Explanation:

DTIYS stands for “Draw This In Your Style”. It's a popular art challenge where artists redraw a piece of art in their own style. DTIYS challenges are often used by artists on Instagram to celebrate milestones or to support other artists [which, in this case, I am celebrating my “return”].

How it works:

An artist chooses a piece of art to redraw.

The artist sets instructions for the challenge, such as the medium to use or the overall aesthetic.

Other artists create their own version of the piece and post it with the specified hashtag.

The artist selects the winners and announces them.

Now that you guys know a little about how it works, I will tell you some simple and “already expected” rules:

You can't steal or do it the same way as me, you have to do it YOUR style (because that's the challenge).

The redraw must have the same characteristics as the original drawing. For example, the colors must be similar or the same.

You can add and change things, but don’t “stray” too far from the original design and features.

Don't forget to tag me AND use the hashtag '#melloly dtiys'! Or if you don't want to post, just send me a private chat or ask! (and if you don't want me to say your name if you "win", please let me know and I'll make the drawing's artist anonymous!)

I’ve seen some posts about people wishing skz would take a break so they could rest properly since their schedule seems insane, and i agree someone should probably send these workaholics to the seaside for their health for a while. However I also wish they’d take a break for entirely selfish reasons, because good god the amount of content they put out is ridiculous. I’m still v new to the fandom and kpop culture in general, but in my brief time here skz has released so much new stuff 🥲 which I admit has been great so far as I’ve been deep into my hyperfixation, but I can feel myself getting overwhelmed and, not to be dramatic, burning out a bit?

Like I don’t think we as a species were ever meant to consume this much content, there should be time in between releases to process it all properly

I take the messed up things about warriors and address them, dragging the stuff like abuse, xenophobia, ableism, and so on to the spotlight so I can stab it with knives.

I'm trying to figure out how to summarize and translate Taylor's editorial from Port Magazine and oh...boy jeez this is gonna be a lotta work , the writer is really incompetent, the translation from Taylor's English to the written Chinese is choppy, the flow and focus are all over the place and I'm cringing
