Pacifica's Moment of Truth

Part of my Gravity Falls Baseball AU continuity

Pacifica's come a long way in her baseball training, from reluctantly joining Dipper and Mabel in a few pitches and hits, to actually realizing she loves playing the sport which has brought her closer to her new (and real) friends! But despite this, Pacifica still feels like she's lacking something. She enjoys baseball, not just with her friends, but playing the sport itself, but she can't shake off the feeling that she's not living up to their standard. Despite her love for the game, she still feels she's falling behind and that she struggles to keep up with the gang. Pacifica's all too familiar with the feeling of failure and disappointment, its what her mom and dad used to force her to be #1 at mini-golf. To her, if she's not #1, she's a failure and a disappointment to everyone around her who've supported her.

Pacifica knows that Dipper, Mabel, and Wendy are far from being the jerks that her parents were to her but she feels she's failing herself. Despite her love for the game, she can't help feel like she's a failure despite how much progress she's made. She thinks Dipper, Mabel, and Wendy are just being kind to her. She feels that they've given her all the support they have but she isn't living up to their expectations and she thinks she's a disappointment to them, which couldn't be farther from the truth.

Pacifica struggles with these thoughts until one day she couldn't take it anymore. She wasn't going to live in fear of her parents before, now she wasn't going to let herself live in fear of herself. On a warm sunny afternoon on the baseball field, as they took a breather from their practice, Pacifica decides to take the risk and ask Mabel, her assistant coach, to give her a challenge: to bat against Mabel without her holding back. Mabel already suspected that Pacifica had thoughts like this running through her head but she knows Pacifica's already got it in her to face off the best Mabel can dish out. But desperate to make sure Mabel doesn't compromise, she even makes her promise, no hands behind her back. Mabel pulls off her mitt and pinky promises on one hand while keeping the other one in Pacifica's view. Poor Dipper, however, gets dragged by the girls to play catcher despite being completely new to learning how to play as catcher. So secretly, Dipper really is hoping Pacifica knocks this challenge right out of the park...literally.

Dipper, reluctantly, gears up in his catcher's gear while Pacifica slips on her batting helmet and gloves. Dipper reassures her she's got this... and if she can please make sure she's got it so he doesn't have to worry about actually playing catcher. Its a light hearted moment that gets a laugh from Pacifica and the 2 head out to get in positions.

Mabel eyes Pacifica from the mound and Pacifica psyches herself out. Mabel sticks out her pinky before she pitches reminding Pacifica she wont go back on her pinky promise. With that, Mabel winds up, takes her stride and pitches. A nervous Dipper readies his mitt. Pacifica's eyes narrow, she swings with everything she's got and fixates on the ball as it comes in. Time slows down then... CRACK. Pacifica hits a beautiful line drive out to center field stunning herself at the plate while Mabel is ecstatically cheering on the mound. Pacifica did it! She's proven herself that she does belong with her friends on the diamond and nothing's gonna stop her.

With a sly grin on her face, Mabel turns back to the plate and asks Pacifica "Another one?". Pacifica returns the sly smirk fixing her helmet, tightening her batting gloves, and putting up her bat and just says "...Batter up!".

...Poor Dipper really hoped this was going to be a 1 pitch gig XD

CHAPTER ONE ;; Return to the Falls

DIPPER'S P.O.V.

"It's only been six years since you've been to Gravity Falls, it's fine-!"

"Dip, you're mumbling to yourself again."

Mabel commented, lightly pushing my shoulder.

"Oh, shit- Sorry,"

I laugh nervously, rubbing my wrists.

"You're anxious over nothing Dipping Sauce, it's just the old gang! We saved the world together, it'll be fine."

She reassured. We were about maybe 6 minutes from the stop in Gravity Falls, and it'd been six years since Weirdmageddon. We just graduated Highschool and decided to start our first summer out of school back at Gravity Falls. Mabel kept in contact with Grenda and Candy, and I had Wendy's phone number, but I was always too scared to start a conversation. Mabel says I need to just 'talk to her like a normal person' the same way I did in person, but it's, different, I guess.

"Dipper! It's the sign!"

Mabel jumped in her seat and pointed at the old 'Gravity Falls' sign. I smiled and tried relaxing. While going to high school, I got recommended to a counselor for my apparent social anxiety, which I had no idea I had until someone brought the idea to mind. I've found a few coping mechanisms for my anxiety, and currently, none of them were working for this anxiety.

"Last stop, Gravity Falls."

