*Genji is with his mother, father and Hanzo out on his birthday but looks at his mother as they walked behind Hanzo and Sojiro heading towards the Rikimaru Ramen  for his birthday but he seems a bit down* Rumiko: Genji are you alright? Teen Genji:*looks at her and nods* Y-Yeah I'm fine mother just... Rumiko:*stops and looks at him* My sweet hatchling it's your birthday, after we have ramen were going to head back and have mochi afterwards. Teen Genji: I know...I just...I had a moment. Rumiko:*nods knowing what he means* Ah you had a moment of clarity or something. Teen Genji:*nods but looks down* I-It's a bit stupid... Rumiko: Nothing is stupid my hatchling, you can tell me. Teen Genji:*underneath his breath * Mom...Am I going to die? Rumiko:*looks at him and smiles softly as she hides her concern* I say your chances of survival are 100% Teen Genji:*looks at her but looks down a bit somberly* A-Are you going to die? Rumiko:*get caught off guard by that and looks at him for a moment before sighing as she cups his face smiling softly* Well...Everyone dies eventually hatchling, but not for a long, long time. Teen Genji:*looks at her sadly* Well what if you die and I'm still here? Rumiko: Then you'll be all grown up and you won't need me... *Genji was about to say something when Sojiro called for the both of them, in which Rumiko smiles as he takes his hand heading towards the Rikimaru not before hugging him tightly* Teen Genji:*Whispers to her* I think I'll always need you.. Rumiko:*just hugs him tighter before she smiled softly* Come lets get some ramen okay. Teen Genji: Okay. ~~~~ Genji:*is having ramen with Hanzo for his birthday but looks down for a moment whispering* Thank you... Hanzo:*looks at Genji and smiles sadly* Mother would have enjoyed this.... Genji:*looks at him and nods* Yeah she would have...

I absolutely LOVE your fangan idea! If you have any characters made for it yet, please feel free to share. I want to hear everything about it!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
//Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed hearing about it ^^
While I don’t have a complete group yet, I do have our leads in mind:
Name: Shuu Tachibana Talent: Ultimate Paramedic Gender: Male Height: 182 cm Weight: 72 kg Birth Date: August 6 Chest Size: 85 cm Blood Type: AB Likes: Helping People Dislikes: Venomous Snakes
A young EMT in training, Shuu is the eldest of three kids, who began pursuing a career in medicine after his parents died in a car accident. While he's been quite successful in saving lives, he often downplays his role a lot of the time and doesn't feel good enough to accept compliments for his work. Even so, he always keeps a level head when under pressure and remains focused on the situation at hand. While he's pretty friendly, if quiet, he also has a morbid sense of humor that can be off-putting to a lot of people. One day, after a routine call, he ends up dragged into the enigmatic Absolution Program.
Name: Mitsuri Rikimaru  Talent: Ultimate Lockpicker Gender: Female Height: 170 cm Weight: 60 kg Birth Date: January 26 Chest Size: 92 cm Blood Type: B Likes: Approval Dislikes: Empty rooms, disagreeable people
On the surface, Mitsuri- or "Mimi" as she likes to call herself- is a sweet, cheerful girl with a talent for solving puzzles and breaking through barriers, albeit one who can quickly turn sad and self-pitying if things don't go her way. Underneath that, however, she's obsessive, aggressive, intimidating and overprotective of those she cares about. Her persona can switch rapidly given the circumstances, but generally, she's willing to work with the group and help with investigations, albeit mostly to protect the target of her affections: Shuu, the paramedic who saved her life.
Name: Dento Nomura Talent: Ultimate Historical Reenactor  Gender: Male Height: 190 cm Weight: 97 kg Birth Date: December 17 Chest Size: 113 cm Blood Type: A Likes: Teaching history Dislikes: Tuna
Large and loud, Dento is a passionate historical educator who prefers to teach by example. This has often lead to him spending all his time in character while wearing historical outfits, particularly suits of armor. While he can be quite intimidating and often lets his emotions get the better of him, he’s also a very moral and down-to-earth man who tackles problems head on. He always tries to others in need, a trait that proves very helpful within the confines of the Absolution Program, especially alongside Shuu.
So yeah, Shuu is our protag, Mim the deuteragonist and Dento the tritagonist/resident big guy, with a very complicated relationship and dynamic, but a trio that can help lead the others to victory.
As for their designs, I haven’t drawn them yet, but I do have inspirations in mind:
Tumblr media
Shuu takes inspiration from Akitaru Obi from Fire Force, although with an EMT outfit and scythe-shaped ahoge.
Tumblr media
Mimi takes inspiration from Mao Nonosaka from Future Diary, though her outfit would look a lot different in color and design and she’d wear a necklace with a skeleton key. She’d still have the hat though.
Tumblr media
Dento, meanwhile, wears a full-body suit of armor like this. While you don’t see his face, his helmet still manages to be expressive and he exhibits a lot of body language. He also carries around a fake sword he waves around for emphasis.

Here's some Cpop fandom/Chuang2021 news no one asked for but I NEED to type out: so chinese survival show fandom fundraising has been in the legal grey area for years, due to shady manipulative tactics employed by the survival show itself, its sponsors, AND the fanclubs/hardcore viewers. The chinese government/CCP finally stepped in a week ago and was like Hey Guys WTF? Stop This At Once so I guess there won't be a chuang2022 nxt year and honestly good riddance LMAO like i LOVE to watch it bc it's brainless cringe content BUT it clearly does way more harm than good, realistically
Apparently this all started when chuang's sister show QCYN suffered a scandal of their top trainee Yu Jingtian, whose parents are allegedly involved with drugs/prostitution?? So YJT anti-fans and fans of other trainees started blasting the CCP on weibo to get him kicked out. And it worked so well, the CCP had him kicked out (he left "Voluntarily" lmao) AND launched an investigation of the entire show because simultaneously, a video resurfaced of fans buying yogurt votes during last year's season of QCYN just pouring the yogurt down into public sewers after scanning the vote code. Last year China enacted a law thats like "mass food wastage illegal" so the CCP is like For Real?? We JUST Told U To Not Do That. Even if the yogurt video is from last year and this year's yogurt package design allows the vote codes to be scanned without opening the bottles (so they can be donated or resold instead).
Anyway so the CCP cancelled QCYN (luckily chuang wrapped up its finale a couple weeks earlier so they avoided the worst consequences, but big ol F for the trainees in QCYN and the idol industry in general... time to not become an idol and do something else i guess), so the finale was cancelled, the show blacklisted as "negative energy", and future seasons given a strict set of rules to follow (no more yogurt voting, no glorifying trainees that are pretty but skill-less, no more underage trainees, trainees need background checks now etc) and when it's put like that, idol industry in china really is an insane wild west. There were literally no rules man. The only beverage allowed in chuang trainee building was the fucking sponsored yogurt and occasionally water LMAO imagine being lactose intolerant you would just die on the toilet every day
ALSO imagine being one of the investigators from the CCP Bureau of Radio/Television seeing the data and being like holy shit rikimaru fans literally spent billions of chinese yuan on fucking yogurt (and a warehouse to store the yogurt, fan paid ads, hiring fans to physically open and scan the yogurt boxes, buy hot searches on weibo... holy fuck) just so he can debut in a boy group. Man I pass away every time I see weibo/douban posts of teen girls being like "parents just found out i spent 100k yuan on Liu Yu to debut as Centre position. Donate link here bc I dont have any money left" and also "i haven't had a real meal in days. I just drink 3 bottles of yogurt every day. Keep up the good work everyone!!!" Like the world of chinese fandoms is horrifying but I'm transfixed. It's like if kpop fandom had a humongous younger sibling who's even more mentally unhinged and as a casual overseas fan who occasionally enjoys kpop I can't help but gawk and huff the melons ...
Oh it's also interesting to see how non chinese fans react. One poorly translated version of AK's idol diss rap got circulated on twitter and all the non chinese fans called him a pedophile for it LMAO imagine thinking ur interpretation of a lyric translated by google translate is accurate and grounds for cancellation. Admit it you just hate AK bc hes not conventionally attractive and the Negative Energy topic in the CCP's statement on idol survival shows is specifically talking about you
Anyway if none of this makes sense to you, cherish your confusion LMAO shits wack

i literally don’t make posts but here i am writing about chuang 2021 because i’m having thOUGHTS after watching ep 3.1. the names of the trainees that i’ve mentioned are italicised!
omg where do i even start
i don’t usually keep up and get this invested in these sort of shows and that’s coming from someone who’s been known since the og pd101 let’s start there i guess
as a monster stage was literally made for hu yetao but can we pleASE talk about xue bayi man looked hella fine
actually mans been looking (but more importantly!) performing super well but somehow always get shadowed (case in point: yall forgot he was also freestyling alongside santa x liu yu in ep 1.2 didn’t ya)
coccoon break was a stage that i was really looking forward to seeing but it didn’t have that effect the way as a monster had
but stellar nonetheless
jing long nailed his parts and the high notes as expected from the kING
gan wangxing’s performance was a pleasant surprise which is always great to see
yu yang was a strong center mad props to him
did not think i would pay attention to kazuma but he did really well
super heartwarming to see all the guys being so supportive of each other after this round (and for subsequent rounds!)
now super champion vs lit (very not used to calling it that btw)
man honestly rikimaru hard carried his team
KING SHIT his performance my gOSH i honestly don’t understand how he didn’t get mvp like what were you thinking (as nice as it is to see yi han and ren yinpeng’s efforts pay off)
yes this is the hill i will die on
mannnn i really started seriously watching this show for rikimaru cuz i’ve been following him for years and i want good things for him! like when he got emotional over the fact that he will miss that team oh mannn i needed a moment
liu yu choosing lit over any other song made the most sense considering his dance & preferred music style but he made it work towards what rikimaru was going for and he was great
very interesting to see li luoer choose lit and honestly? he nailed it fr considering how he’s not much of a dancer
now idk why the eng sub of super champion is put down as football gang but ok
tencent with their questionable eng subs hit again
tbh the groups who performed in ep 3.1 all choose stellar centers which (i personally believe) boosted their overall stages
so super champion’s he yifan was no exception but all of them put up a really strong performance together even though they were up against one of the stronger groups in this round
now butter-fly vs i like like you !!!!
ok first of all can we talk about bo yuan
he’s literally the reason why i paid for a wetv membership so that i can vote for him
[also can someone pLEASE tell me how to vote through wetv i litreally can’t get to anything and it’s stressing me out send help i need to vote for bo yuan why is he ranked at 46]
yes but butter-fly stage was just good vibes fun times and i love that for them!
the lightsticks made it 10x better than it already was
bo yuan as a center didn’t seem to hard carry (in the actual performance not the preparation for it) as much as rikimaru did in lit which was nice! i felt like i got a chance to see everyone while he had extra moments to shine at the same time
his hair is so frickin cool i love it i started ogling at it since the trailer from last ep and at first i didn’t know who it was so i was like ‘who’s that with the hair i ove it’ and when i found out i deadass screamed
again why did he not get mvp mans was rOBBED of it
but more importantly is robbed of the voTEs please vote for him [and teach me how to vote so that i can do it myself]
k gotta move on from talking about bo yuan so
i like like you was super sweet! i love how all their voices blended together in their harmonies just as much as their individual voices which are all different
dai shaodong’s voice was breathtaking but the little rap in there was so nicely done! esp when zhou zhennan literally goes ‘during rehearsal the rap was like ‘i like you, and if you don’t like me back i’ll force you to like me’ (not actually what he said but idk how else to translate it)
i’m so glad we got to hear more of rong yao !! (my biases are showing oh no)
but yes! wow i did not think i would be saying this much about the performances alone but here i am lol!
i’m having high hopes and much excites for the remaining performances they all look super cool!
ok thank you for coming to my ted talk it was hella long

