back.
A moment later, Nimona appeared in front of his face. "Boss! Boss are you hurt?" Ballister grunted and tried to sit up. "I'm fine… I think." He touched his fingers to a bloody scrape on his face and winced. "What happened?" "That truck - it just - it just came out of nowhere!" "What…" Ballister blinked and looked at the wreck that had knocked him back several meters. Both machines were a mess - metal and glass littering the ground. There was a flash of bleached hair from behind an oversized piece of debris. "Ambrosius!"
It only took a moment for Ballister to pull the debris away, revealing Ambrosius facedown on the street, unmoving. Ballister knelt at his side, hurriedly rolling him onto his back. Ambrosius stared up at him with a dazed expression. "Ambrosius?" No response. Ballister placed a gentle hand on the side of his boyfriend's face. "Ambrosius, can you hear me?" The blond knight didn't move. Not even a blink.
Nimona came up behind them slowly. "Is he okay?" Ballister said nothing, trying to process what was happening. "Oh…" Nimona's voice came, "He isn't breathing!" Ballister didn't ask how she knew. "Go… go get help!" Nimona was gone in an instant.
Ballister turned back to Ambrosius. He pressed his fingers against his neck, trying to find a pulse. Nothing. No movement. No breathing. No pulse. Just a lifeless stare. Ballister's hands shook as realization set in.
Instinct took over. He'd trained for this. He knew what to do. One hand on the other. Center of the chest. 5 centimeters deep. Ballister could feel ribs snapping under his hands as he pressed down. He pulled back, biting back tears. This was correct. He pressed down again. Again. Again. Again.
Ballister could hear voices behind him. That didn't matter. He needed to focus. 30 presses. 2 breaths. 5 times. Check for improvement. Any sign of a pulse. Any sign of breathing. "No no no…” Ballister whispered. “Come on Ambrosius, breathe… Please breathe!" He went through the motions robotically, trying to control the thoughts flashing through his head. The goofy smiles given over breakfast… gone forever. The tickle attacks in the middle of movies… gone forever. No. No, this had to work!
Nimona returned. Ballister was dimly aware of her saying something. 28. 29. 30 presses. Now breathe. Nimona placed a hand on his shoulder. "I said let me try." "NO!" Ballister turned, swatting her hand away. "I can do this!" Nimona stepped back, hands up. "Okay, okay."
There was a cough. Then a whole fit of coughing. Ballister turned back to Ambrosius. The blond knight's eyes moved. Then blinked. Ballister leaned forward. "Ambrosius?" Ambrosius looked up at him. "… Bal?" his wavering voice whispered. He coughed again, then his eyes focused and he gave a pained smile. "Hey."
Ballister broke down. Every fear that had worked its way into his mind melted away like the tears running down his face. "Oh…" was all he could get out. "Oh thank Gloreth. Thank Gloreth…" He felt a gentle hand on his arm as Ambrosius's voice came again. "It's okay, Bal. I'm going to live." The words were a comfort after the terror Ballister had felt, and he clasped Ambrosius's hand between his own. Ambrosius smiled again. "I'm going to live." he repeated, seemingly more to himself than to anyone else. Then his eyes closed. "Ambrosius!" Ballister dropped the hand and leaned forward. Pulse was beating steadily. Breathing was regular. He was still alive.
It took a moment for the sirens to register. Several medics shoved past him. Ballister wanted to push them away, but Nimona stopped him. "He's going to be okay," was all she said.
Ballister watched, still sitting on the pavement as the medics loaded his boyfriend into the back of the vehicle hovering nearby. Then they were gone. Another medic was telling him he should go in too, even if he felt fine. He didn't feel fine. "Nimona…" Nimona appeared in front of him. "Yeah Boss?"
Without thinking, he wrapped his arms around her in a tight embrace. Nimona was caught off guard for a moment, then relaxed and returned the hug.
They were all going to be okay.

#1 Idea
"Nothing is worth living"
He couldn't risk the fallacy.
Not after having seen the end of the ends of that world, in the form of flowing blood, pain and chaos.
A beautiful and gentle confusion.
It was so confusing that tears welled up in his eyes.
It was said that a human's smiles were more beautiful when they had nothing left to lose with that gesture.
There was nothing more beautiful than the indifference poured out and the recognition that nothing else mattered.
The recognition of the end and continuity of life was something to be envied.
A rare smile but one that exists throughout life, and the most beautiful of smiles in bed at the end.