The bus driver called, and Mabel leaped from her seat, grabbed her suitcase and backpack, and ran out the door, Waddle following close behind her. I picked up my bag and suitcase as well, following her close behind with nervousness running down my spine.

I walked out of the bus to see Mabel group hugging Grenda and Mabel, and being greeted by Grunkle Ford and Stan, Soos, and Wendy.

"Hey, dude,"

Wendy called, grabbing her hat off my head and putting my old pine tree hat back on my hat, pushing the brim of it which pulled a laugh from me.

"Hey, Wendy."

I smiled and blushed awkwardly, putting my hands in my pockets.

"Dude, you hit a huge growth spurt."

She laughed, and Soos stood next to me for comparison, I was almost as tall as him.

"Dude, you're almost as tall as me!"

He commented, smiling and I laughed in response.

~TIMESKIP~

After our little meeting, we decided to walk back to the shack, just to view the changes in town, and see old friends. While walking, there was a new face spotted leaving a grocery store, waving bye to the owner. Around Y/H (Your Height), and S/C (Your Skin Color), they wore a C/C (Color of Choice) sweater and jeans, with a ruby pendant.

"Woahh, who's that cutie?!"

Mabel called out, guess they caught both our eyes. Figures. I discovered I was probably bi in high school, Mabel of course, being omnisexual, was more than supportive, which didn't really surprise me since she cut my hair and helped me bind my chest whenever I found out I was trans. She had way more luck with guys and gals, however.

"Oh, yeah, that's Y/N Sphinx. They don't come into town much."

Wendy explained, putting her hands in her pockets.

"Yeah, they're some kinda hermit, back when I lived here I only saw them out like, once."

Grunkle Stan added, humming suspiciously.

"So, do they not have any friends?"

Mabel hummed sadly.

"No, we have even tried befriending them, and they do not seem interested."

Candy commented, and I noticed Mabel get a sparkle in her eye.

"Mabel." I said sternly,

"Common Dipper! They need a friend!"

She cried.

"Can we at least go put out stuff in the shack-?!"

I plead before she ran off saying "Nope!" in response, and I chased after her, crying out to her.

YOUR P.O.V.

"Finally done with groceries.."

I sighed, thinking to myself, before looking over my grocery list quickly and humming, putting it in my jean pocket, and I continued walking. I was never a fan of socializing or being out in the town, nothing against the townsfolk. Lazy Susan was a sweetheart, and funny enough Tyler Cutebiker, now Mayor Tyler Cutebiker, and I got along pretty well, I just always kinda got drained from talking to almost anyone besides forest creatures.

"Hey, hey, heyyy!"

I heard someone call out to me and I turned around, stopping in my tracks and looking at the brunette girl who approached me, wearing a pink sweater, and a very similar boy following behind her, having to lean down and take a breath.

"Um- Hi- Can I help you-?"

I asked nervously.

"Hi! I'm Mabel, Mabel Pines, and this is my brother! Dipper!"

Mabel responded, introducing the two of them. She put her hand on her brother's back, patting it while he struggled to breathe. I smiled nervously, laughing lightly at Dipper's struggle for breathing.

I could instantly tell their dynamic, Mabel is the heart and Dipper is the brain, Mabel probably drags them into chaos all the time. I really gotta write that dynamic sometime..

"Hi, I'm so sorry about my sister,"

Dipper apologized, standing up to his full height, he's much taller than I thought- He coughed nervously, putting his hands in his pockets and avoiding eye contact.

"Oh, you're alright- You said 'Pines' right-? Are you related to the Mystery Shack guy?"

I asked, being polite.

"Yeah! He's our Great Uncle Stan!"

Mabel smiled, placing her hands on her hips.

"Oh, cool-! So, can I help you with anything-?"

I smiled nervously, not sure what to do.

"Uhh nope! I just wanted to say hi and compliment your sweater!"

Mabel added, having a bit of a jump in her step.

"Oh, I see- Thank you, my sister made it for me."

I laughed awkwardly, holding my grocery bags in both hands in front of me. We stood in awkward silence for a moment, clearing affecting Dipper and I more than Mabel, before I broke it.

"Well, thank you-! It's been a pleasure but I should be off, uh bye-!"

I stammered quickly before walking off around the corner. Once I got around the corner I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding.

The twins stood there, Mabel and Dipper looking at each other in confusion about the sudden hurry to leave.

Hey gang!! Call me Lamb. I'm a twenty-two year old cisfem loser in the CST time zone who has been in the RP community way too long. I've been writing since I was about twelve. I'm always fiending for new threads and looking for new people with whom I can write!