Baby!Into1 x Daycare au | Intro
(ft. Bo Yuan as the caretaker of the 10 chaotic bunch, ranging from the ages of 3-5)
a/n: hello hello yumi here~ so this is the first into1 au of mine that will ever see the light of day. at first I was going to write things for it, but honestly I'm going to make it into a series with incorrect quotes to attach with it. this post will be the bios of all the babies and our lovely caretaker Bo Yuan, so enough of me babbling and I hope you guys could enjoy~
First off, we have the Caretakerℱ Bo Yuan:
my mans is like in his 20's rn
wanted to open up a little day care as like side job/internship because he wanted to teach kids in the future so he was like “might as well start working with kids now!”
and so
he did it
only regretted his life decisions when his devil number 1 and devil number 2 does something bad
other times he really enjoy looking after them! and he doesn’t even feel like it’s a job!
has been thinking about taking a field trip with all 10 of them but he’s afraid: 1) he might lose one 2) he might lose himself 3) can they behave themselves
his favorite thing to do is having all of them gather around while reading a fairytale to them for nap time
or sometimes he would sing a song
he has a lot of favorite things in day care, literally having all 10 of them just there makes him happy
except when lin mo and nine is having a scream off:
lin mo: ahh
nine: aHH
lin mo: AHH
nine: AHHHHH-
bo yuan, running into the room: what’s wrong?
ak: screaming
bo yuan: why?
patrick, with his hands over his ears: TO SEE WHOS LOUDER
all the other boys: *nods*
isnt always watching the kids 24/7, since day 1 when the kids came in he told them the rules of the daycare and kinda just let them familiarize the place
(bo yuan: its a daycare, and they are kids, they are suppose to have fun!
keyu, in the back, mumbles: i wanna climb the tree in the yard
bo yuan, turns around: keyu no)
///////////
And now we have the kids!!
Liu Yu:
4 years old
very quiet, just likes to sit and read and draw
the most obedient one, and likes to follow around bo yuan
well,, most of the time
he’s played a few pranks on bo yuan like:
bo yuan: liu yu nap time is over you have to wake up
liu yu: *not moving*
bo yuan, gently nudged liu yu: liu yu wake up!
liu yu: *continues to fake sleep and not move*
bo yuan: *leans closer to liu yu’s face to make sure hes not sick or has a fever*
liu yu, scares bo yuan: WAH
bo yuan: liu yu dont do that! you scared me!
liu yu: *giggles*
likes to stretch and bend himself in odd positions
(bo yuan: everyday I’m in fear that he will snap himself in half)
kinda an introvert but once he hangs around everyone for a bit he will open up to them and fit himself in very well
likes to organize and keep things how he found them/have special places where he organizes his toys
jiayuan: *moves liu yu’s fan*
liu yu: hey! put that back!!
has really good etiquettes and never really fights or argues or bicker with the other kids
but likes to joke around and mess around with once in a while
patrick: wahhh i put my cupcakes here who took one!
liu yu, hiding it behind his back: idk maybe keyu took it?
the least of bo yuan’s worries since he’s always in bo yuan’s sight, also he’s aware of his surroundings so he actually helps bo yuan make sure everything’s okay
(bo yuan: i made a checklist for myself on the whiteboard and liu yu likes to check things off for me, he said “coloring in the boxes is fun” so now he's the reason why i get all my work done)
-----------
Santa:
4 years old
riki’s best friend
super happy and bright, like a ray of sunshine
is easily scared
lin mo: hi
santa: WAHHHHH BO YUAN GEGE
really likes bo yuan, would stick on to him a lot and ask him about everything
santa: bo yuan gege whats this?
santa: bo yuan gege what’s that?
santa: bo yuan gege what are you making right now?
hangs out with liu yu and mika a lot (other than riki)
riki is older than him but would hold riki’s hand and take him around like a didi
also really likes racing with mika for E V E R Y T H I N G
(bo yuan: yeah couple days ago they tried to race who can fall asleep faster but because they kept on peeking at each other so they basically didn’t sleep till i said i’ll watch for them)
really likes to dance, every time he hears music he would start grooving around
loves learning new things, which is probably the reason why he always asks bo yuan so many questions
also least one of bo yuan’s worries, just gotta make sure jiayuan and lin mo don’t pull pranks on him
(bo yuan: well they dont really pull prank pranks, its just once lin mo grabbed a frog and started running around and showing it to everyone, but lin mo lost grip and the frog jumped on santa)
-----------
Rikimaru:
5 years old
looks like he’s 3, acts like he’s 3, but is actually 5
best friends with santa! always sticks around him and likes to tug on a corner of his shirt out of habit
bo yuan: alright everyone it’s nap time! i’ve made the beds for everyone
riki, sees his bed is not next to santa: bo yuan gege can you switch my bed next to santa? i wanna be next to santa
he didn’t start speaking till he was 4 so he often stutters when he talk and just looks confused a lot (it's because he’s thinking and formulating his words)
santa and the other kids would always have to interpret for him
bo yuan: riki I brought some snacks today do you want cookies or marshmallows?
riki: ???
santa, motioning with his hands: bo yuan gege said do you want the white fluffies or brown crunchies
riki: oh! crunchies!
squishy cheeks,, bo yuan’s favorite thing is to squish his cheek everytime he sees him
riki: gud mooning bo yuan gege!
bo yuan, squishes riki’s cheeks: ahh I haven’t seen you in so long good morning!!
nine: wait wasnt riki here yesterday??
also likes to stretch,, often seen around with liu yu and they just help each other
(bo yuan: i am afraid he will snap himself in half too)
not too much of bo yuan’s worries, besides the fact that he might get kidnapped because he’s so oblivious
(bo yuan: we were playing outside in the yard once and riki just wandered off because he thought the neighbor’s flowers were pretty)
-----------
Mika:
4 years old
also kinda an introvert, doesn’t interact with too many people
usually it’s santa that approaches him first or keyu^^
found a ukulele in the toy bin one time and wouldn’t let go of it (he claims it’s his now)
his favorite activity at daycare is when they all sing together, that’s when he smiles the most and has the most fun
the one that likes to nap the most
also likes to help bo yuan cook once in a while (mostly just having mika washing vegetables and passing things to bo yuan)
very laid back and not noisy (till he starts playing the ukulele)
often gets scared by lin mo’s sudden screams (actually, lin mo scares a lot of people, sorry to mika’s ears)
also not one of bo yuan’s worries, literally there’s nothing to worry about with mika, all the kids just likes to sit around mika and pet his head so he keeps everyone safe
(bo yuan: one time I couldn’t find any of the kids in the play room, apparently they were all in the napping corner petting mika’s head since he just got a hair cut)
-----------
Nine:
4 years old
loud, very loud.
pouts a lot
everyone calls nine cute, even the boys who are younger than him
likes to boss around patrick because he’s older
nine: patrick gimme that juice box!
patrick: you’re closer you get it!
nine: i’m older than you!
literally scared of everything
if he hasn’t seen it before and it’s living, he’s scared
jiayuan: *holds a bowl of tadpoles*
nine, several feet away: WAHHH WHAT IS THAT
the happiest when he gets snacks + real food food
also really likes to sing!! his favorite thing is watching disney movies because there’s so much music in it and he just loves to sing along
he’s not part of bo yuan’s worries because he’s literally scared of everything, but nine is really naive and would do things that the other kids tell him to do so, it’s a 50/50 on nine
(bo yuan: there was an edible decorative flower on keyu’s birthday cake couple days ago, and somehow jiayuan convinced nine all flowers were edible. so today during outside time nine almost ate the neighbor’s flowers)
-----------
Lin Mo:
3 years old
LOUD. VERY LOUD.
probably the craziest most hyper one out of them all
he and jiayuan always have something bad planned
literally doesn’t have a moment where he’s calm
constantly in bickering mode with ak
lin mo: NO IM RIGHT
ak: NO. IM RIGHT
patrick: what are they arguing about?
keyu: *shrugs*
but is also best friends with ak so he’s also calm around him
(bo yuan: yeah these two have on and off days, you can never predict it)
and also constantly naruto runs around the daycare
bo yuan: lin mo stop running!
lin mo: *nyoom*
he also once nyoomed into keyu
keyu: ow what was that for?
lin mo: you were in my way!
and now he nyooms into keyu for fun
a very good mood maker
likes to smile/laugh a lot
would calm down if you show him a movie or a cartoon
number 2 on bo yuan’s worry list because he’s the "bad influence" for everyone, also he reduces hearing for everyone
(bo yuan: i’ve secretly made a tally book on how many times i have to say “lin mo” in a concerning tone this week and he came in 2nd. he was only here for like 3 days!)
-----------
Zhang Jiayuan:
3 years old
YOURE THREE STOP SMIRKING LIKE THAT
couple months younger than lin mo but this is the real culprit under a lot of his and lin mo‘s plans
it’s just because jiayuan has a lot of crazy ideas and he says them out loud and lin mo is just like “yes”
also sometimes they are just accidents, but he's always doing weird questionable things with lin mo
got really sad one time because he brought tadpoles and put them in the fish tank and killed them since the fish went nom
but then started to constantly catch for tadpoles to feed the fishes
bo yuan: jiayuan stop, you’re killing the frog population!
jiayuan: but the fishies are hungry *pouts*
likes to fight/mess around with keyu for no reason
keyu: *sitting there, drawing*
jiayuan, with a squishy hammer: *bops keyu’s head*
but also will protect keyu if anyone tries to mess with him
lin mo: *nyooms into keyu for the 3rd time of the day* jiayuan, hugs keyu: stop hurting him!
the calmest thing he likes to do is taking care of plants, probably because he saw bo yuan spraying the plants one time and he like to squeeze the spray bottle
number 1 on bo yuan’s worry list, this child is literally not safe alone or with anyone. they were trying to celebrate keyu’s birthday and jiayuan tried to touch the candles, while it was lit, by the flame.
(bo yuan: i just got the tablets and haven’t set up children mode, so i’ll take the blame for this one. but also why are kids so good with technologies nowadays??)
-----------
Patrick:
3 years old
squishy :D
smiley :DD
favorite thing is nap time and snack time
somehow knows every location where bo yuan hides their snacks
bo yuan: *getting the snacks that he hid in the piano*
patrick: *sitting next to the window sill with the snack* hi~
of course bo yuan can never get mad at patrick for eating the snacks because patrick doesn’t do anything bad
also he's a growing child
best friends with keyu,, and drags him on to “adventures”
*the daycare got a new toy play house*
patrick: bo yuan gege, keyu and I are moving out so we can go on an adventure!
keyu: I didnt agree to this??
wants bo yuan to add dress up into the daycare games, since he wants to dress up the other boys in the daycare
patrick: i call it, patrick fashion!
not part of bo yuan’s worries till he’s on his hunt for the hidden snacks, just because bo yuan is afraid he might hurt himself
(bo yuan: i started hiding the snacks higher up and one time i saw him trying to climb on keyu’s shoulders to grab it)
-----------
Zhou Keyu:
3 years old
smart, but really clueless at the same time
tall, but has the personality of smol
likes to draw
also likes to read with patrick,, but usually patrick falls asleep so it’s him, the book, and a sleeping patrick
wears glasses all the time since his vision isn’t so good but somehow he makes glasses look good on him???
has a chain with his glasses because there too many glasses incident with keyu
glasses #1 keyu: I don’t like them! *takes it off and loses it*
glasses #2 keyu: *takes them off for nap time, but riki accidentally rolled on to them and snapped it*
glasses # we don’t know how many: *disconnected from the keyu universe*
also like a month younger than lin mo but literally has to make sure lin mo doesnt “blow” the place up
lin mo: what if I stuck this fork into the pluggie thing?
keyu, picking lin mo up: nope you’re not
when keyu is clueless he either stands there or just sit there and space out, not really noticeable but bo yuan ran into him doing that a couple times
(bo yuan: I thought he was an ai that was malfunctioning, it scared me at first but now I know he just doesn’t remember what he’s doing)
oh did I mention this,, even though he’s one of the youngest, he’s the tallest, with that advantage he likes to try to pick people up
jiayuan: keyu pick me up!
keyu: no
patrick: keyu likes me more he will pick me up!
keyu: no
patrick: *pouts*
keyu: *tries to pick both jiayuan and patrick up at the same time*
bo yuan, running over: ZHOU KEYU PUT THEM DOWN YOULL BREAK YOURSELF
not too high up on bo yuan’s worry list, give him a piece of paper or book or anything he would just calmly sit there and do something with it
(bo yuan: every time when we do art or reading its so hard to pry keyu away, he has to finish what he was doing and he’s so concentrated he doesn’t hear anybody)
-----------
Liu Zhang (AK):
4 years old
loud, VERY LOUD.
he doesn’t know he’s loud
bo yuan: ak you don’t have to yell
ak: OKAY
monopolized over all the instrument music type of toys in the daycare
bo yuan: ak you know you have to share your toys right?
ak: I gave the ukulele to mika
honestly having ak is like having a walking megaphone so bo yuan ended up actually making ak his little helper for announcements
bo yuan: ak go tell everyone is lunch time
ak: alright!
ak: *da da da running to fetch his little stool*
ak, stands on a little stool in the middle of the play room: ITS LUNCH TIMEEEEEE-
nine, swats ak’s leg: YOU SCARED ME
the only time ak is quiet is when he’s around lin mo, he kinda just likes to watch lin mo and follow him around so that’s that
unless lin mo starts messing with him, then you just lose your hearing for the day
also at first bo yuan was trying to see what ak is interested in, and he taught ak hot cross buns on the bells and thought that would calm ak down,, but oops ak ended up making more noises
patrick: I WANNA SLEEP AK
(bo yuan: I swear something happened to this kid or something. he’s not hard of hearing but he’s just naturally so loud)
i too would lose my hearing if im around ak so much
not to high on bo yuan’s worries but he just make sure ak isn’t being too loud and bothering the other kids, usually he’s pretty good about that but you never know when a little patrick will start napping or anyone really so gotta contain his energy
(bo yuan: ak is usually the first one that’s awake from nap time but its usually like 5-10min before everyone else so i told him he can go and play but he just has to be quiet)
///////////
alrighty !! now you've met everyone in the daycare, what kind of fun and chaotic adventures are they going to have??
(all future daycare au things will be incorrect quotes + short little one shots, this intro mostly served as a bio so you understand their personalities a bit, and i hope you enjoyed it!)