A white smile, the corners of the mouth etched with bright blood and a terminal line that the lips made up.
The smile of someone who didn't care about anything else, had nothing to lose.
It didn't describe despair or fear, it told the story of a life.
Someone who embraced what destiny had in store for them with open arms and a smile on the lips.
And the smile revealed secrets that in life there are none had been shown and known.
If one looked a little more closely, the almost imperceptible bitterness in the dry mouth was almost noticeable.
The warmth of the white hand faded like sand that the wind carried away, thermodynamics had ceased.
Still, he kept his fingers pressed against the cooled skin, contrasting with the small yet warm smile on the lips.
The scenery he had longed for, beautiful and melancholic that had made him cry, a crystal clear tear ran down his cheek as he looked and looked at the final smile.
He almost didn't even understand that he was crying timidly, as if it was the first time he had felt pain.
He could still feel the firm grip in the hollow of his fingers, spreading the ice from his hands across his.
He reciprocated with almost despair.
He clung on as if his icy hand were a rope or a buoy, or the only thing that mattered to him at that moment.
His lips stiffened, pressed against each other without really understanding why he was reacting like that.
The air hung around, silently reeking of fate and tragedy.
The kind of tragedy that could not be stopped, like a train moving at breakneck speed that only stops at its destination, no matter how unfair it may be.
There was no driver, there were no brakes.
It… just ran and walked without ever looking back.
He squeezed the hand again, wishing it was a dream and not harsh reality.
It could be one of the nightmares that kept him awake at night.
But then, like a slap in the face of his thoughts, the voice of reality rang out.
It came as vowels, consonants, syllables and as a sentence.
“Finish me, Dazai.”
It wasn't a nightmare after all.
It was definitely the harsh, hard reality.
The seriousness with which the storm, majestic and beautiful, had looked at him, made him feel small.
He wanted to cry like a child, but he couldn't.
And even if Dazai Osamu hadn’t the burning desire to end the beautiful life of the one who was in his arms, back gently resting on his thighs, he obeyed.
He raised the gun. without trembling, not before squeezing the hand he was helding.
The voice of reason was strong, it was just unfortunate that it came from the mouth of someone so deserving of life.
Like a robot, he obeyed without speaking, without blinking or crying.
He felt absolutely nothing
The barrel of the black gun almost looked like a feather pressed against the pale, white forehead.
It was almost poetic the gentle way Dazai had prepared the phonal blow.
It was almost beautiful, the sound with which the weapon gently contacted with the hardness of the skull skeleton.
A soft, almost inaudible sound, muffled by gentle gusts of wind, which seemed to show their condolences.
Why?
The human in his arms was still breathing.
He still squeezed her fingers with something like affection.
He was still alive.
The gun was still pressed so gently against the unbroken skin.
But… he didn't want to pull the trigger.
It was an impossible dilemma to resolve and so the voice of reason echoed.
This time in the form of an explanation for the hesitation.
“I don't kill," he said without a problem “I made a promise not to kill anymore and to save the weak and the orphans"
It was a useless excuse, he knew it.
But he had to tell him that, he owed him an explanation.
As always hiding the most important thing, but Dazai knew he had been understood.
The proof of this was the warm, soft eyes of the man in her arms.
And his face showed a surreal understanding.
The man seemed to suppress a laugh.
“And isn't that what you're about to do?" the once rough, thick voice was thin and weak laced with pure melancholy and amusement “By killing me you are saving not only the orphans and the weak but... the entire.... world.”
The voice of reason had said once again, but in the form of a final blow.
There were no possible excuses after such words.
The words were delivered with resigned apprehension, Dazai had never heard anything so beautiful and painful.
He decided not to respond.
Maybe because he didn't have an answer.
Maybe he didn't want to answer at all.
Anyway, the reason didn't matter.
The eyes that would torment him days and nights, smiled at him.
Smiling eyes were beautiful and majestic, rare and unique.
Especially when they came from someone who had nothing left to lose.
He saw the rejuvenation of the light in those stormy, imposing and slightly agitated skies.
They looked at him calmly as if nothing was going to happen.
Dazai wished those skies would hit him, with lightning, thunder…
He wished that storm would never end.
Even if he was aware that everything had a beginning and an end.
The cycle of life was not infinite.
Like everything in life, the storm had a beginning and an end.
Dazai didn't want the storm to stop.
In a final gesture of farewell the storm that was the language of the depths of the eyes before him, finally calmed down.