I do NOT write with minors or anyone under the age of eighteen.

The Basics

My favorite pairings to write are OC/Canon. I do not write Canon/Canon ships, but I can be persuaded into writing OCs together if we vibe!

I am mostly familiar with writing MxF and FxF ships, and I will ask you to write either one of those for me. I can write any kind of ship for you. I am also more than okay with poly ships.

I am a master at doubling up. Seriously, it's my specialty! Come at me with all your craziest ideas. I adore hearing about OCs and their unique stories. I put the same amount of energy into both threads when doubling. I ask you do the same.

When doubling, I am more than happy to write anyone for you in return as long as they are not someone I'm wanting. Doubling is not necessary if you'd just like to write a canon character.

I have no problem doubling up in another fandom as long as I am familiar with the source material!

My writing style is literate to adv. literate. On average, I write roughly three to six paragraphs in a post. I do tend to do a lot more when writing starters or when the scene calls for it, and I can do less. I tend to mirror my partner's writing length and style.

OOC talk is not necessary, but I heavily prefer it! I love just going wild about headcanons, AUs, silly shitposting, plotting, etc.

I am VERY active in responses. Usually I tend to respond right away and I can write upwards of ten or so posts a day depending on engagement. I ask that my partners be able to post at least once a day to keep up interest! That being said, please let me know if something comes up, I'm more than understanding! We're all adults, adults get busy, no pressure.

My favorite genres/tropes to write are an entanglement of horror, fluff, dead dove, smut, angst, all of it! Give me a bit of everything!

I write exclusively on Discord. Servers are wonderful for organization.

Hazbin Rewritten Part 2

Season 2 picks up right where Season 1 ended. Except that during her depressive slump, Charlie has an idea; redeeming sinners doesn’t have to be in a literal context, it can be figurative. So she devises another plan; she decides to improve the living conditions in Hell as best she can, in hopes that sinners will figuratively redeem themselves by being nicer to one another. In hopes that maybe that will be enough.

The Hotel is a safe place for sinners and demons looking for help, but not wanting to make that leap by themselves. She also vows to improve herself and how she interacts with others, being more mindful of their emotions.

I could also see Charlie reaching out to some of the sins for help, Asmodeus and Beelzebub in particular, in hopes that they will sponsor her hotel, if not put in a few good words at least. Maybe even going so far as to meet in person with them to do so.

She reconciles with Vaggie and Angel and anyone else she may have unintentionally hurt. Things basically go like in the 4Chan leaks for the original plan for Hazbin episodes, with lots of supporting character shenanigans. Charlie's new friends chip in and help as best as they can. For example, he’s by no means a therapist, but Angel could provide comfort and empathy to victims of abuse, and Fat Nuggets acts as an emotional support animal. No Huskerdust (Sorry!), Husk acts as the disgruntled, ‘asshole with a heart of gold’ dad to the gang. (Think Grunkle Stan from Gravity Falls)

Some Extras include:

I want to bring back some characters that either appeared or were stated to appear later in the series, but seem to have been dropped, such as Baxter, Crymini, and Mimzy. (I saw that she’s in the trailer, I’m just not sure what role she plays in the series), as well as everyone’s favorite news anchors Katie Killjoy and Tom Trench.

I could see Baxter and Sir Pentious being rivals at first, what with their ties to science, and constantly trying to one up each other with various machines and inventions, but eventually teaming up and causing chaos together at the hotel.

Also, Lucifer and Lilith are a loving couple like Gomez and Morticia.

Lucifer is a good dad who loves Charlie, but wishes she’d toughen up, so when the world fights, she fights back.

Charlie is like her dad, but closer to her mom.

Lilith is a busy opera singer. There were some posters of Lilith in the pilot that made her seem like she’s a singer or performer of some sort, and I want to keep that aspect. This is also why Lilith isn't returning Charlie's calls.