Note
heyyyyy, idk if u will recognize me from my writing style, but im back!! May I have young!genji with really bad intrusive thoughts (for example : go blackmail so and so . ). I have been having issues with them recently. I have horrible paranoia too, and it doesnt help. basically , s/o sort of zones out and sort of just... rocks back and forth. one night , genji keeps calling s/o with no response. He gets worried and goes over to s/o house and just seems them, staring off and rocking. Genji has to try and snap them out of it by making them laugh, and it eventually works. tysm in advance! sry if this isn’t enuf info, brain shortage :( 💚🧡💚🧡
lol its okay. I also switched the roles lol. !TW! There's a small section that includes homophobia. Be wary. It isn't slurs or anything, just someone calling homosexuality disgusting.
Tumblr media
Maybe it was the clan elders that had engraved this toxic honor system into his mind. He knows what honor is, actual honor. But the sick and twisted version that the clan elders have tried to teach him since he could comprehend words is not what honor is.
Unlike his brother, Genji takes no pride in what his clan does. What he’s seen his father do. He knows they’re powerful, that people respect them, but there’s no need to traffic weapons and such in order to ensure that. The blackmail is the worst. He doesn’t feel powerful, knowing he could ruin someone’s life with the information in the envelopes or data drives that he is given if he opens his mouth.
Genji dreams about a superhero. A masked vigilante who will take him away from this place, like one of his favorite characters, Green Sentai. You were close enough. You weren’t a superhero, you didn’t have any powers, but you sure as hell knew how to pick a fight and win. You were from another clan, and you swooped in just like he imaged this dreamy superhero did.
He wasn’t surprised when you two started dating. Wasn’t surprised when slurs were thrown and whispered as well.
‘It’s unbecoming of you to be with a man. It’s disgusting even.’ One clan elder had said directly to his face. Genji had punched her in the nose.
It's one of these nights that he doesn’t go out, that he stares at the fan above his bed, lost in his thoughts. Thinking about these things. These intrusive thoughts plague his mind like a rabid dog sinking its teeth into a rabbit.
His phone rings again, and he ignores it. It’s probably you. You’re the only person who calls him. Hanzo doesn’t speak to him anymore. The phone rings one final time. Then it stops.
Genji doesn’t care, too consumed by everything that he can’t find it in himself to even care a little. Maybe that was the last straw for you. Maybe you’ve finally realized how shitty of a person, how shitty of a boyfriend he is.
It’s late, he can tell by how quiet the palace is. This place is locked down, and Genji is trained to just know when somebody is nearby.
Soba makes herself known, curling herself around him as he zones out again.
Genji jumps when a knock startles him from his thoughts. He sits up on his elbows, eyes narrowing at the door to his left. The knocking came again, this time he looks to his right.
He sees your (H/C) at the bottom of the window. Your head pokes up and sees that you're gripping onto the window sill.
Genji slowly lays back down. “Please...go away.”
You frown.
“Genji-chan?” Your voice says outside.
Genji zones out again. Genji doesn’t look when he hears the rustling of clothing. The window slides open. You climb in, not saying a word at first, just softly smiling at him.
“Hey...are you alright?” You ask.
Genji doesn’t reply.
“I...uh...you didn’t answer my calls, so I assumed you weren’t feeling well,” You start, placing a plastic bag on the end of the bed, taking off your shoes, and scooching up next to him. “I bought you ramen.”
That brings him out of his state for a moment.
“From Rikimaru?” He whispers, not turning to look at you.
You scoff. “Please. It looks good but that stuff’s crap. I got your favorite, from Gozan’s.”
Genji turns towards you. “All the way
?”
You nod.
“I..figured you’d be in a bad moon, and you did say ramen helped perk you up, so.”
You get up, grabbing the plastic bag, and beginning to untie the handles. “It might be a bit cold, sorry.”
Genji presses his lips together as you take out the plastic container of ramen. “Ichiko-san let me take a pair of chopsticks with me too. So
” You pop the lid open.
Genji sits up, Soba eyes the ramen, drifting over and sniffing the steam that flows from the top of the plastic container.
You scooch back over to him. “Are you hungry?”
Genji shakes his head. You don’t say a word as you place the ramen, on the nightstand to your right. You wrap your arms around him.
“You know what happened while I was there? Ichiko-san almost fell over because of Yui-san’s dog.”
“Mochi
?”
You nod, patting his hair.
“Yeah. I felt bad for laughing at them.” You mutter. “I’m pretty sure they charged me more because I did.”
Genji chuckled at this.
“I almost got caught by Hanzo too. I was climbing on the roofs when he almost shot me and I fell.” you said. “Does your brother even sleep? Like c’mon, I know you’re the heir to a ‘vast criminal empire’,” Your voice goes deeper, trying to sound like Hanzo. “But calm down.”
Genji snorts, making fists into your shirt.
“He started wagging his finger at me like somebody’s grandmother. Saying stuff like ‘I could’ve killed you. You should be more careful, I will not miss a second time.” You pause. “I watched him miss a lot of the targets though afterwards.”
That’s it. Genji lost it at that moment.
“No. No he does not sleep-” Genji says between his laughter. “I don’t think the clan elders would allow it.”
You snort, your grip tightening. “I don’t think they’d even let him go to the bathroom unless he did something for him,” You reply. “Hanzo Shimada, you cannot take a shit! There is too much paperwork for you to do!”
Genji laughs again, resting his head on your shoulder.
“Hmm...thank you.”
“For what?”
“For...everything. My brother wouldn’t do something like this for me.”
You roll your eyes, brushing his hair back and planting a kiss on his forehead. “I’m not your brother Genji.” You pause. “I’m also not a shitty person either.”
“My brother is not a bad person.” Genji pauses. “He just acts like it.”
You frown. “Yeah...sure.”
You lean back, falling onto the bed.
“Are you feeling better now?”
Genji nods. “For now...stay with me?”
You smile. “Always.”

I like Santa (dancer not xmas), but my respect for him went down a notch...
I did not like the fact that he thought everyone should be on his level of skills or be super prepared to be on his level.
Yes, everyone can reach it with practice but everyone doesn't learn at the same pace, or will amount to the same level in the same amount of time... And to force that on someone is wrong. Some people fail the more they practice and push themselves, but others may thrive on pressure. Everyone is different.
I wish in the future, for him to understand that and to change himself a little so that there's a give and take in the group and the group has better unity.
What Rikimaru said triggered me... "it was like a solo performance with back up dancers" 😠

I’ve been watching both Qing Chun You Ni 3 and Chuang 2021 approximately as they air (mainly on the weekend though) as a thing to do when I need down time from all the work that student teaching brings with it. So far, I’m mostly enjoying both of them, though I have some definite opinions. I’m for sure happy to talk about my favorites and performances.
Favorites: Sun Yinghao | Kachine (QCYN3), Xue Bayi (Chuang), Hu Yetao (Chuang)
My current top [debut number] lists for the two groups post first eliminations are under the cut.
First eliminations are always hard, but they sure do make it easier to keep track of what’s going on with all the people remaining on the show. It’s funny because I don’t notice nearly as big a difference after second elimination any time I watch a season. But there’s just a lot of people to keep track of before first elimination and people get lost in the shuffle.
With the votes reset, I feel like the most important thing to take away from the votes for each person in the first round is the way their ranking has trended. Someone who’s been steadily going up a good number of places each time may experience a big jump with the vote reset. I’ll be really interested to see rankings next week for both shows.
Chuang 2021 Personal Top 11 (after 1st elimination):
Xue Bayi [Rank Progression: 54 > 47 > 33 > 28]: I love his aesthetic and his talent. He did really well in his first performance and grabbed my attention with being part of the group in hanfu. He’s got a beautiful voice every time we get to hear him sing. I think that he is fighting a little bit of an uphill battle because his appeal is in many ways the intersection of the appeal of two other trainees (Liu Yu and Hu Yetao). I was really interested that he actually mentioned something that I’d been noticing in his speech on this episode: he likes being in a group and doesn’t mind if that means being in a supporting role. I hope that the show highlights how good his teamwork is more and more because it’s honestly so important to have members like that in a group. I am really glad that he’s been consistently moving up each week, and I’m hoping that will mean a bit of a ranking jump.
Hu Yetao [Rank Progression: 37 > 34 > 29 > 25]: I love his aesthetic and talent and attitude. He’s a great dancer, and while his vocals still need work, they’re steady and seem to be progressing (I don’t think that he’s got much vocal training at all). The show has given him a lot of space to shine, and I really appreciate that. I do also feel like he seems to be making good bonds on the show, and fans reacting well to him is shown through that upward vote trajectory, which leaves me hopeful.
Liu Yu [Rank Progression: 7 > 6 > 1 > 1]: I love Liu Yu as a center and I’m also very nervous about it. They even touched on it in the show that Chuang (Produce 101 China) has never had a theme song center debut, but there is promising evidence that Liu Yu could be the one to disrupt that, and I really really hope so. I love his attitude, and he immediately won bonus points from me for being an integral part of the hanfu group at the start. I love his dancing, and I love the bits that we see of his and Xue Bayi’s friendship.
Bo Yuan [Rank Progression: 46 > 36 > 20 > 18]: Bo Yuan caught my attention for his voice and all around well rounded skill set during QCYN1, and I was disappointed for him that he didn’t make it through there. I wasn’t sure that I’d get the chance to see him try again, but I’m really glad to see him here. I think that he’s a huge asset to this group and show because of his ability in Japanese, and I really hope that that continues to give him a boost. He’s so well rounded and talented, and I’m appreciating seeing him get so appreciated on this show. That ranking progression is really hopeful for me.
Rikimaru (Li Wan) [Ranking Progression: 8 > 8 > 4 > 3]: His choreo is amazing, and he’s really struck me with his attitude in this show. I appreciate so much how willing he is to learn from other people and work with other people. He seems like a good teammate and to be endlessly curious about gaining skills and working with others.
Nine (Gao Qinchen) [Ranking Progression: 13 > 15 > 15 > 16]: I like his voice a lot, and I really appreciate how he’s meshed with the other trainees. It was really interesting to see him to do the recreation of the theme song group with Liu Yu and Xue Bayi (and others) with the hanfu. I think that it spoke really well to him and his fit on the show. I’m a little worried for him that he’s getting left behind of the two Thai contestants though. Hopefully that turns around some.
Rong Yao [Ranking Progression: 48 > 37 > 37 > 40]: I’m sad that he’s gotten very overshadowed through the stage and episode production choices so far. He’s got an amazing voice, and he definitely was on my radar from the start as part of the hanfu group. I’m glad that he’s made it through to this round, and I hope that he gets a really good chance to show his skills.
Eisho [Ranking Progression: 61 > 62 > 49 > 49]: He’s one of my favorite of the Japanese contestants, especially because he’s been emphasizing his mixed heritage (Chinese grandfather) and how it’s influenced him, including getting the chance to show lion dance. He’s clearly talented and this show is such a good fit for him. I hope he gets enough chances to shine this round to make it through to the next.
Han Peiquan [Ranking Progression: 27 > 21 > 17 > 19]: He’s very amusing and has a very nice voice. I think that he’s also definitely an interest point on the show, and he’s got a very meta level understanding of how the show works that many other trainees don’t seem to have. At the same time, he feels very genuine.
Lin Mo [Ranking Progression: 9 > 9 > 6 > 6]: He’s struck me as doing a very good job and being very well rounded from his early performances. I’m really excited to see how he further develops on the show.
Ichika [Ranking Progression: 69 > 65 > 46 > 44]: I really like his stage presence, and I appreciate his honesty in talking about it being really strange to be in his little brother’s shadow. I also appreciate how hard he works at Chinese among the Japanese contestants. I hope he gets the chance to make it through to the next round.
Qing Chun You Ni 3 Personal Top 9 (after the 1st elimination):
Sun Yinghao (Kachine) [Ranking Progression: 29 > 12 > 11 > 11]: He’s an incredible dancer and I love his aesthetic and style so much. His voice is nice if sometimes a little unsteady, but I think that a little more training will get him in a really good place on that. He’s an incredible dancer though, one of the best on the show. I love that he’s very open about his choices when it comes to his style (and basically being pretty gender non-conforming). I was very gratified by how stunned a lot of the other trainees were for him to not be in the top 9, and I like how he’s clearly close to a lot of people.
Duan Xingxing (X) [Ranking Progression: 95 > 23 > 21 > 18]: He’s another one of the best dancers on the show, and I love that he appears to adore cute things and styles despite the fact that at first glance he comes off as a little bit stern. It’s a fun contrast.
Lian Huaiwei [Ranking Progression: 4 > 6 > 6 > 3]: I’ve liked him since QCYN1, and he’s clearly come so far since his promising beginnings there. I really hope that we see him do really really well and make it to debut this time.
Liu Jun [Ranking Progression: 7 > 9 > 9 > 8]: Possibly the single most talented dancer in the show. I love his choreo and overall style, but I also find him really charming. He clearly wants to get along with the others and mesh well into a group.
Jiang Jingzuo [Ranking Progression: 8 > 13 > 14 > 17]: I liked him in YWY and liked him even more in Tangram, and I was a little surprised to see him back for QCYN3. He’s very well rounded and I hope that he gets what he wants from QCYN3, though I do worry for him a little.
Wang Nanjun (Krystian) [Ranking Progression: 36 > 24 > 26 > 24]: He’s talented and charming, and he seems to get along well with a lot of other trainees that I like. We’ve definitely reached the point in this list where people can start being interchanged though.
Zhang Siyuan (GG) [Ranking Progression: 24 > 17 > 19 > 19]: He’s tentatively one of my favorite rappers on the show, and I like his singing voice as well. He just seems very earnest about being here, and I was worried for him being injured.
Shi Qi (Chase Lee) [Ranking Progression: 14 > 10 > 10 > 10]: The other rapper that I’ve liked a fair bit so far. I don’t normally super like rap, so I kind of have to be convinced with performances that hit the right note for me. Also a solid vocal from what I’ve seen. He’s also just kind of adorably charming.
Sun Yihang [Ranking Progression: 5 > 7 > 7 > 7]: Super good dancer, hilarious dynamic with Lian Huaiwei that makes me like him all the more.
There are several more people in QCYN3 that I ran out of spaces for, but are kind of in that 6-9 mix for me, including Yu Jingtian (Tony), Xu Ziwei, and Luo Yizhou.