The eyes, the storm smiled at him.
It was such a childish and innocent smile, as if there was no other choice.
Dazai Osamu remembered that smile, beautiful and nostalgic.
They brought back memories of his innocent 15 years of age.
A distant and irretrievably lost past.
Dazai had already come to terms with this fact, saying goodbye to all the memories and good things in his life.
But, unlike what had happened in the control room, this time tears did not come to his eyes.
The gray and blue storm, tormented and restless, was making its last movements in the depths of Nakahara Chuuya's eyes.
The last ones.
"Do it.”
Two words so small and soft, that they seemed to have been his imagination and not coming from the mouth of the unfortunate man.
The lips had barely moved at all, it was like the small whispers of the noyirno wind, but more tired.
The gun, he realized, was still in the air.
It had been pulled back when the words had been spoken, while thinking about the philosophy of life and death.
Chuuya smiled at him like he had never smiled at him before.
This time he smiled with his eyes and his lips.
Dazai regretted not having seen Chuuya's smile more often, which had been hidden from the world.
Something so beautiful and innocent deserved its place in the world.
The display of emotions needed to be seen.
Nakahara Chuuya should never have hidden his big heart from the world.
The wind blew through his hair like burning fire, even at the end.
It was more beautiful than death, more beautiful than a woman.
And more beautiful than those two things, only the cycle of life.
The takeover of Chuuya's body by almost incalculable energy, destroying every pore of his body, feeding on his emotional consciousness had once been beautiful.
But nothing surpassed the end of the storm that Dazai knew was coming.
A storm is unpredictable and unstoppable.
One knows it will arrive, but one could ever know when.
It was more than beautiful.
There were no words enough to describe Chuuya's beautiful face.
Full of emotions.
It was such a beautiful figure, illuminated by the moonlight and darkened by the dark darkness, that it caused a tear to appear.
Dazai Osamu cried a few times.
He had cried when Oda had died.
He had almost cried when memories of his past with Chuuya had surfaced in his mind.
And he cried at the beauty of the scenery worthy of a thousand-dollar painting.
Beauty was synonymous with sadness because it would not last long.
Death was beautiful, because after this, there were no possible witnesses.
After death, no one knew what would come.
And maybe that's why Dazai Osamu did not return the smile.
It was almost as if he could not bear to see such beauty on Chuuya's face.
But he looked at the eyes that smiled at him.
Without ever looking away, not even to see the approaching footsteps, he tilted his torso slightly to look at Chuuya in his last moments of life.
He stayed like that for a few seconds, without saying anything.
Neither of them had said anything.
Their eyes, however, communicated with silence.
He had never been so close to someone without feeling the human warmth emanating from them.
It was the last confirmation he needed.
Then, he finally pressed the trigger of the gun like he had never done before.
It had been a slow, gentle movement, almost like an invisible caress.
Still close to his face, he saw blood flowing from the center of his forehead.
The bloody, liquid river, made a beautiful curve from the wound to the forehead, to the right cheek, to the left cheek.
Everything was very slow and painful, under the persistent gaze of Dazai.
A tear had mixed with the trickle of blood on Chuuya's right cheek, wiping it away.
Then, the drop slid down his right cheek, down the soft corner of his motionless mouth, and onto his chest.
Dazai slowly took his finger off the trigger, watching the smile on Chuuya's lips die, lose strength, turn into nothing.
He finally pulled away, noticing the tear that had fallen and stained Chuuya's shirt.
He didn’t care.
He was face to face with the dead, cold and weak body of a man.
A man who had been his former partner in the mafia and partner for life.
And faced with such a scenario, Dazai Osamu, for the second time in his life, did not know what to do.
The wind howled as the weapon fell to the ground, near the victim’s head, due to lack of strength or maybe gravity itself.
And that was how Dazai Osamu's life mission had been fulfilled.
He knew there would be no funeral worthy of a king or even a tribute to the man.
But the wind sang in its own way, chirping softly, resembling a soft, melancholic violin solo.
The sound of the calm, serene and sweet wind lulled the dead man, along with his murderer.
Nakahara Chuuya's red hair was caressed like the caress of a mother he never had.
Empty.
No reaction.
No thoughts.
Only death didn't seem so terrible to him.
Suddenly death didn't seem as far away as it had before.
Sure it had taken someone special from him.
Once again.
However, the scene that predominated around the deceased was beautiful like a flower.
The blossoming of a flower was slow and the wait was long.