Chapter 12: Back Into the Bunker: Return to the bunker, this time with Ford and Fiddleford, basically a flashback on how Rose and the Gems helped them build it

Chapter 35: Lars of the Stars: Same but with Mabel trying to convince Lars and the Off Colors to take them back to Homeworld so they can look for Dipper; they don't get far before Emerald attacks tho

Chapter 36: Jungle Moon: Same as before but this time it has a subplot with Mabel being lost on her own on the Jungle Moon, and her first encounter with Stonemason (she doesn't realize who he is yet)

Chapter 36: Sweater Sewing: Gang is back on earth, more focused on Mabel's huge well of emotions about missing Dipper, writing him letters so she can fill him in on everything once they find him/her doubting if they will

Chapter 37: Mindless Education: All our remaining MK have Angst for days and fusion aint gonna help them work through it this time, basically, the MK aren't complete with Dipper ahahah

Chapter 38: The Assassin: Stonemason officially arrives in Gravity Falls and fights the Gems (they still dont know who he is yet)

Into the Bunker: When Dipper's secret journal pages lead him and the gang to the author's hidden bunker, they find themselves coming face to face with a mysterious figure from Gravity Falls' history.

The Golf War: After being belittled by Pacifica too many times, Mabel challenges her to a miniature golf-off, which gets out of control when some local residents offer their help.

Sock Opera: In an attempt to impress a local puppeteer, Mabel decides to put on a huge sock puppet rock opera, but her show goes awry when Dipper's drive to uncover journal secrets leads to a supernatural disaster.

Soos and the Real Girl: When Soos finds himself in need of a date for his cousin Reggie's engagement party, he looks to a dating simulator game to help him talk to girls.

Little Gift Shop of Horrors: Stan gets cursed by a witch after stealing a watch, Mabel braves Claymotion, and Waddles eats a bowl of special jelly and builds a machine that allows him to speak.

Society of the Blind Eye: The kids, assisted by Old Man McGucket, discover that there is a secret society located in Gravity Falls.

Blendin's Game: Blendin Blandin returns to confront Dipper and Mabel in a fight that could trap them in time jail forever.

The Love God: Mabel takes her matchmaking duties to the next level when she steals a love potion from a real love god.

Northwest Mansion Mystery: Pacifica asks Dipper to help get rid of a ghost that is haunting the Northwest mansion before he wreaks havoc on her party.

SINCE Beowulf is all about relationships with Uncles of one sort or another, how would you personally adapt it into a Gravity Falls episode?

HM. Excellent question!

So for "Gravity Falls episode" I am adopting the parameters of "could exist in a hypothetical season three." At this point, the first problem we run into is that when you're talking about a guy who beats up sea monsters while swimming for nine days straight, ripping off arms and crushing rib cages, etc., the obvious character for the Beowulf role is Stan. But 2013-era Stan can't be young Beowulf, obviously. And he can't really take on a nephew role regardless.

HOWEVER. Another thing about Beowulf is that it loves non-linear history being told in repeated tangents. And people bragging about past exploits.

So right now I'm thinking you try to mimic that structure by setting a story in Gravity Falls, starting with an analog to the dragon-theft. (I'm comfortable nominating any of the Pineses for the role of "disturbed a dragon for a stupid reason," though I'll admit Stan's the most likely to steal from one.) As they're fighting for their lives, Stan goes "hey, this is just like that time last spring..." cue ripple transition to a flashback and we get Stan heroically punching sea monsters to save, idk, somebody's tavern in a fishing town.

And then maybe a NESTED flashback, if you really want a Young Stan, where he fought a monster or monstrous thug on behalf of a gang he was in for five minutes.

...This flashback also means you could do some of the fun things about Loyalty and Kinship and Good Leadership that Beowulf is doing. You can't bring in actual kinship unless you go all the way back to his teens, because Young Stan was in more of a Wanderer situation, but you can present him as a metaphorical thane to somebody. Closest you can get to Beowulf's relationships with his elders.

And then that narrative proceeds in parallel with the current dragon-fighting, and obviously Stan took the lead in fighting this dragon but when all hope is lost the kids charge in and support him in the slaying, like good Young Kinsmen. And there are TWO of them so Stan doesn't even die!

(Ford... Ford might already be in the dragon's clutches. The mission might be rescuing him. Either that or he's busy doing something else to make sure they'll have a stable base to return to and bandage their wounds, because having someone responsible who's not on the front lines is also a good way to have a happier ending than Beowulf.)

Also, to mimic my first-time Beowulf experience, Stan's nested stories ideally should include a lot of interwoven and impossible-to-track tangents about people we've never heard of. ;P

ADRIEN: So, we all agree? We make sure Marinette is alone so we can actually talk to her?

(The group agrees. At ICON Park…)

MARINETTE: So, we all agree? You guys hide while they attempt to talk to me, then on my mark, you guys ambush them?

(Everyone agrees. Adrien and his group leave the hotel.)

ADRIEN: Please work, please work, please work.

(Later, they arrive at ICON Park and find Marinette strolling around by herself.)