DVHS Director’s Cut
Aka my favorite moments from each update, both funny and serious ones!
Don’t read if you haven’t finished reading yet!
Prologue
Waking up from a dream is disorienting when you don’t even know you’re sleeping. It’s even more disorienting when the only thing I can see when I open my eyes is black, sort of swirling. There’s almost no difference between my eyes being open or shut. I can’t describe it in as many words, not in any language I know. It’s negro, noir, schwarz. Black as far as I can see. Nothing more.
I open my mouth to scream, to cry out, to say anything, but my vocal chords refuse to work, even though I can feel the strain I’m putting on them. I can’t reach my hand up to grab my throat, I can’t kick out to see where I am. Nothing moves when I want it to. I can barely feel myself breathe at all. I can’t do anything but blink, which gives me no reprieve from the darkness, and try to scream. Am I still dreaming? Did I even wake up?
Somewhere to my side, though I can’t tell exactly where, someone laughs a distinct, peculiar laugh. Wait- I know that laugh. I- I need to get away! It comes closer as I try to struggle harder, to get away, anything. I can’t do anything!
The laughter stops as I feel the figure looming over me. I feel myself start to hyperventilate, black splotches laying over the black in front of me. This is how I die, isn’t it?
And, as though I hadn’t been awake at all, I fall back into unconsciousness.
1-1
“It’d be a lot easier if you pitched in a little,” Rikimaru gripes, somehow maneuvering two chairs over at once in her heels. I’m pretty sure she could stab someone with those.
...No. No murder thoughts.
“You all seem like you have it,” he says instead, the barest hint of a smirk on his lips. I roll my eyes, and perchance they land on Yoshida. She makes an all-bark, no-bite gesture towards him, and I have to stifle my laugh, especially as she quickly flips him off once his back is turned.
1-2
Ueda stays silent but busy for another minute, maybe ensuring that he’s gone. Once she’s certain, she sets down the paper plates and leans heavily on the table. Her shoulders shake violently. “Ueda?”
“I can’t do this.” It comes out as a whisper. Thanks to her hair, I can’t see her eyes behind her glasses. “The killing game is going to start, and we can do nothing to stop it.” Suddenly, her head jerks up, fearful tears brimming in her eyes. “Ishikawa...I’m terrified.”
I’m struck. Quite honestly, I have no idea what to do. What is someone supposed to do when a friend is having an emotional meltdown because of a killing game?
Not to mention, I didn’t think I’d ever see Ueda like...this. Devoid of confidence, crumbling like pastry dough. I could soothe her in any language, but words alone will do nothing. That leaves only one language.
I approach until I’m standing right in front of her. I wrap my arms around her and hold her tightly. She buries her head between my neck and shoulder, her tears staining my shirt. As tight as I’m holding her, she holds me tighter, still trembling, almost desperate. I am her grounding force, keeping her from panicking even more. Slowly, her heart rate drops back to normal, matching my steady beat. I rub her back gently, resting my chin on her shoulder- something I wouldn’t be able to do if she weren’t hunched over. I hold her close until she lets go, wiping her eyes under her glasses. One of her hands remains in mine. I give it a squeeze.
“We’ll be fine.” Her words are more to convince herself than for my benefit. “We’ll be fine.” I nod along as she repeats it, again and again, until her eyes are dry and she’s no longer trembling. “I’m sorry you had to see that, Ishikawa.” Her voice is still thick, catching on her words.
“Don’t apologize.” It takes a second for me to register that my thumb is rubbing the back of her hand. It’s very soothing.
1-3
“Damn it
How could we let this happen?” Abe looks crestfallen and outraged at this turn of events. I can’t focus on him too long, nor can I focus on Matsumoto. Miyuki stumbles over to me, terror written all over her face.
“How? Why?” She nearly falls into me. I try my best to support her weight, just as much as she tries to support mine. I’m just as shaken as she is. I just saw him last night! He was fine less than twelve hours ago.
God, this is the first time I’ve seen a dead body

1-4
“Look, asshole, we said we didn’t do it! Who would want to aid in a murder anyway?” Yoshida shouts, slamming a fist on her podium. I wince; I’ve seen enough trial-based shows to know that getting angry only serves to degrade credibility.
And, unfortunately for her and Oshiro, Aoyama latches onto that, talking over the rest of us. “Getting defensive, are we? Basically admitting your involvement.”
Oshiro’s eyes darken, her pupils and irises nearly indistinguishable from each other from this distance. She speaks calmly and clearly, though the room seems to drop several degrees. It’s like a storm is brewing around her, covering my arms in goosebumps as she talks. “Yoshida and I did not murder Matsumoto. Got it?”
“Besides, it’s not like there was actually an accomplice this time.” We all go silent. Monokuma looks up lazily as fifteen pairs of eyes land on him. “Did I say that out loud? Whoopsie.”
All of the anger dissipates from Yoshida’s visage, replaced with a mix of cautious relief and annoyance. “See? Told you. Prick.”
2-1
I won’t say it. I won’t question whether or not we’ll be out of here in time for her competition. Neither of us needs that, not now. “If you will, then I will, but only once we finish these Oreos.” I twist another apart, dark crumbs sticking to my fingers. “We didn’t break the nighttime rule for only a couple bites.”
“More than just the one. The rule of three, not opening the door for anyone. None of our esteemed headmaster’s rules, though.” She makes a face and bites into another Oreo, leaving nearly no crumbs. “You’re quite the daredevil.”
“Am not.”
“Are too! Wasn’t this your idea?” She smiles with her lips closed. “Admit it, you’re a rebel on the inside.”
I smile back. She’s right, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to tell her that. “Never!”
2-2
There’s a lot of noise coming from down the hall when I step out. I didn’t bother looking at my face first; I’m sure I look like a mess. Yoshida’s door is slightly ajar; that’s where the noise must be coming from. It’s really loud, like she’s...screaming...shit.
I’m not the only one who rushes over when I hear it. Abe is only a few steps behind me. “Yoshida!” I open the door quickly and step inside, only to find Yoshida, still in her pajamas, standing on her bed and cursing out Monokuma. “Um...what’s going on?”
“Monokuma just appeared in my room and woke me up!” Her glare doesn’t lessen any. “Scared me half to death.”
He blinks up at her, trying to look innocent despite being the exact opposite. “Promise?”
2-3
I don’t notice when Maeda leaves. I don’t notice how much time passes. All I know is her and those little smiles she sends me. I’m there watching until she skates towards me, leaning a little on the side right next to me. There’s no music; I didn’t even notice she didn’t put in another CD.
“So,” she says, her eyebrows somewhat raised. “Just friends?”
I sputter a little. “We didn’t exactly talk about any of this! I-” The words roll off of my tongue before I can stop them. “Yeah, I think I have a crush on you, but like-”
She stops me there with a tiny smile. “I have a crush on you, too. But we can’t do much about it, can we? If we were in school, just a school, we could, but-”
“There’s too much going on.” This damn killing game. There’s no guarantee that we can stay safe. It just complicates everything. “I’m pretty sure everyone thinks we’re already dating.”
“Maybe they’ve been betting on us like we’ve been betting on Hamasaki and Fujimoto,” she jokes, and the corners of her lips tilt up into a smile. “But I guess you should know that I really really do like you.”
My heart squeezes when she says that. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone say that. I don’t even know what I’m supposed to say to that. “I-”
“Let me try something?” she asks softly. Her eyes search mine until I nod, in total awe. She comes closer until I can feel her breath on my skin, and-
We shoot apart before anything happens as the locker room door opens. I nearly fall onto the seats behind me, and almost land on the floor. I groan internally. “Ueda, can you teach me how to do those technical moves?” Oshiro asks, bouncing in with a giant smile. I half expect Yoshida to be trailing behind her, but she’s alone. I guess that cuts the teasing in half. She only looks between us for a second before shrugging.
2-4
“Ishikawa.”
It’s too bright.
“Ishikawa, you need to get up.”
Too cold.
A hand grabs my arm and pulls me roughly to my feet. I don’t know how I stay standing, not without skates. “I’m going to be sick,” I mutter, unsure if it’s actually true. I want to look away from her. I can’t. So pale