But would it be worth it?
Yes.
Dazai Osamu was not surprised by what had happened.
Nakahara Chuuya was like a flower that when it was about to bloom, it had to die.
It was a scenario that Dazai Osamu had imagined countless times.
But nothing surpassed reality.
Even though the loss hurt him deep down, the man's beauty made up for it.
As a result, his chest didn't hurt, his heart didn't feel heavy.
He had stopped feeling anything
Voices echoed but were promptly ignored.
The night was lonely and dark.
Only the moonlight seemed to illuminate the Earth, the light had ceased.
He looked one last time into the dead eyes: it was the sign that the storm that was Nakahara Chuuya had ceased.
Dazai ran his hand over Chuuya’s forehead, moving it down to his cheek lonvingly.
And the wind cooled the bodies, but nothing surpassed the coldness of the body in his arms.
The night was cold, but Nakahara Chuuya's body was colder.
He had never thought of such a thing.
Cold and Chuuya never got along.
The same way Odasaku and death didn’t.
The same way Dazai and life also didn’t.
And yet, here they were.
Chuuya was cold, Odasaku was dead and Dazai alive.
How funny.
“I knew this would happen” he muttered.
And then,
“How boring.” he sighed, looking up “Even you Chuuya, life really is boring.” he paused “There is nothing worth in this world." he paused a bit "Thanks a lot for the reminder.”
What was he expecting?
He should had known better.
After all,
Anything I would never want to lose will be lost.
It is a given that everything that is worth wanting will be lost the moment I obtain it.

Overprotective
10ft Vash the Stampede
4'11 Meryl Stryfe
"Do we have to Mayfly?" Vash whined, "I know sandsteamers are the fastest way to November, but I have the worst luck with public transportation. Even now."
Meryl chuckled, leaning affectionately into her husband's side from her mount, a genetically specialized Tomas her brother-in-law made so she could relatively keep up with Vash at his much larger size named KoKo. "I know Angel, but we're already a week behind schedule because of the storm and you know how my boss can get when I'm late for my bi-annual visit to the office"
Vash sighed, wrapping his long arm around his wife's small shoulders as he looked up at the humpback class sandsteamer in front of them. "I guess. But what about KoKo here?" He asked, gleefully running his free hand through the Tomas' cyan mane when she pressed against his leg at her name, clearly asking for attention too. "I don't want to leave her here"
"Most humpback class sandsteamers have stables for Toma. It costs a little extra, but she'll be safe." Meryl said, patting her mount's neck, which earned a small trill of content.
"What about Stampede Suites?" Vash asked. "I don't want you to be cramped because of me."
Meryl smiled. Stampede Suites where specialized hotel rooms made specially for Vash to comfortably fit his much larger frame. He felt it was more than he deserved and would be perfectly happy on a small twin sized cot, but she knew he only paid for Stampede Suites for her comfort more than for his own.
"I highly doubt it. The S.S. Prosper is almost as old as the Flourish. New enough that the emergency brake issue has been fixed, but too old to have a Stampede Suite, even as an annexed room." Meryl explained. "But it'll be okay Vash. I'll be fine to share a king size mattress with you. It's just for the night." She assured him, giving his much larger hand a comforting squeeze.
Vash sighed again before picking Meryl up and taking KoKo's reigns as he started up the gangplank. "Alright, let's go."
Soon enough, KoKo was settled into a stable and Vash and Meryl where in a decently sized first class room. Or at least decently sized for a human. Despite the high ceiling, Vash was still hunch over quite a bit
"Mayfly are you sure this is the biggest room on the steamer?" He asked, his palm flat on the ceiling as if pressing up against it would give him more space to stand more comfortably.
Meryl smiled in amusement, getting up from the bed and reached up to take his free hand in her own. "I'm sure. C'mon, let's get some sleep." She said, tugging him closer to the bed.
Vash smiled down at her, letting his wife lead him to the bed, but couldn't help but grimace when the bed creaked under his weight when he sat down on it. "Geez they couldn't've at least reenforced it? I feel like it's going to collapse if I have another nightmare..." He said, quickly taking off his long red duster with practiced ease and unbuckling his boots before kicking them off.
"Not everyone is 10 feet tall and weighs more than a Tomas." Meryl replied, shedding her own cloak and boots before climbing onto the bed, standing on the mattress so she could plant a kiss on his jaw.