ADRIEN: There.

(They approach.)

MARINETTE: Ugh. You again?

ADRIEN: Hang on. I know. The sight of us instinctively makes you want to call on your new friends. But think about it. If we’re this persistent, then we must really want you back as a friend. What you’ve done since Heroes’ Day is really good stuff. So, do you accept this token of honesty and agree to return with us?

(Marinette just gives Adrien a half-lidded “Are you serious” look.)

MARINETTE: Isn’t that just your “Everyday Ladybug” speech from Heroes’ Day? And look how well that lasted! Sorry, guys. Actually, no, I’m not. Now, guys!

(As the Crossover Characters leap out of their hiding places, Adrien and the group bolt away once again.)

ADRIEN: And I had hope for this one!

MARINETTE: And don’t think you’ll get out unscathed this time!

ADRIEN: What is she talking about?

(Just then, two stinging glow urchins whiz past him and hit Ondine.)

ONDINE: Ow!

(Her cheeks puff out.)

ADRIEN: What the-

(Urchins, normal pies, banana peels, sports balls, mud pies, filthy diapers, music speakers, melted cheese, uprooted pine trees, axes, and gunshots of the PX-49 antidote whiz past them, thrown and fired by the Crossover Characters’ allies from Municiberg, New Urbem, Royal Woods, Great Lakes City, Scotland, the Boov and Gorg ships, Chicago, Santa Cécilia, Bird Island, Piggy Island, Eagle Island, Pop Village, Bergen Town, Volcano Rock City, Vibe City, Lonesome Flats, Techno Reef, Symphonyville, Hole N’ Fun, Mount Rageous, Vacay Island, TrollsTopia, Chew and Swallow, Gravity Falls, New Berk and the surrounding lands, Monstropolis, the suburbs where Gru resides, Freedonia, Mayflower, Transylvania, Santa Cruz, and Camp Winnepacaca, standing on the sidewalks and overpass. The gang tries their best to avoid the flying projectiles. Alya is hit by an urchin in the neck and instantly swells up.)

ALYA: Ah!

(As she grabs it, her hand puffs up.)

ALYA: Ah!

ADRIEN: It’s okay, shake it off!

(Adrien steps on a banana peel and slips, then gets whacked in the eye with a tennis ball.)

POLLY PAIN: Nailed you, bro!

(Alya and Nino pass and lift him to his feet.)

NINO: Come on!

(Adrien hobbles along in pain. Mylène and Ivan duck to avoid flying tennis balls and mud pies.)

MYLÈNE: Ivan, careful!

IVAN: Don’t worry, we’ll be fine-!

(Ivan’s face puffs out and they scream. Now not looking where they’re going, they step onto a pile of soccer balls and slip. Rose sees them and goes back, helping them to their feet.)

ROSE: Come on!

(She runs off in a panic and starts getting pummeled with urchins, PX-49 gunshots, mud pies, tennis balls, and dodgeballs. A Key Lime Pie flies into her mouth. Her face swells from an allergic reaction. Benny Stein fist bumps another clown. Further down the road, the gang arrives at a group of helicopters hanging more normal pies, dirty diapers, music speakers, axes, and urchins from ropes. Adrien ducks one urchin, but falls off balance and he loses control, running face-first into another urchin.)

ADRIEN: Yikes! Ow! Ow, ow, ow, ow!

(Nora puts her head down and barrels through the ropes, getting zapped along the way. One rope carrying a dirty diaper swings into Juleka’s face, making her retch. A rope carrying a dodgeball swings into Alix’s face.)

ALIX: Ow!

ADRIEN: Forget dodging! Just run!

LUNA-TK: At least that should let them know never to get near you again.

MARINETTE: Absolutely.

(Upstairs, the group arrives at their villa.)

CHLOÉ: Adrien, please don’t make another plan to send us near them again.

Okay, so I saw a gif set of the gang returning to the upside down, will link it at the bottom, and had this little fun drabble wanting to be written.

Damn how did Steve make everything look so effortless? Seriously, the way he just flipped into the upside-down was pure perfection and had Eddie staring in more than just wounded.

Frankly the last twelve hours had Eddie questioning so much about what he thought he knew, about who he thought Steve was, because he was definitely not the douche bag jerk he thought he was, having confessed as much to the man himself just hours before.

But now, damn it, after watching the man rip a bat apart with his bare hands, as well as his teeth, he was now gifted with the sight of Steve showing off his athletic ability, which had Eddie thinking about all kinds of things.