The hand makes me turn away. ...I can’t leave her! No. “Let go,” I protest, but my words lack conviction. Lack meaning.
I’m over by the seats now, somehow. I can’t see her anymore. The plastic seats are too hard, not comfortable. Someone says something; I can’t make it out. Something small and soft is laid over my shoulders. I stare down at the floor. My knees are dripping with sticky, thick blood. Not mine. Hers.
“Get her out of here. We have an investigation to do.” No, don’t make me leave. I don’t want to leave her here.
A gentler hand than the one before coaxes me up. I’m going to fall over if I take another step, so I don’t. Against the pressure of the hand, I sit back down.
“Get her out,” the voice repeats, like this is an emergency room and I’m trying to be at someone’s side. Isn’t that essentially what this is? But this time, there’s no shred of hope at all.
2-5
Again everyone looks at me. “She’s been at the rink almost every waking hour, you all know that. Nobody saw her the rest of the night.”
The same disapproval from Abe last night hits me again. “Didn’t you say the two of you were going to...what was it? Tell more of a story?”
“What’s he talking about?” Hamasaki asks, genuinely curious. “A story?”
“That’s got to mean something else,” Maeda says, the hint of a mocking smile playing on his face. “Like when someone says they’re late because they’re doing stuff and the other person is-”
I shake my head emphatically, a blush spreading across my face. “No! Nothing like that.” I’m sure to choose my words carefully. “After the last trial, Miyuki came to me for a distraction and-”
Yoshida nods with a smirk. “Yeah, get it, girl.”
“You guys are disgusting! We didn’t even kiss or anything!” As much as I may have wanted to. “She just wanted me to read something to her, so I started reading her Don Quijote and we were going to continue last night but she never showed up.” I cross my arms tightly across my chest, daring anyone to make any lewd comment now. “Completely innocent.”
3-1
“Back so soon?” I yelp and barely refrain from throwing a punch or kick. Monokuma blinks up at me from his reclined position on my bed. I’m going to need to change those sheets.
“What are you doing?” I ask, my teeth gritted. “Listen, I’m-”
“-a buzzkill? You’re absolutely right. Glad you agree.” He hops up, now bouncing on the mattress. “Can’t imagine being such a party pooper that I’d want to be alone all day. Not that you all keep me much company to begin with!”
3-2
“It’s weird that there’s nothing in here,” Miyuki says, leaning on a desk. “Shouldn’t there be clues?”
“I don’t know, maybe the mastermind really doesn’t want us to know who they are.” I check the teacher’s desk, finding nothing in the drawers as usual. “Absence of clues means
”
“...They’re neat. Or they’re smart. Probably both.” She pushes herself back up, coming to my side. “No secret compartments in the drawers?”
I hadn’t even thought to look. I stick my hand in one of the larger drawers, feeling around for any give. “Nothing,” I sigh, closing it once I’m done. “This is kind of hopeless, isn’t it?”
Miyuki shrugs, adjusting her glasses so they don’t fall off of her face. “Maybe not hopeless. You never know what you’re going to find later.”
“You’re right. Of course.” Spots dance into my vision again, and I brace myself against the wall before I can stagger to the ground. “Jeez. How am I supposed to help everyone if I can’t even stay on my feet?”
“Hey, you’re doing just fine, alright?” Miyuki smiles, and the spots begin to subside. “Finish working, I’ll be right here, okay?”
I trust her. “Okay.” I work a little faster this time, clearing the room now that I know what else I can look for. Still nothing. The door opens after a few minutes pass. “I thought you said you weren’t going anywhere?”
Hamasaki looks at me with obvious concern in her eyes. “What are you talking about? I’ve been in the lab.”
I look over to where Miyuki was standing just a minute ago; she’s not there anymore. Right. She was never there.
3-3
She’s really never worn perfume? I shake my head. What am I thinking? “Fujimoto would know for sure.” I turn to him, hoping to bring him out of his stupor somehow. “Fujimoto, do you-”
My eyes widen at him. It’s- it’s like he’s gasping for air. His eyes are unfocused; this is beyond an anxiety attack for sure, but is this a panic attack? I can’t tell. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one happen. “Get him to sit down,” Sasaki commands, already starting to leave her podium. Monokuma looks like he’s going to stop her before looking over at Fujimoto himself. He shuts his fanged mouth.
I try to reach out to Fujimoto, steady him or something, but he starts to jerk a little before bending over his podium and vomiting. Hard. He starts coughing, still trying to gasp for breath. I quickly grab his arm, Oshiro trying to support his other side. He doesn’t stop coughing and gasping for air, his eyes wide but still kind of unfocused.
Sasaki is at his side in an instant, only backing up a tiny bit when he doubles over in on himself and vomits again. I step back only two steps, in case I can help somehow. Until then, I’m too scared to do anything but watch, just like everyone else in the room, as he starts coughing more and more violently, starts gasping for air even more desperately like a fish out of water no matter what Sasaki tries having him do. I don’t think she has training on what to do in this situation. What even is this situation?
He falls onto his back, choking and gasping and I can’t bear to watch anymore but I can still hear it until it stops and Yasu is crying and Sasaki is trying to do CPR or something but-
“A body has been discovered!”
He’s...gone?
3-4
He looks over at me without any prompting. “It was almost you.”
...What?
“I almost killed you, but there was someone in the room with you.”
“There wasn’t-” I gasp. I was hallucinating Miyuki in there. So when Miyuki- the hallucination- said that she would stay there, she saved me. I talked to her and Ikeda thought I was talking to someone else, maybe Hamasaki or Fujimoto.
If I hadn’t hallucinated, I would be dead now.
How am I supposed to take this?
4-1
“Well, these aren’t exactly flowers.” Sasaki brushes her hands on the pants of her overalls, leaving small streaks of dirt. She points to one of the pots. “Common broom. Highly poisonous. Do not consume. Capiche?”
“Why would there be poisonous plants in a teachers’ lounge?” Aoyama asks, disbelief painted across his face. “Are you sure-”
“Try it and find out.” She picks up a pot and shoves it under his nose, startling him. This is probably the most bitter I’ve seen her. Not bad at all.
He pushes her away wordlessly, his expression soured. I didn’t think he would want to risk being wrong.
4-2
“This is better than I expected,” Aoyama laughs, throwing a smug and amused look to Sasaki. “I mean, really. Did you seriously get high in gardening club?”
She sputters, her freckles accented as her entire face burns pink. I can tell that some people (Yoshida and Oshiro) fight a smile. “That- it was an accident, I swear!”
4-3
I crack open my book again, having closed it as I was cleaning my dishes from dinner, and slouch a bit in my seat as I read. I can’t believe I’ve been in here for most of the day. Alone, too, not even a hallucination-ghost-thing in sight. While that part feels nice, it’s strange, almost eerie. I feel like I’ve already gotten used to living here

Which, yeah, is a dangerous line of thought. Adapting to the paranoia is as good as giving up. At the same time, we’ve already lost so many people. Maybe learning to live here is-
The bells sound, shocking my system. “A body has been discovered! Everyone, please gather in the physics lab!”
-just what we need.
4-4
Anger comes off of Yoshida in waves, from the moment we step into the trial room. It reminds me of me two trials ago. She’s just next to Miyuki’s portrait across from me, so the instant she looks up, her anger is directed solely at me rather than Fujimoto’s portrait.
Monokuma takes one look at her before starting the trial. “...You all know the drill at this point. I don’t need that coming after my hide. So, ah, go ahead and begin!”
5-1
“It’s like dust. These have been ignored for a long time without water.”
“Ah, that would be my fault.” Monokuma walks out from the bushes, brushing some stray twigs off of himself. He stops in front of us. “Y’see, the sprinklers broke, and it’s not like we have a Super High-School Level Mechanic or anything here. Not like these were important to begin with. A lot of them weren’t even deadly!” He shrugs.
“And you couldn’t just come up here and water them yourself?” Aoyama asked, and for once I applaud that his snarkiness is directed to the right person. Er, bear. No, person, because mastermind. Am I thinking about that right?
“Believe you me, I have much better things to do.” Monokuma waves a paw in the air vaguely before stomping off, through a different bush. I’m pretty sure there’s no exit other than the one we came through. If he’d done that back before anyone died, I would’ve questioned it. I know better than to waste my time now.
5-2
For once, I don’t stop to wonder why he’s here. Any bit of help is appreciated, even from him. “I already did this side.” He nods and starts trying to boot one up, the first one he saw coming in the door. He presses the button, then he stops and stares at it. To my horror, he then smacks it. “What are you doing?”
“This usually works with my old PC.” He smacks it again as I gape at him. If he does much else, it’ll be breaking the rule of no destruction of school property. And there’s no way it’ll actually- “There we go!”
5-3
Abe’s eyes widen, but he says nothing. Maybe he really is trying to solve this all on his own. There’s no way that’s healthy. “What would the ultimate goal be if this were a trap? As much as it may seem otherwise, I don’t actually think any of you would conspire to kill everyone.” Aoyama’s eyes appear to double in size when he realizes what he said. “Wow. I must be tired.”
Yoshida smiles sleepily, reminding me of how Oshiro looked in the mornings when the two of them joked together in the dining hall. “Aww, I knew under those layers of being a total dick you were just a big softie.” She starts laughing, complete with snorts, before she can even finish her sentence. “Seriously, can we please wrap this up? I need to get to bed.”
6-1
“What do you think we’re going to find in there? An actual hideout for the mastermind?” It appears to me that even though Yoshida is talkative normally, she becomes more so when she’s tired. Given the silence of the halls, it’s not necessarily a bad thing right now. “Or something more sinister? Like the bones of the headmaster?”
I blanch at her, almost stumbling up the stairs. “What are you talking about?”
She thinks for a second before answering. “I dunno. It seems like the kind of thing that would be revealed right about now.”
An ominous phrase if I’ve ever heard one. I actually think I got a chill down my spine when she said it. Something like that would never happen, though. Not even here. At least, I don’t think it would. I hope it wouldn’t. “Your mind goes to strange places.”
“We’re in a strange place, it’s past midnight, and I’m tired. Why isn’t your mind going to strange places?”
...That’s a good point. “Okay, let’s try to keep as much rationality among us as we can. The headmaster’s office is closer, so we’ll go there first.” We’re already most of the way up the stairs. My stomach twists against my will, reminding me of the many horrific things that could very well be up here. “This is a good thing, right? Making good of this attempt?”
Yoshida sighs, not looking at me as it turns into a yawn. “Again. Strange place. Past midnight. Tired. Don’t care.”
6-2
So, what, that’s three out of the five of us that agree? And the way Yoshida worries her lip, I have a feeling she feels the same. “Nakamura, when’s your birthday?” she asks suddenly.
He blinks, taken more aback at that than by Aoyama agreeing with me and Abe. “February fourteenth
?”
A grim look crosses her face. “Amaya told me before, on a few occasions, actually, that you should never trust an aquarius.”
Oh my god, I remember her saying that. “But- I’m an aquarius too,” Aoyama says after a second passes.
“I know. I hate you.”
Epilogue
We say goodnight to them before they leave, but we decided to stay on the bench until my parents arrive. “Amaya would love the stars tonight,” Yoshida says eventually, her head back on my shoulder. Her face is turned so she’s almost talking into it, but it’s still very comfortable.
“She would.” I put an arm around her shoulders. For some reason, I feel as protective of Yoshida as an older sister would of her siblings. Funny, given that she’s actually older than me. Right now, though, it’s important for us to support each other. That, I can do. “I think she and Miyuki and everyone else are glad we made it.”
“That’s not some therapy bullshit, is it?”
I laugh softly, pushing Yoshida’s beanie over her eyes. “No, seriously.”
She laughs once as she adjusts her hat so she can see, then falls silent again. “We’ll be alright,” she mutters, almost sleepily. “Eventually.”
“Yeah,” I agree. “Eventually.”