The smile returned to his face as he turned his head to face her, stealing a quick peck on the lips before scooping her into his arms and cradling her against his chest. "Yeah but it's all muscle" he playfully retorted
"And metal" she added, tapping his left pec where the metal grate was welded into. "If you had anymore metal I'd have to start calling you a robot"
Vash chuckled, kissing her forehead before pressing his own against where he just kissed. "I'm rubbing off on you Mayfly. But you have to work on your jokes. That was pretty terrible"
Meryl just rolled her eyes and patted his chest. "Anyway. Summon your wings. It's the 15th today" she instructed, trying to sit up in his arms.
"Aw do I have to? The room is so small." Vash whined, holding her tighter
Once a month, Meryl helped him preen his wings. Fixing crooked feathers and helping him get rid of old ones to make room for new, healthy feathers. Something that Knives very clearly instructed her she had to do, otherwise he could get sick like he did in LR Town after the Legato incident.
"Yes. You do. If Knives wrings me out because I'm not making sure you're taking care of yourself, I'm throwing you under the steamer with me"
Vash pouted at her for a moment before setting her on the bed, standing up as best he could and summoned his wings, casting the room in a soft turquoise and golden glow before sitting down on the floor in front of Meryl, letting her run her hands through his wings. As much as he complained about the preening, he did have to admit that feeling his wife's small hands run through his thick golden feathers was really nice...
After a while of Meryl preening his wings, Vash found himself dozing off when the sandsteamer gave an all too familiar lurch. He let out a very inhuman growl, much more inhuman than he meant.
Vash really had the worst luck with public transportation.
Meryl paused what she was doing when she heard him growl. Usually she loved it when he growled, especially in bed. But this wasn't a playful growl, it was a frustrated one.
"Vash? What's wrong?" She asked, smoothing out some feathers.
"BadLads" he answered simply
"Again? Let me grab my cloak" she said, starting to get up.
In an instant, Vash had turned around, catching her small wrists with one hand and her waist with the other. "No Meryl... It's too dangerous."
"What do you mean too dangerous?" Meryl whisper shouted, her brows furrowing as she freed a hand from her husband's loose grip to pull at his ear in irritation. "I've helped take BDN down before!"
Normally Vash would ham it up and act like Meryl tugging at his ear actually hurt, but now he was more worried about protecting her, and the people on the ship. "I know... It's just that... Last time I dealt with Neon he promised that he'll kill me"
"But he can't kill you. You're immortal"
"I know. But I don't want him to figure that out and then kidnap you to try to hurt me." He told her, cupping her cheek in his hand. Well, her head, as his palm was much bigger than it. "So please Meryl. Stay here and stay safe. For me." Vash asked, glowing eyes pleading.
Begrudgingly, Meryl nodded as she leaned into his hand. "Alright. I'll stay hidden" she said.
Vash smiled, gently tilting Meryl's chin upwards so he could press his lips against hers. "That's my Mayfly" he whispered softly, pressing his forehead against hers before standing again, rolling his neck and shoulders, letting his markings and wings disappear into his skin, allowing the room to fall into darkness, save for his eyes. Grabbing the scarlet coat, Vash quickly put it on and headed out into the hallway. "I'll be back soon"
Meryl sighed as the door shut behind him and she heard his heavy boots disappear down the hall. She knew Vash would be fine. He was immortal after all. Yes he could be hurt, and the scars and metal that littered his skin was proof of that, but he couldn't be killed. Still, she felt useless sitting here in the dark.
Minutes turned into hours and Meryl was getting antsy. She promised Vash that she would stay here and stay hidden. But it would only be a matter of time before the gang would find her in the room.
With a decisive huff, Meryl grabbed her cloak and put it on before sneaking out of the room as quietly as she could. She knew Vash wouldn't be happy with her for throwing herself into danger like this, but it was still technically her job to make sure he didn't cause too much damage. Besides, she could handle him getting upset with her, and he was never upset with her for long. He knew that if she made up her mind about something, there was no changing it. That was something they had in common.
Only he was an unstoppable force of nature. Meryl thought to herself. Something about Plants self actualizing their names or something? She wasn't sure.
Being careful not to make any noise, Meryl snuck down the hall. Towards where, she wasn't sure. She knew she had to find Vash. It wasn't like her to not have a plan, but her worry for her husband was eating her up inside.
"You! Stop there!"
Meryl froze. Shit...