Watching as Nancy climbed the rope and land on the mattress, he looked at Robin expecting her to be next, but she shook her head, so grabbing the make shift rope he climbed up. The weird ass feeling of gravity shifting hit his head, and then he was falling.

Landing on the mattresses, he laughed before Steve held out his hand.

Looking at the offered hand he grabbed it and was easily pulled up, but unfortunately he lost his footing, over balancing and was sure he would fall back when Steve pulled him closer with the hand he still held, his other hand reaching round, landing on Eddie’s back, holding him up right as Eddie found his feet.

Eddie suddenly became very aware of not only his body but also Steve’s, they were basically as close as you could get with clothes on, even when he had Steve pressed against the boat house they hadn’t been this close. The other difference was also that Steve was looking right at him, their facing just inches apart.

“You alright?” Steve asked, his arm actually tightening around Eddie.

“Yeah...thanks.” Eddie searched honey coloured eyes as Steve very slowly let go of the hand he held between them but didn’t move his arm from his back.

“A little help!” Robins voice cut through, and instantly, the two moved apart, looked down at Robin on the mattress, then in unison, reached down, and pulled her up.

Alak was a member of Maz Kanata’s pirate crew. He was born to one of the ruling families of the Scarlet Skulls, a brutal group of mute assassins. However, the night before the initiation a baby was born, and seeing her innocence and the brutal life she’d be forced into, made him realize he couldn’t become a full Scarlet Skull, or let the same thing happen to her. He left, and eight years later he returned to destroy the cult and rescue her. She became his adoptive daughter and pirate prodigy Quiet Shan. He was part of Maz’s crew when she opposed the Dank Graks, a motley gang of Dark-siders attempting to take over Takodana. He was in love with the famous pirate hunter Raf Thatchburn. Their opposed occupations made things very difficult. When they talked over holo, the rest of the crew observed to make sure he didn’t give any information away. Chasing after the Graks when the kidnapped Maz led him and the crew to the Battle of Jedha, where he had a conversation about love with Dexter Jettster (who talked about his QPR with Maz). Shan overheard this conversation, and when Raf was also drawn into the chaos of the battle of Jedha, she saved his life. This made Raf realize he needed to be someone who deserved Alak and Shan’s trust, and he helped save Maz and Takodana from the Graks. He quit his job as a pirate hunter, becoming a pirate to properly get with Alak.

Gifted Kid SyndromeTM. Vernestra Rwoh is primarily a character in the middle grade High Republic novels (as appearing in the YA Out of the Shadows). A prodigy, she solves the problem with adults having to be out of the picture in middle grade novels by being one of the youngest Jedi Knights ever- being knighted at 15 after an unusually short term as Stellan Gios’ padawan also from an abnormally young age. As a padawan, she would fall unconscious when traveling through hyperspace and have visions, something that resolved itself on its own (unknown to any of the characters, this was an unrealized ability to navigate hyperspace). Following a vision from the Force, she secretly modified her lightsaber to become a light-whip. 

She was on the Steady Wing, a diplomatic ship, that blew up and killed all of the adults. Working with the prodigious inventor Avon Starros, Honesty Weft, and the padawan Imri Canatros, they survived and captured the Nihil who sabotaged the ship. She also talked Imri down from the Dark Side and became his new master, despite their similar ages. During the Attack on the Republic Fair, she joined Ram Jamoram and Lula Talisola, who both looked up to her, in restoring communications on the planet. Later, she and her Padawan investigated a gravity well generator the Nihil were working on. During that time, her hyperspace visions were reactivated by Mari San Tekka. She was with the old woman when she finally managed to die, denying the Nihil any new Paths. She gave Venrestra one final path.

Later, following visions of Avon being in danger, she and Imri found that the Nihil were kidnapping children to be made into recruits on the planet Dalna. By leading the Jedi of the Dalna temple to the camp, they were able to alert Starlight Beacon and evacuate the planet before it was geologically destabilized by the Nihil’s kyber crystal experiments. She was in the top part of Starlight Beacon when it was destroyed and participated in the group effort to hold it together. She presumably escaped. As a prodigy, she had the maturity and serenity expected of a Jedi. Fear didn’t trouble her, but she struggled with self-doubt, wondering if she could really be a Jedi Knight and Master to someone the same age as her. She also understood not to let her friendship with Avon cause her to be more worried about her than the missing children on Dalna (commentary with how her being aroace doesn’t make her immune to attachment). She was also a terrible pilot. She has been confirmed to appear in Acolyte.