Random Quirkless Pro Hero Deku facts
- Pro Hero Izuku has a lot of weaponry on him at all times but he’s personally a big fan of knives. He’s usually got at least 5 or 6 on him at all times in all different sizes. He likes them because they’re multi-use, intimidating and, in the hands of a skilled wielder (like Izuku definitely is) can end fights without permanent damage. His favorite knife is the one he stole off of Stain to Iida’s dismay but its just a really good knife okay, Tenya, nothing personal.
-  Todoroki is rescue hero working at Froppy’s agency in Nara (kind of the middle of nowhere). He doesn’t really get involved in the big villain battles unless he’s caught up in them, does no marketing for himself, rarely takes interviews, does his best to just be another hero... and yet he’s #20 in the charts. He is the highest ranked rescue hero who goes out of his way to avoid the spotlight and he doesn’t know why he’s so highly ranked. This is because he doesn’t understand the overwhelming power of THIRSTY fans.
- Izuku and Katsuki have a very special relationship. They read each other so well, are a well-oiled, scarily efficient team in battle. Outside of that, they’re disasters. Due to past experiences with ‘friendly spars’ that have gotten out of control they need a minimum of 2 babysitters pro heroes to spot them and be in a qualified facility before they go at it (which they don’t always do). Most every time they meet up they’ve got to rough house a bit to everyone’s horror. Bakugou will get loud and indignant if you call them friends but then rant for 30 minutes on why Deku is one of the best damn heroes he’s ever known.
- Speaking of which, on an operations level Izuku and Katsuki are much better separated than partnered. Kiri much more approachable and adds a sense of balance to Bakugou which is why he’s #1 not long after Izuku leaves. Izuku/Katsuki together were terrifying but a little bit too chaotic? They egged each other on where Kiri calms Bakugou down and Izuku forced to be “in charge” (as composed to constantly competing with Bakugou) of others also makes him less reckless. They’re still a brutally efficient combo but they’ve both agreed that separation really helped them grow.
- Gran Torino went senile not long after Izuku graduated Yuuei having fulfilled his promise to both Nana and Toshi and couldn’t fight any more. Izuku took care of him the best he can and put the old hero up in a luxurious old age home, he visited once a week watching more and more of his mentor slip away. He died when Izuku was still working at Two Hero with Bakugou and it was one of his incentives for leaving the agency and forming One For All.
- Shinsou ended up in the Hero course during their second year, but he went to 1B. Still maintained a good relationship with Izuku and the 1C gang. After graduation, he was surprised when Yaoyorozu offered him a position at her agency. He works there mainly in intelligence gathering, interrogation and general agency management. He still does field work but not nearly to the extent of other heroes.
- Shinsou and Izuku are the lowest ranked in their grade, Shinsou being in the 90s while Izuku is in the high 70s. Izuku will never let his friend forget that he, quirkless and hated by the system, is higher ranked than Shinsou. Its really because Shinsou is kind of a reclusive hero only known because he works at such a prestigious agency. If and when Shinsou decides to make an effort at his popularity it’s all over for Izuku. Until then, Izuku will lord it over him.
- As for the 1C gang, Patrick moved back to America right after graduation. He’s doing odds and ends, still trying to figure out what he wants to do. Does frequent calls/visits to Japan to visit his high school friends. Korudo did end up working his father’s company but on his own terms, donates a lot to Izuku’s AFO foundation. Izuku probably sees Taketsu the most, she’s a quirk lawyer and works with Izuku professionally in terms of quirk advocacy and advancement.
- Hero Names: Bakugou - Kacchan, Todoroki - stays as Shouto, Aoyoma - Lumiere, Shinsou - Hypnos
- As soon as he graduated, Izuku moved into All Might’s old apartment because he couldn’t stand to sell it. He left it almost identical only converting the back study and pretty much living out of boxes the first few years. He’s very, very slowly taking down All Might’s things and putting up his own but each change involves a lot of struggle and crying, but it feels like healing. In addition, Toshi was able to change his will before dying so Izuku inherited an insane amount of money from All Might’s estate. He couldn’t spend it all in his lifetime if he tried. He mostly keeps it away but donates a lot of it to AFO and other charities.
- Deku is a fan favorite as far submissive ships go. In every fan pairing he’s put in (and there are some wild one out there) he is the delicate, submissive quirkless partner. When asked on it, 1A just comments “have you ever actually seen Deku??” still the trope persists. Popular fan pairings are Bakudeku, Shoudeku, Iideku and Uradeku.
- The Class has varying ways of referring to one another, most of them feel comfortable calling each other by their first names but almost all continue to call Iida by his surname (except Ochako and Izuku when he’s feeling annoyed/sappy). Izuku and Katsuki have a whole language of names within the names they call each other, all you should know is that if you hear Izuku say “Bakugou” or Katsuki “Izu-chan” you better run like hell.
- Midoriya Hisashi was officially killed halfway through Izuku’s Third Year in a villian attack at his office in America. Inko was distraught but Izuku really couldn’t bring himself to mourn a man he never knew (and was already exhausted still grieving for All Might). Inko and Izuku got a sizable payout from it, ensuring Inko will be able to live comfortably for the rest of her life. Izuku never touched the money, relying first on All Might’s money then his own when he had to. ((Most people know I’m pretty ham for DFO so let me say this, on paper “Midoriya Hisashi” was killed it’s up to you if someone else is still around)
- While OFA doesn’t have any permanent staff, it does have heroes who frequently work there. It started this way because Izuku couldn’t get any heroes to permanently attach and kept it up once he realized the versatility it gave him. Shouto and Uravity usually do at least one or two stints a year. Pretty much all of the unattached heroes of 1A have worked with Deku multiple times (even a few attached, Ingenium surprising everyone by leaving his agency for a month to work with his old friend). Lemillion does it when his schedule allows and a few veteran heroes like Present Mic and Cementoss have done work there as well. And while Number One Kacchan hasn’t officially worked at One For All, he and Red Riot partner do enough inter-agency work that they kind of have.
- Over the years OFA acquired the respect of many heroes but there’s still assholes who refuse to take orders from a quirkless man. Now officially Deku has no problems with those who do not wish to work with him, it’s well within their rights. However, he’ll usually slyly make it known that people have turned down offers from him or spoke against him. And suddenly those bigoted heroes find they’re getting less support from those connected to Deku (a number that grows bigger by the year). There are less team-ups, less chance of being voted for hero titles, more whispers about how a hero being quirkist in this age is so old-fashioned and not cool. The heroes are like ??? how the hell did this happen while Deku sits there and smiles, not having lifted a finger. He’s a kind man but a vindictive one for sure.
- Izuku named his foundation after All For One, the villain who terrorized Japan and ultimately killed All Might, purely out of spite. While Izuku never confronted him in this universe, he knows the villain is still out there. The AFO Foundation took a name that was once feared and turned it into something that could bring people hope. He wanted to tell all the wannabe criminals who would recognize the name that Izuku knows and he’s not afraid. Also he still considers it his duty as AM’s successor to stop him so the Foundation is two middle fingers up to AFO as a challenge.
- Rikimaru-shishou (Izuku and later Shinsou’s martial arts teacher in TLWA) has mostly retired from teaching, only taking a few students here and there. Izuku still keeps in contact when possible, meeting up for a friendly spar when he can squeeze it in. Most of the students Daiki takes these days are kids Izuku recommends with puppy dog eyes.
-Mirio and Izuku end up developing a pretty good relationship. It starts when Izuku tries to intern with Nighteye in his first year and it’s pretty ugly. Nighteye refuses to take him but some, not all, of the Izuku/OFA/Mirio situation comes out. Mirio is very disturbed that his mentor was grooming him to be All Might 2 and kind of separates from Sir and takes Izuku’s side. Really excited by Deku’s vision for a better hero society and they have a big/lil brother relationship. Is super okay when Izuku takes the SoP title from him, like Izuku not bothered with rankings but he knows how important it is to his bro.
- So good news first, Mirio and Tamaki are long term partners and adopt a little girl, Koharu, who has a ‘villainous’ quirk and was abandoned by her family. Mirio being on paternity leave is one of the factors that allows Izuku to take the SoP away from him. So uh bad news, Eri was never recovered during TLWA version of the Overhaul arc. Don’t ask me exact details cause I don’t know lol but Izuku wasn’t really involved and Overhaul and few of his men managed to flee Japan with Eri and haven’t been found since. Mirio and Tamaki both took the loss to heart which is why they wanted to try and pay back that mistake. They’re both great dads though.
- Due to being so outrageously busy during their first year as Pros, Bakugou forgot to maintain a regular haircut schedule so it started to grow out. Izuku and some others commented that the longer hair looked good on him. It got to the point where it was getting in the way so he ties it back in a little tail that looks like a little explosion. That, and his permanent facial scruff, make him a very attractive hero but his personality still leaves a lot to be desired.

Second Chances [Part 2]
@shoobirino @edes-posts
He couldn’t believe it...
There was no way!
Shinso sat back against the sofa, his eyes staring back at the now pitch black TV screen and remote dropping onto the space beside him as he placed a hand against his forehead and dragged it down his face.
‘This had to be some sort of joke!- or a dream, it had to be a dream!’ His free hand rushed to pinch the skin of his cheek, the feeling of pain edging him on and a harsh slap was delivered to his face before he let out a harsh hiss and finally let his hand rest against the hot flesh, eyes wide in realisation.
This was real. The conference was real. What he had just watched was real- U.A was gaining another hero class- he was getting his second chance!
Shinso let out a small giggle that slowly morphed into a full blown belly laugh, his excitement doing nothing but pushing out the peels of chuckles. His hands came to rest on his stomach, an amazing pain echoing through his muscles as he did, only making him laugh harder as it reminded him that this was reality.
He was finally reduced to snickers soon after, eyes trained on the ceiling as an amused sigh left his aching mouth.
“Finally
”

“WHAT DO YOU MEAN ANOTHER HERO CLASS!?” Class 1-A screeched, Aizawa scrunching up his face in discomfort. It was too early to be this loud, unless you were Mic of course, the man had grown accustomed to his fellow hero’s energy.
“Yes, another Hero Class, there’s an exam set for the end of this month” Aizawa stated, a stern tone to his voice, his hair up in the air and his eyes narrowed into that usual dark stare of his. The class instantly quieted down as Aizawa returned to normal.
“So, when the exams are taking place, you’ll have the day off and will be allowed to observe the participants of the exam” He gave them another glare when they were about to get riled up again “Until then, you’re all on break”
At that, the class had let out cheer while Aizawa began to step into his sleeping bag. No one noticed as he slowly started to roll out from the classroom in the middle of their chatter.
“What do you think the new students are gonna be like? Ahhh! I can’t wait!” Mina exclaimed loudly, practically bouncing in place at the thought of new students. The other students couldn’t help but perk up at the thought.
“Maybe they’ll be strong?” Suggested Kirishima with a grin as he scratched his chin in thought. “I can’t wait to see how manly these new kids are!”
“Maybe they got huge boobs and tight revealing clothes?” Drool slowly started to run down Mineta’s chin “Do you think they’d have a big butt? Ahh~ Imagine their bodies under their clothes--” Mineta couldn’t finish his words before being slapped by Tsuyu’s tongue without even sparing a glance in his direction.
“Do you think they’d even want to be friends with us?” Tsuyu’s finger went to her chin, the thought of more students meant they could make some new friends.
Bakugo scoffed in disdain “who cares, they’re probably just some weak extras” Most of the class proceeded to ignore him, except for Kirishima, who was telling his friend to cut the new students some slack as he swung a hand around the blond’s neck, making Bakugo scoff.
“I wonder what kind of quirks they would have
” Murmured Midoriya, as he continued to mumble on about the kinds of quirks they could possibly have or the variations of those quirks. He was seriously starting to consider getting a new notebook just for this new class. His eyes sparkling with wonder at the idea.
They continued to chat as they made their way out of their classroom, moving as a group to the Fake City. However, their walk was interrupted by the familiar sound of Class 1-B, well, the familiar sound of Monoma.
“Well, if it isn’t Class A-sshole” Monoma started off, grinning widely “Can you believe it? A whole new heroes class? It’s probably because you guys cause so much trouble that they’re finally planning to get rid of you all-”
Kendo cut him off by smashing her hand on his neck, knocking the almost insane blonde out in an instant “Sorry for that, he’s been like this as soon as we got the news” Kendo laughed apologetically with a small smile, scratching the back of her head in embarrassment.
“It’s alright, it’s not your fault on what he chooses to say” Iida affirmed with one of his hands up in the air.
Kendo nodded before she frowned slightly “where are you guys going? We’re allowed to go home early today!”
“To the fake city, would you like to join us?” Momo beamed at them with a small tilt of her head, the gesture made Kendo and her classmates grin brightly.
“Sure! Thanks for the offer” The two classes walked towards the fake city together while dragging Monoma behind like the sack of potatoes he was as the two classes chatted animatedly with each other.