She had only three options right now, and none of them were good. Draw her weapons and fight, surrender, or run. If she fought, their numbers would quickly overpower her, and if she ran, she'd be surrounded. Either way, she would most likely be brought before Brilliant Dynamite Neon.
Why didn't she just listen to Vash? She asked herself, mentally kicking herself as one of Neon's men took her by the arms and forced her forward. "I'm going, I'm going! Ease up asshole!" She growled at the man
To her surprise, his grip turned gentle. "Right. I'm sorry ma'am. Mr Neon specifically asked for you. I'm sorry for this... I really am" he said softly.
This surprised Meryl, and confused her greatly. "Why are you being so nice about this?"
The man sighed under the mask as he lead her down the hall. "Money's tight, okay? And Mr Neon pays pretty fairly. I was desperate for a job and there was an opening." He explained. "But he caught word that the Humanoid Typhoon was onboard the steamer and decided to make due on a promise he made like, 20 years ago. Which is dumb if you ask me. But when he caught up to the guy he saw what he turned into and ordered us to find you."
"The hell does he want from me?" Meryl demanded as they stopped in front of a set of doors.
"He didn't say... But whatever happens, I'm sorry" The man told her, sounding honest as he pushed her through.
She stumbled through the doors and large hand steadied her. Looking up, she was hoping it was her husband, but she felt her heart sink with dread when she saw who it was.
"Well look who it is. Now this party can really get started."
Meryl tensed when the hand grabbed her by her collar and lifted her up to face Vash on the other side, who was seething in anger. She tried calling out to him, but couldn't get a sound out before she felt his gun press against her temple.
"Turns out, your beau is an immortal god and I can't make due on the promise I made to him." Neon sneered into her ear. "And I don't break my promises. Such a shame... I hate to waste a pretty face"
Meryl cringed as she heard the gun powered up, waiting for her brains to splatter on the deck below. But it never came. Instead, she heard only two words echo in her head, and she knew everyone else heard it as well.
DROP HER
The next few moments where a frenzy of chaos. All she could tell was that she fell to the metal floor and a heavy weight had settled over her. Blinking, Meryl looked up as much as she could. From her perspective, the leader of the BadLads was cowering in fear across the room and Vash had crouched over her in a protective, feral stance, his wings spread out and wide to make himself seem even bigger and more intimidating than before.
Meryl had to do something. She had to calm him down. When Vash got like this, he became a massive angelic like monster who had four arms (well, technically three, as one was amputated) and more wings and eyes then she could count. Yes for the most part he could control the transformation and kept his mind, but sometimes he couldn't and became feral. She really didn't need him to grow to the size of a steamer while they where still in it.
Reaching forward, she grabbed his natural arm, hugging it tight and tried her best to ignore the fast growing feathers that threatened to bury her. "Vash! Vash, I'm okay! Please... I'm okay. I'm safe"
The arm she was holding moved, scooping her into it as she laid her head in his hand. "Meryl?"
She smiled at him, reaching up to touch his face, being careful not to accidentally poke the extra eyes that appeared on his cheeks in his protective rage. "That's right Angel. It's me. I'm safe" Meryl assured him as he closed the extra eyes, making them disappear into his skin.
"Well then" BDN stated, his voice still shaking from fear despite clearly trying to put on a bravado facade for his men. "If you're done with your fancy show of power, me and my men will take our leave. This party ain't fun anymore"
Vash looked up at him, growling out what Meryl could only assume was a string of curses in his native tongue before standing to his full height and setting her down behind him.
"What? You wanna duel again? You have your woman and we didn't kill that many people." Neon challenged, standing to his own full height. It might've been impressive in the past compared to Vash, but now he just looked ridiculously small.
The red clad gunslinger didn't speak, and only bared his sharp teeth as he walked towards the gang leader, making it a point to force him to crane his neck to continue looking him in the eyes.
Neon's eyes widened as his voice faltered to silence. He definitely fucked up. And now he was staring into the eyes of the Humanoid Typhoon. Screw the Diablo, these where the eyes of an angry god.
"Look... I'm sorry. I gave you back your wo-"
He couldn't get the rest of his sentence out before a massive heavy boot landed on his chest, pushing him through the door behind him and sending him flying a few yarz.
Neon landed on his back, his head bouncing off the metal floor, causing his vision to go blurry. All he could see when he looked up was two glowing orbs high above him
"You steal from innocent people. You kill with no remorse and you steal what's mine" Vash growled, towering above the man as he lifted his boot and brought it down hard on his arm, earning a loud crack and a scream in pain.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! Please! Please don't kill me!" Neon pleaded, writhing in pain from his broken arm.
