I can't believe that this tiny looking 1870 shotgun house in New Orleans, LA is a 3 family tri-plex. It has a total of 4bds, 3ba, and the price is $589K.

This would be the 1st unit. The home has been renovated into 3 separate apts., but they did leave some elements of the original architecture like the floor and the fireplace in this room.

This does look like a cute older shotgun home.

There's a new eat-in kitchen with so many cabinets. This kitchen is a simple white with wood countertops.

This bedroom is large enough for a canopy bed without looking crowded.

And, there's also an original brick fireplace. With 4 total bds., there are two 1bd. apts. and one 2bd.

Nice new bath.

The double doors on the side of the house are the entrance to the 2nd unit and it's also a 1bd. apt.

When you enter, the cute small blue kitchen is on the left.

The largest unit has its own yard, but the entire yard alongside the house is in need of a cleanup and new landscaping.

And, this is the yard for the middle unit. The house is in a kind of neglected shape, but it's cute.

The front apt. also has a side door entrance and it opens out to the first yard that is allotted to that particular unit. It has a garden and is the nicest out of the three.

Just saw the perfect little house for sale omg why am I not a little more well-off HHHHHH. That's like a legit dream house. Small little yard with a lemon tree. One bedroom with the ability of a second. Beautiful tiled floors. Marble sink! Old-style high ceilings. A basement and a stairwell to the rooftop. Beautiful quaint Athenian street outside. Feeling a little brave to finally ask instead of lurk, so is it alright to ask for some BNHA HC’s with a GN SO? Featuring Shoto Aizawa (Erasure Head), Nemuri Kayama (Midnight) and Rumi Usagiyama (Miriko).

Their SO is a somewhat ‘infamous’ revolutionary who is not only quirkless, but dislikes the Hero Society that’s been built around the powerful abilities. They don’t hate heroes and don’t agree with the villains, they just hate how society and economy has evolved to pamper the system.

They’re constantly helping with fundraisers, events, shows and doing volunteer work with those who have less fortunate quirks and other quirkless citizens.

Yet always trying to find time among all that to be with their partner.

•You and Rumi met at one of your fundraisers, when it got crashed by a villain and Rumi captured them

•You thanked her, you got to talking, and you invited her to your next event

•Which actually happened to be a big cleanup/renovation event at one of the local parks

•Collecting trash, putting new benches in place, painting some signs and renovating the playground

•There were other heroes there too, but you worked mostly with Rumi

•You talked a lot, mostly about both your work, some light topics to start with

•She then asked you out on a date and you of course accepted

•Long story short, you started dating, but there were some bumps on the road to happiness

•Your philanthropist work keeps you very busy, but when you’re not doing that you’re spending time with Rumi, at least as much as you can

•There are of course some challenges, but you always try to find time for Rumi

•Your work schedules don’t always go together, so sometimes it can be days when you don’t see each other

•You might sleep in the same bed, but you might not even be awake at the same time, because Rumi’s work schedule can be kinda chaotic, and you work when you’re needed, which is almost all the time

•You take turns surprising each other with date nights, you take all the time you can get together, because especially Rumi is very aware that time is limited and neither of you wants to have regrets

•You’re always holding fundraisers, and organizing volunteer work and events

•Aizawa helps where he can, especially with giving his students a little extra credit if they take part in the volunteer work for your organization and stuff like that

•You and Aizawa always make time for each other, you make sure to see each other every day even if it’s just a few moments between work and sleep

•Midoriya is a bit of a fanboy of yours, and when he learned that you and Aizawa were together, he asked if Aizawa could get him your autograph

•One of the programs you funded was a big reason Midoriya got through middle school

sorry for slow posting lately y'all- interior renovations for the house has been a bigger project than expected (nothing like thousands of $$$ of plumbing work...and no hot water for the past month) so it's been a lot to deal with, frankly. But progress is being made!

I am hoping to start the cleanup and repairs for the garage/studio next week, and have some prints ready to drop as well! Stay tuned!