There was chaos, humor and silliness reigning supreme in the Inzen Household, however everything came to a halt as they watched the news about a certain hero school making room for more students in the hero course.
Shitae’s mind started to wander to her childhood friend, she knew she had been accepted into U.A despite her ‘condition’ as some people would call it. But, how was she now? Was school fun? She was tempted just to join U.A to see her, and maybe be a hero like those cartoons they used to watch together. Of Course she was not an idiot, she knew that real life wouldn’t be like the same way, but it would be with her and a quirk like her’s.
“I’m going to join U.A” She announced to her family who didn’t even seem to blink at her words, their voices chiming in with a few ‘good lucks’ and other well wishes, though their focus was still stuck on the press conference. Her family was kind of airheaded like this, but she had meant her words, she would get into U.A.
‘Whatever it takes’ She thought, clenching her fists in determination.
How long had it been since she was this serious?
~Skip~
“DID YOU HEAR THAT, EVA?!”
“Yeah, I heard, Chava”
“ANOTHER CHANCE AT ONE OF THE BEST HERO SCHOOLS IN THE COUNTRY!” Chava jumped up from her spot on the sofa, hopping up and down on the cushioned surface with excitement dancing in her eyes while Evangelina watched next to her, stuffing her face into Space Rock’s fur as the channel changed back to the documentary they had been watching together. “This is AMAZING!”
“Yeah it sure is” Piped her friend “Are you going to try out for a spot?”
“Well, of course, my friend!” Chava dropped down onto the floor, glancing back at Eva with a large smile “And you are too!”
“What? Chava, I don’t think I’m cut out-”
“Evangelina, you are most certainly cut out for this! You mustn’t put yourself down, my friend, you’ll do great! You want to become a hero, don’t you?”
Eva her face heat up “Well, yes, of course”
“Then you and I are going to go to that exam and ace that thing!” Chava held out her hand, Eva recuperating her smile and grabbing the other’s hand. Space Rocks moved to the side, allowing Chava to yank Eva to her feet. “Together!”
Eva nodded “Together”
“Hell yeah!”
~Skip~
Kana Rikimaru was watching the announcement through the screen of her phone as she made way to her next class, she stopped walking at the thought of taking the exam.
“Should I give it a try? Maybe...just maybe this could help me find the answers that I’m looking for
” her fingers made a quick work of closing the app she was using before looking for her contacts, she hesitated for a few seconds at the idea but shook her head with a look of determination before quickly dialing the contact she was looking for: Mothman.
“Hello?...yeah, everything’s fine...stop worrying about me so much!...could you please listen for a second?!...I was wondering...do you think it’s alright if I take the entrance exam for U.A?....why?”
Her grip on her phone got tighter, she was biting her lip in deep thought.
“...Because you know I’m not going to find answers just sitting around and waiting for others to do everything for me...so please...tell me I can do it!”
There was only silence on the other side of the call, until she finally got the answer she was looking for, making a cheerful smile appear on her face.
“Really?!...I can?...Thank you so much! I won’t disappoint you! I promise!”
She ended the call before cheering silently, until she noticed the time and let out a squeak before running off, she was going to be late for History class
.
~Skip~
Zokujin wasn’t good at anything, he was often reminded of it by his foster family. But there was something that he was very good at, and that was listening. He could hear the TV playing loudly in the living room, a room he was forbidden from entering, well, unless it was to carry out his household “duties”, bringing his “family” beverages or food if they demanded. In that moment, his mind was swirling, if he got into U.A. he could get away from this place, if he couldn’t...he didn’t know what he would do.
Whatever he did now, at the very least, was not showing any excitement on his face, none at all.
“Do you hear this crap?” Called his foster father, his voice holding nothing but venom. ‘The rotten bastard...’ “Why would anyone even want to be a hero? No one saves others out of the goodness of their hearts, bet if you took those dollar signs away, almost all of the heroes would leave overnight, don’t you agree boy?”
His “father” turned back towards him, a malicious grin and judging eyes settling onto Zokujin’s figure.
Yes, of course, he wasn’t even good enough for them to say his name, it’s just boy. ‘I’d kill you if I had the chance, you damn bastard-’ “Yes, I completely agree” He responded after a moment, dollar signs or no, he wanted out of this house, and fast. He could only hope he could just stay there instead of having to come back home.
No matter the cost, he would get out of this damn house.
~Skip~
Being a child to two Pro Heroes often left a lot of expectations on someone, ones that were often pretty hard to fulfill when you’re someone like her.
She had been lifting weights while wearing her “mild weights” when the sound of the TV finally caught her ears, making her pause to listen and think. Maybe she could try to give it a shot? She was strong and able to get a little bit of a leeway on her mother when it came to arm wrestling...if that didn’t speak volumes, then what will?
But would they let someone like her in? Could she prove herself through raw talent alone?
Gingerly she set down the weight, making an effort not dent to the floor before heading towards her planner. One month to plan and get ready? Sounds good, and she already knew what her parents would say ‘go for it, but don’t cry if they don’t let you in’...Life has always been full of disappointments and people babying her, but this time, she would show them that she was not one to be babied.
But one to be feared greatly.
~Skip~
Finding a spot where one could jog at thirty-five miles per hour was hard and often underrated; he could easily count on his hand the places where he could jog, except for the ocean, the one place where he could go even faster, to keep from taking a dip, of course.
But his lovely music had been interrupted by the news, he slowed down to take a better look at what had bothered him only to freeze at the words coming through. U.A? New hero class? This month? The joy that radiated off him could be easily felt! Wait...he was just vibrating in place out of sheer joy.
“I could be a hero
” he said to himself out loud, wonder filled his face and a broad grin pulled at his lips “I CAN BE A HERO!” He whooped to the heavens before taking off, thirty-five miles per hour was nice and all, but a hero had to go faster.
He had no doubts in his powers, not a single one. He would become a hero.
~Skip~
An elder woman was watching the news about the new entrance exam, her eyes narrowed at the thought before she scoffed.
“Just what we need, more heroes...This is getting ridiculous, wouldn’t you say so, sweetie?”
She was only met with silence, causing her to spin around. Her granddaughter was staring intensely at the screen, cup of tea gone cold and a familiar spark within her eyes. The woman knew that look and, man, she did HATE it.
“...Chikako” There was No answer from the girl “...Chikako!”
Chikako jolted on her seat, startled by the sudden increase of volume in her grandmother’s tone. She slowly turned back to the woman sitting in front of her with a look of doubt and a slight trace of fear on her features.
“Yes, granny?” “Don’t you think this is just ridiculous? who needs more heroes out there, they can barely do their jobs right, don’t you think?” “...Granny...” her gaze never left the young girl, whose hands were gripping hard on the material of her dress.
“I...I want to apply for the entrance exam” There was a thick silence before the woman laughed bitterly and quickly stood up from her seat. For someone her age she was still lively as ever. “You will not participate in such foolish activities! You will just end up like your mother” the way she said those words with such venom made Chikako flinch, she gulped before speaking again “My mother is an exceptional hero Granny! The fact that you and her don’t get along should--” She couldn’t finish her sentence before her grandmother grabbed her wrist in an iron grip, nails digging into her forearm as she pulled her out of her chair and started dragging her away.
“You will not take that exam and that’s final! A lady like you shouldn’t bother with that foolery!” She shoved the girl inside her room, slamming the door shut, the sound of hands slamming on the door and her granddaughter’s cries was loud as she locked the door with a faint ‘click!’
“You will stay there until you clean up your act! Remember you have piano lessons within an hour, and I expect you to be on your best behaviour once the instructor arrives”
Chikako could only whimper at the sound of her grandmother walking away, she may be stubborn, but she wasn’t that cautious as she had forgotten to take away her cellphone, the girl used the speed-dial feature,  the voice of a woman was quick to answer.
“Chika? What’s wrong?...wait, Are you crying?!” “Mama...She did it again” “What?!” “She locked me up in my room, just like she did last time!” “I’m on my way darling, hold on! I promise you this time you’re going to take the entrance exam, and this time you’re going to become a hero!”  The call was cut short. Leaving the young girl alone with her thought as she waited for her mother to arrive

30 minutes later Chikako could hear the sound of another door being slammed open, and a quarrel. She recognized those voices, her mother was arguing with Granny

“You can’t keep her away like this, you may have helped raise her, but she’s my daughter!” “She will stay here, what is someone who dresses like a harlot going to do about it?!” “How about we ask Takeshi? surely he’ll have something to say about the way you’re treating his daughter!”
Chikako didn’t hear another word from her grandmother as the door was unlocked and pulled open, her mother smiled at her before hugging her.
“Let’s go Chika, you need to get ready for the exam” “Chikako!”
The way her grandmother yelled out her name made the girl shiver, her mother only sent a cold glare in the older woman’s direction.
“If you take another step I’ll make sure to send you to a boarding school!” “If you ever try to pull anything like this again, I wonïżœïżœt hesitate to call Takeshi, and you know better than anyone you can’t do anything related to Chikako without both his and my consent”
Her grandmother only glared at them both before marching away.
“Let’s go Chika” Her mother smiled sweetly at her, before taking her away from the woman’s home.

Being one of the few children that was asked to stay home on more than one occasion because he scared the other students was depressing. He was used to the silence of his room though, it wasn’t something comforting, but at least he didn’t have to hear his classmate’s whispering behind his back, the harsh comments about his appearance, the fear in his classmates voices- it was all too much. So, he confined himself into his room, working his youth away in the familiar walls of his home.
Hanamaru had been writing his essay out carefully, the quiet becoming nothing more than white noise in his ears, however, the silence was interrupted by the rapid and quick footsteps of someone climbing the stairs before they opened his door, out of breath but grinning excitedly towards him.
“Did you hear?! They’re doing another class!” Chiniku stated, he was out of breath.
Hanamaru blinked “Who is doing another class?” he asked, feeling completely out of the loop.
“U.A! They’re doing a third hero class, people get to try out for the exams at the end of this month, early in the morning” Chiniku danced around happily “You could become a hero! You’re ahead of everyone else, surely they’d allow you to...right?”
Hanamaru set down his pencil.
It was a childhood dream to become a hero, a dream that was steadily crushed throughout his years because of his
”curse” that people only found suitable around Halloween. “Yeah...I could, and they are always getting strange people with even stranger quirks, ours shouldn’t stand out too much.”
Chiniku grinned “Awesome! I...wouldn’t mind being a hero, but I’m not as far as you, and I rather just be a medic” he admitted sheepishly, red seeping into his cheeks.
Hanamaru laughed “That’s fine, I’m sure I could find something for you, that way you won’t have to fight.” The two brothers shared a chuckle, both always watching out for one another as Hanamaru closed his essay and pulled out a planner, he really had to get serious about this after all

Meldori narrowingly dodged the plate as it shattered above her head “YOU UNGRATEFUL BITCH!” Raged her mother, the woman’s face dyed an unhealthy shade of red “HOW DARE YOU TALK TO YOUR MOTHER LIKE THAT!”
‘Why did she have to act this way?’
“YOU’RE GOING TO TAKE THAT TEST AND PROVE EVERYONE THAT YOU AREN’T A USELESS SACK OF SHIT, THE FIRST TEST YOU FAILED WAS A FLUKE” She screamed to high heavens, not a care about her voice being heard.
‘Why did she have to live like this?’
Meldori’s heart was pounding loudly in her ears, she wanted to get out so badly , but if she dared to make the slightest move, her mother would only grow more enraged, probably even throw more things at her, thus far she was lucky it had only been cups and plates and nothing heavier...or sharper.
The door clicked open at the same moment Kazahana’s voice called out “Hey Meldori, you ready
..for our
.outing” her voice trailed off as she looked at the mess in front of her before letting out the tiniest of sighs.
Her mother turned to Kazahana with a deadly fire in her eyes “YOU! MAKE SURE THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A HUMAN DOES AS SHE’S TOLD!”
Kazahana stared at her mother, face completely void of any emotion, save for a carefully carved smile that only held hidden hints of disgust “As you say, mother dearest” She responded, words dripping with venom before she glanced at Meldori with a more genuine smile gracing her features “Come on, we’re gonna be late for that cafe, I’ll talk you into becoming a hero there” she said to her sister.
Meldori gave her a tiny nod as she calmly tried to walk towards her sister's outstretched hand, grasping it with a shaking grip. Together they slowly walk out, the sky bright and the birds singing as Meldori tried to keep her tears hidden in her sister's side.
As they arrived at the cafe, their usual waiter had greeted them, he gave them a smile as bright as the sun itself, however his expression quickly fell at the sight of Meldori. Quietly he led them to a sunny but private booth, their favorite spot, their spot. “Would you like the usual?” He asked, looking at the both of them.
They nodded quietly but her sister turned to him and whispered something that Meldori couldn’t quite catch. He nodded with a small gorgeous smile and went off to get their orders. She turned to Meldori with a fox-like grin as soon as Meldori had wiped off her tears “I know you don’t like the thought of the hero class or mother, but I think you might want to try it out this time~” She said with a gentle tone despite the fox-like grin on her face.
Meldori sniffed softly, giving her sister a weak glare “And why’s that?” She asked with a bitter tone.
Her sister’s smile softened “Because baby brother is joining too! He just told me last night!” As soon as the words let her mouth, Meldori’s sniffles quieted down before staring at her big sister in shock, completely missing the other two people who came in and sat down, a girl with flaming red hair and the other was a guy with bi-colored hair.
“He’s joining? But...why?” Meldori asked, missing when their drinks were placed down in front of them.
“Thank you Deta. And, well, he said something about wanting to be able to pay back all of the heroes in his life” She said gently.
Meldori looked down at her cup, surprised to see strawberry shortcake-flavoured ice cream, her favorite. She took a small bite and let out a delighted hum “Well, that’s not fair, I can't leave my twin all alone in the hero course, now can I?”
They shared a grin before finally enjoying their meal in peace and gossip.

“As you can see, taking this class will give you the freedom you’ve been wishing for, however...it also means you have to save others, assuming you pass. Do you accept these conditions?” The man in dark pressed dress clothes asked, Kishin settled silent before him.
The couch was soft, but she was tense, staring at the man with the missing face and tall stature “So...you’re saying that if I become a hero, I can get my freedom?” She asked carefully, narrowing her eyes ‘I get my life to control and do as I want with? Maybe even find mother?’
He nodded, setting a stack of books down in front of her “We don’t doubt your strength, but it would be for the best if you knew the materials you’re expected to know by this point”
‘Throwing her into this without a full month to study and catch up to everyone else who had fifteen or so years to learn?’ It was unfair, really unfair, but a chance was a chance, no matter how small it was. Those words, she felt like they were spoken to her once before...they were her only comfort.
“Very well, I accept the challenge” She was wondering if she could really do it, but the thought of finally being free, to taste the air, to feel the sunlight- it called out to her.
She reached for the books and cracked one open to read, trying not to let it bother her that she couldn’t read a single thing, after all, she had never been taught to, after all.