Vash snarled, moving his foot to his chest and put his weight down on the man as he leaned down to get in his face. "That woman is mine. These people are mine. If you hurt anyone else, I will hunt you down. Understand?"
"Cr-crystal"
Vash scoffed, but removed his foot, reaching into his jacket pocket to toss Beramy a roll of bandages and gauze to take care of his boss's broken arm before going back to where Meryl was.
"How bad is the damages?" She asked
Vash gave her a lopsided grin. "I didn't break any of the steamer if that's what you meant. So it should be a fairly easy report" he assured her, ruffling her hair.
"What did you do to him? I heard screaming" Meryl asked, swatting his hand away
"Nothing to bad. I just convinced him not to steal anymore"
Meryl gave him a look of disbelief, but decided to drop it. She knew what he was capable of, and she also knew that when he injured someone out of anger, he didn't like too talk about.
"Anyway!" Vash suddenly blurted out, spurring Meryl out of her thoughts. "It's late. And you have to go straight from the station to the office when we get to November in the morning" He stated, kneeling down in front of her and offering his arms to her.
Meryl smiled at him and took his offer, letting him pick her up and set her on his hip as he walked back to their room.
She hummed softly as he wrapped his other arm around her, pressing her small frame closer to himself.
Vash really was overprotective of her. But she wouldn't trade it for the world.

In an alternate universe the main 3 masterminds immediately drop the whole killing game idea after getting laid.
(If possible can you make these three separate posts)
Rantaro vists Tsumugi the night before the end of the time limit, V3 suddenly becomes a dating show.
Izuru having dreams (memories) of fucking a certain gamer girl, he brakes out of the room the scientists are holding him, finds Chaiki's rooms and catches her fingering herself while moaning the name Hajime. She catches him staring at her and one thing leads to another Hajime wakes up to a naked Chaiki in his arms.
And Danganronpa doesn't even exist when Mukuro calls Matsuda to gives Junko her prescribed dicking when her despair fetish acts up.
Disclaimer: Below is content that's more on the racy side! If not for you, you probably shouldn't read!
"Ugh, l-laaast time I'm entrusting anything to the those stupid Monokubs..." grumbled Tsumugi before stifling back a moan. Rantaro's firm hands were kneading her doughy, naked bottom like crazy. The survivor could only chuckle as the mastermind voiced her complaints. Both were currently in her room, both stark naked. Rantaro sat at the foot of her bed, whilst Tsumugi saw fit to hop on his lap, snuggling him and getting her luscious breasts pressed up against his own chest.
"Yeaaah, I got my memories back like a day or two ago. But, hey, don't you think what I proposed is way more interesting? You can still get people tuning in without having the set of this go to waste or get people dead. Besides, I'm sure you're just as glad I am to be able to hook up with each other like this, right?~" As his hands went to rub her wet pussy, a flushed Tsumugi glared at him...before pulling him in for a long, drawn, out kiss.
The next morning the time limit and killing game was called off in favor of something else: Danganronpa V3: Orgy Harmony!~ It was such a 'smashing' hit that the show was renewed for five more season!~
-
"H-hajime..."
It's been months since she see her dearest friend, her lover. What happened to him? Even as most would have moved on she couldn't. Thoughts of the boy permeated her mind every day, for every waking or sleeping moment. Even now at her most...intimate time. Laying back on her bed, the gamer whispered out the name of the one she held quite dear as she tried to pleasure herself. One hand vigorously trying to get herself off and the other groping at one of her own melons. Though it just wasn't the same.
But, about halfway through felt some presence nearby her dorm window.
"...Hajime?" The person had long black hair, sharp red eyes and looked about emotionless as a robotic construct...but Chiaki knew. IT had to have been him. Opening her window, she got a closer look and felt tears come into her eyes.
"...You know who I am? You are familiar to me. Before who I became what I am, you were...important?" Izuru said stoicly and stone faced as ever. He was intended to be the Ultimate Hope, someone that was the Ultimate Ultimate. Yet, constantly, his dreams where of this woman. Of being with her, playing with her....fucking her!! Eventually, it didn't take long before he took out his own security detail and escaped to look for her.
Of course, he didn't expect himself to seeing her completely naked and almost in tears like this. He also didn't expect this next part.
"....Hajime!!!!" Grabbing Izuru by the shoulders, Chiaki planted a big, wet kiss, on his lips before dragging him inside of her dorm. The kiss began unlocking memories and feelings withing Izuru's mind that he never felt before. Thus, he soon found himself returning the kiss's passion and baring himself for the gamer.
By the time morning arrived, Izuru Kamukura was no more. Sleeping in Chiaki's bed was the gamer herself and Hajime Hinata - two lovebirds reunited once more.
--
"S-seriously, if you just want the sex, then ask for it!!! Do you know how much of a pain it is to be called away from my research just because you want to be pain!?"
"Psssh, and deprive myself of the potential despair of you possibly neglecting me for your work? No fuckin' waaaaaaaaaaay!~" Junko cackled as she enthusiastically rode on her boyfriend. Yasuke had barely entered the empty classroom of the old school building before the crazy blonde had grabbed him by the tie and pulled him in for a strong kiss.
Nearby was a bomb that Junko had already deactivated and was stuck on minus 10 seconds. Close call, but Junko already knew Yasuke would never refuse to please her and would be more than capable of getting here before the time limit. A fact that explained why she was already buck naked by the time the neurologist arrived.
"Hey, Yasuke, did you get to Junko in t-...oh, hey, you did." Mukuro said to herself as she saw her now getting her fat ass plowed by her boyfriend. Seems like another disaster averted!~ Slowly, Mukuro's cheeks became heated as the sight was burned into her brain. Maybe...Makoto could help her out later?
Some people get a bit more playful when they're in the mood, Junko's tell is becoming destructive and potentially homicidal for despair if she doesn't get some at enough times. Such is the quirk of an Ultimate!~ Thankfully, both Yasuke and Mukuro knew more than enough to keep that side of her at bay.........like 98% of the time. Give or take.

FREMONT, CA - In a move that has redefined the meaning of "self-driving," Tesla unveiled its newest innovation this week – the Model S Plaid "Co-Pilot," a revolutionary vehicle that allows even the most technophobic Luddite to experience the thrill (or terror?) of autonomous driving. This groundbreaking advancement boasts a suite of cutting-edge features, including lane-departure warning, automatic emergency braking, and the pièce de résistance – a giant red button labeled "HUMAN PANIC BUTTON" positioned conveniently within arm's reach of the driver. "We listened to our customers," declared Elon Musk, Tesla's ever-optimistic CEO, at the unveiling. "They crave the freedom of self-driving technology, but some, bless their analog hearts, still harbor a primal fear of rogue AIs taking over the world. The 'Co-Pilot' addresses this concern head-on, offering the perfect blend of technological marvel and good old-fashioned human control." The "Human Panic Button" itself is a marvel of ergonomic engineering. A large, pulsating red orb adorned with a universally recognized international symbol of distress (a stick figure flailing its arms wildly), the button is strategically placed on the dashboard, within easy reach of even the most beverage-laden driver. A single, desperate press instantly disengages the self-driving software, returning control to the human pilot – a reassuring feature for those moments when the car decides taking a shortcut through a cornfield seems like a perfectly sound decision. "This is a game-changer," gushed Dr. Bartholomew McLuddite, a self-proclaimed AI safety expert and noted collector of rotary landline phones. "Finally, a self-driving car acknowledges the inherent limitations of artificial intelligence. Sometimes, only a human's finely-honed fight-or-flight response can prevent a robot uprising on the highway." However, some industry experts remain skeptical. "Isn't the whole point of self-driving cars to, well, not require constant human intervention?" quipped Penelope Gearshift, a veteran car critic known for her scathing reviews and impressive collection of vintage hubcaps. "This feels less like a technological leap and more like a desperate attempt to appease the easily spooked." Indeed, the "Co-Pilot" raises several questions about Tesla's confidence in its own technology. Is the "Human Panic Button" a tacit admission that the self-driving software isn't quite there yet? Are these cars essentially high-priced, AI-powered chauffeurs with an emergency eject button for the paranoid passenger? Only time, and a whole lot of brave (or foolhardy) test drivers, will tell. One thing's for sure: with the "Co-Pilot," Tesla has redefined the self-driving experience. Now, even the most nervous technophobe can enjoy the "benefits" of autonomous driving – provided they have lightning-fast reflexes and a healthy dose of skepticism. So, the next time you're in the market for a car that drives itself (with the option of a quick and easy human override), head down to your local Tesla dealership. Just don't forget your stress ball and a good lawyer – you never know when you might need them.