“Say ahh~” Chura spoke gently to the baby in front of him, her name was Kore, she opened her tiny mouth obediently, waiting for her food, a bright toothless smile settled on her lips.
“Good girl! Keep this up and you’ll be a teenager by how much you’re eating!” Chura joked playfully before softly poking her belly with the utensil. It made Kore let out a giggle as she reached out to grasp the spoon only for Chura to laugh, pulling it out of her hands gently before pausing as Kore’s morning cartoons were switched for some “important” news.
‘Oh great, what now?’
He pushed down his irritation to listen to the interview, a new hero class? he scoffed. Now that sounded like a very poor reason to interrupt Kore’s morning cartoons for, who cared if more people could become heroes? Sure, they made good money but-

...That actually sounded like a great idea...if he had more money, he could easily be able to provide for Kore and his sisters, he could even provide for his grandmother as well! He didn’t care about anyone else, minus the two friends he gained through his life, those were the only people that mattered to him.
“What do you think Kore? Should I become a hero?” He asked her gently. She responded with a wide grin, her teeth growing in as she squealed and bounced in her high chair, clapping her tiny hands together.
He grinned a little more “I guess it’s settled, I’ll try and become a hero, for you”

Ryogami had suffered from depression for as long as he could remember, it came hand in hand with hearing and seeing things you were not supposed to..But despite that, he always wished to become a hero, not for the fame or for the glory, but to help others and to be there for them.
Like not many had been there for him.
He had missed the announcement, but his sister Seikai had been kind enough to tell him about it the morning after “So, U.A. is having a new hero class” She gently nudged him with her spoon.
He glanced up at her, remembering his parents spiteful words “Do you really think someone like me would be allowed in?” He asked, his mind swirling with negative thoughts.
‘I mean, there are so many people out there with better Quirks than me, who are better than me, how could I ever hope to get into somewhere like U.A-’
Of course!” His sister grinned “If they only let just the flashy people in, the villains would have made paste out of them ages ago. Just because your Quirk is more quiet and a tad spooky doesn’t mean anything, you also have to be a strong hero, and be willing to protect the public
.can you do that? Protect the public?” she asked seriously.
He nodded softly “Yeah, I can do that, in a heartbeat”
She grinned brightly once again “See? You’re already on your way to being a great hero”
Ryogami couldn’t help but recuperate the smile, picking up his spoon and slowly starting to eat his meal. He had to keep up his strength in order to be a hero for others.

Tsukiko wasn’t one many would call a hero type, she stuck to herself most of the time, not the type to push her nose into another’s business. But she knew how to break fights, had a large knowledge of the legal system and knew how to get around laws.
She had just broken up a fight between two young men about something rather petty that she had forgotten about quickly. On the way home she could easily pick out their scents, they lived so close, and their scents were very strong. And then she caught it,
‘Grandmother.’
She let out a sigh, turning to her grandmother climbing out of a window just a door down “You know everytime you do that you give the whole group a heart attack, right?”
Her grandmother gave her a look, eyes wide before letting out an irritated huffed “Well, if they remembered to eat, I wouldn’t have to break in and feed them, now would I?”
Tsukiko laughed in return “I suppose not granny, now, would you like to walk home together?”
Her grandmother nodded happily and grabbed her granddaughter's arm “And it’s getting cold, so I left some sweaters too, I’m not sure what colors they like though, so I made a whole bunch.”
Tsukiko hummed happily as she listened to her grandmother, only pausing when her grandmother mentioned the U.A. announcement.
“You said earlier you didn’t mind joining them, or did I hear wrong again?” Asked grandmother. Tsukiko’s mind running and settling, she had to make sure her grandmother was able to live comfortably for being such a kind influence in her life.
“Yeah, I’m actually thinking of joining” Tsukiko admitted with a smile behind her cute little mouth mask.
Granny nodded and said “and so, for that we shall have tea!” Tsukiko snorted softly.
“We always have tea, and shouldn’t I be training and studying?” She asked her grandmother tenderly.
Her Granny let out a snort “you already train enough, right now it’s time for some tea and nice calming music, and tea every day is good for the soul” she said stubbornly. It made Tsukiko laugh happily because of her grandmother’s antics.

Joel’s parents bought him the supposedly good news “Well, would you look at that? You CAN join U.A. after all! Check this out, they’re making a new hero class!”
“What the actual fuck?” Joel gasped out, ignoring the glare of his mother for his foul language “Wait, when the fuck did they decide this?” He asked.
“Two days ago, we weren't paying attention, and the exam is at the end of the month, you got a little less than a month less to work with, you want to be a hero, right son?” asked his father with excitement.
Joel nodded as he looked at the newspaper, his mind was running in circles “Fuck...now I got to work hard?” He groaned tiredly.
“Only if you want to get into the U.A. school” his parents chimed together.
“Fuck...guess I have to work hard then.” he grumbled before getting up and headed towards their pool to train.

Kira was sewing with her mother as the radio was playing softly in the background. Her mother always loved listening to the radio hero, Present Mic, She said his energy was contagious and nice to listen to during the long nights when too many or too few orders came in. Kira couldn’t help but agree, the hero's enthusiasm seemed to spread like a spark within a forest, his upbeat personality made her smile and it was nice to see her mother so happy.
Although, as Kira continued to listen to the recording of the interview, an idea suddenly struck her. She could become a hero, give her mother the money and stabilize her lifestyle! Her father left them behind ages ago to fend for themselves, threw them to the wolves without a word, leaving his girlfriend, a single mother to raise a daughter within a harsh poverty.
“Would you be angry if I decided to become a hero?” she asked her mother softly, fatigue finally hitting her. The exhaustion was strong, present within both their eyes.
“Not at all honey, if that’s what you want to do, then chase that dream, I’ll support you as best I can” She told her daughter gently, a tired smile on her face.
Kira nodded softly, going back to the peaceful chatter of the radio hero as they finished sewing the last dress of the day together, making plans in her mind for a better future.

The TV was turned off in the darkened room “Seems like we’re finally getting our chance. I’m glad we can sneak in this way instead of having to do things the hard way, I could never see him face to face if I harmed any of his friends, what do you guys think?”
One of the figures shifted “As long as we don’t have to hurt anyone, then it’s fine
.and...do you think it’d be possible to make friends? I...would like to make a few new friends”
“Yes, that’s completely fine” said the other with a soft tone.
A sound of rustling leaves echoed through the room.
“As long as they don’t burn any plants, I don’t think I could care less” Came out a disgruntled voice from the lone planted office tree within the corner.
A grin flashed in the dark “It’s alright boys, plants and friends, it’ll all be taken care of, after all, it’s the league's second chance, right?”

Taemin (FAMOUS) Jacket & Music Video Shooting Sketch
 eng sub  cr. DiamondTaem
– We’ll try to shoot a strong looking cover. Taemin: The cover? – Yes, the front cover. Taemin: So, is the cover in monotone? – No, there will be uniform colors... Taemin: Ah... And about the image, how will it look like? *It’s a little hard to hear what he says* – We’ll try to shoot a strong looking cover. Taemin: The cover? – Yes, the front cover. Taemin: So, is the cover in monotone? – No, there will be uniform colors... Taemin: Ah... And about the image, how will it look like? *It’s a little hard to hear what he says* Taemin: What kind of production can this photographer do? What synergy can we create together? I did the photoshoot while thinking about that. – Unfortunately it’s the last. Taemin: Ah. – (...) You can sit in many ways (in the glass box) Taemin: I used a lot of gadgets this time. I entered in a glass box. When it was closed, I felt like there wouldn’t have enough oxygen. I got giddy. But it was fun. *Taemin pretends to scream inside the box* – I can’t hear anything! *Taemin throws the ball and misses* *throws again and hits it* – It got in! T: I can do it! *throws it closer and misses* *throws it back and hits it* T: Did it get in? – It did! *throws it too strong* Taemin: This â™Șâ™Șâ™Ș I thought if everyone does that, how would it be like... And then â™Șâ™Șâ™Ș Do it together and when this part comes, we gather together, and from this, (we go back) to the original position. Rikimaru: In this part you all will be away from each other Taemin: The reason is, I want to show more energy during the climax. Rikimaru: 5, 6, 7, 8, Famous, famousâ™Șâ™Șâ™Ș Then when this “boom” part comes, everyone spreads around at once. Let’s go, Famous, Famousâ™Șâ™Șâ™Ș You can do this more lively. Taemin: Is it in time to do this? Like for example take this (part) out and... Rikimaru: You can also jump Taemin: And how would this be like, if somehow, I do this, this and this... Rikimaru: Ah~ Rikimaru: Famous, Famous Rikimaru: Can we repeat this part of the hand? 5, 6, 7, 8... It’s still out of synchronization. 5, 6, 7, 8... It’s still out of synchronization. 5, 6, 7, 8... Still. 5, 6, 7, 8... Only 4 people left. 5, 6, 7, 8... *Taemin gets out of synchronization* – We’ll shoot an image first. After looking at the angle, we’ll decide whether to lie down. Taemin: Ah, yes, yes. Taemin: I was most worried about the first scene, since it was the first time the director was together. But when I checked on the monitor.. Taemin: ... I instantly thought it was finished well. This is the most memorable moment. I felt like the button of the beginning was firmly pressed. Taemin: The use of illumination was skillful. Normally the light would bend, also there’s a light underneath... – It was a nice finishing touch. Taemin: A good usage of the illumination. – It was the first time. – Such sensitive person. Taemin: Our style... – Our style matches. Taemin: For now let’s just clap. – Which arm? Taemin: The left one. Maybe it’s not visible.   – This is a rubber ring. Taemin: It’s too tight. If I do it with this I won’t be able to feel (my arm) *laughs* – Your arm looks pale Taemin: How will it look like if I grab it here? – I think I can see some of the sleeve...  What if we join your hands a few times Taemin: If you have a little tighter rubber *While filming* – Yes... Put just a little bit of strength. Yes... Push it a little bit. Taemin: ‘FAMOUS’ is a song with a lot of pop elements. The bass line is very impressive. It’s a rhythmic song with hip-hop elements added. The rhythm was reflected in the swing. And above all, the lyrics have a duality This conflict is expressed through the inside and outward appearance of the entertainer Taemin. Taemin: The center is impossible, as it has a line of flow. What if we match this with the center...? Rikimaru: It’s like Medusa, like a snake. (We) created an MV that feels like as if a snake captures (the audience), stops them with the poison, and gets them feeling obsessed. Taemin: I’ve planned a performance with the Japanese dancers, they’re also shooting the MV together, it’s something new. There may not be a big difference in appearance but you can feel the unique difference in culture and delicate emotional expressions. I'm really looking forward to the finish. I‘m a little worried if I will be able to show off the “Japanese-style” we practiced together on stage but I‘m looking forward to that moment. Taemin: Since Rikimaru-sensei is a professional, you can hold the sweat back, right? Rikimaru: I can’t. Taemin: Please say that you can. Rikimaru: I can. Taemin: Hiroto is sweating too much, so can you teach him how (to stop)? Rikimaru: Stop it. Stop it. Stop sweating. *lol* – We’ll shoot with lip sync first. Taemin: Ok. – What is your crime/sin? Taemin: ‘Lucifer’. “Love is also tied up”... “Your undeniable spell is the Lucifer” (lyrics from Lucifer) – Hold this. Taemin: Wow – This larger one, in this situation... Tied up... Yes. – Wrinkles... Where did you get them?
Taemin: I was like this. *laughs* Taemin: I can’t get old though Taemin: I'm photographing in Japan and I've already started the tour, how am I doing (so far), maybe does someone think I’m only going on tours? – Right now you’re doing your concerts. Taemin: Hm(Agreeing). This is how hard I’m working. *Taemin does his magic trick* Taemin: *while doing the magic trick again* You put this here and then... Taemin: How does it happen?? *Taemin does the other magic trick for the camera man to guess* Taemin: Faster. *does it again* Taemin: I can also do this. *Taemin becomes monolided* Everyone, this is Taemin. Are you disappointed? *laughs* I kinda... My “attacks” are getting too much Taemin: Something that has changed from the past is that now I came to see it entirely. Previously I was just distracted by the performance and lip sync of each scene. I was only thinking about myself and my cuts but now I imagine the whole picture Taemin: While comparing yesterday's set, costumes, and production with today's filming, I imagine the flow and try to find the midpoint, a balance, so that the overall flow is not too assertive or too weak. I’ve learned that know-how. Santa: Taemin’s aura is amazing. When he comes in the production, I feel like I won’t be defeated (as in ‘to look as much as cool’), I do what I need to do, also at the time of rehearsal, and then power up when we’re already in the time of the performance. Yorito: Normally he has a gentle smile but when it comes to the performance, he changes from the eyes and seeing the moment when this “switch” is turned on, we also get “pushed” into this. We also turn our “switches” on. Taemin: I’m usualy really extreme. I think I’m fine and suddenly I don’t want to do anything. I wonder if this is a personality of a general youth. And as an entertainer, I want to create synergy in the given time. Taemin: I think about the maximum I can while keeping energy and strength in mind. Maybe I’m a person who can take care of such things when power distribution and concentration are necessary? – Cut! *claps* – Thank you so much! *Dancers start screaming “Lee Taemin!” Taemin: đŸ€«đŸ€« I’m embarassed! – You did a good job! *Photo time* – Get a little closer (to each other) Alright! You did a good job~
