Moving Forward; Moving In (Part 2) [Relabeled; Refiled Series]
Fandom: Sanders Sides
Relationships: Logan/Patton
Characters: Patton, Logan
Summary:
After the events of Gaps in His Files, Patton and Logan are engaged, but they still have a lot to work through in their relationship. They’re willing to put in the work for each other even when it’s hard.
Notes: Hurt/comfort-y, Past child abuse/neglect, Patton is trying desperately to heal from his childhood and is doing fairly well, but his thoughts sometimes start the spiral
This is part of the Labeled Universe dealing with events set before my story Sometimes Labels Fail. It is set after Gaps in His Files.
Part 1
Patton eyes instinctively went to a familiar table in the corner of the Hideout. Its usual occupant was not seated in his normal seat, but there was plenty of evidence of his recent and imminent usage of the spot. Logan’s coat was hung on the back of the chair and his planner was on the table set off to the right side with a blue pen on top. A half full coffee cup sat near where his left hand would lay. There was a stack of ungraded papers sitting directly in front of the seat with another smaller stack of likely already graded papers upside down beside it.
Noting that, Patton’s eyes went to the place most people’s probably would have first upon entering the café, the front counter. He instantly spotted the man he’d been looking for.
Logan was accepting a mug and a small plate from David. He noticed Patton when he turned to return to his table.
“Hello,” he said with a smile and, Patton couldn’t help but smile back. “I ordered you a coffee and bagel.”
Patton shouldn’t be surprised by this really. Logan knew what Patton typically ordered perhaps better than he did himself. For most of his life, Patton had thought he tended to order different foods and drinks on a whim, but Logan seemed to be able to detect some unknown pattern in what he’d usually choose that Patton couldn’t quite see himself. He was spot on almost all of the time. If Patton didn’t already know his powers were telekinesis, he’d expect the man was reading his mind.
Yet even though he had no business being surprised, he found a way every time. In a good way. Mostly.
He had had to talk to Dr. Campbell about how sometimes things like that made Patton feel uncomfortable, almost guilty or like he was about to get into trouble. They’d come to the conclusion that he’d grown up in an environment where he’d had to be hypersensitive to the needs and whims of others or face anger and resentment. That made having someone anticipate Patton’s needs and wants sometimes feel bad either because he felt like he’d failed and became a burden, or he was hurting the other person since doing things like that for others had often been a stressful experience for Patton.
Logan liked to do those sorts of things though. He was not always good at picking up on things like emotional cues but accounted for that by learning about the people he cared for. Being willing to learn about Patton enough to anticipate his needs was a sign of his highest esteem. Patton was working on thinking he deserved this esteem or at least knowing that he should think he deserved it.
Today was one of his better days. The coffee and bagel in Logan’s hand made him smile.
“Thank you, sweetie. That sound perfect right now,” Patton told him. He let Logan lead him over to the table and sat down at the seat Logan was already setting the plate and mug in front of.
Logan sat after him and took a sip of his own coffee before picking up the pen to continue grading.
They sat in comfortable silence for a few minutes. Patton ate his bagel. It was a blueberry bagel with a honey walnut cream cheese which paired well with the walnut flavored coffee Logan had ordered him.
Patton slid his foot forward slightly so his and Logan’s shoes bumped. Logan glanced up at him and smiled at him briefly before going back to grading. He used to just ignore if Patton did something like that, thinking either Patton kicked him on accident or him not moving away was adequate communication that he didn’t mind the touch. Patton had… not taken it that way. It had eventually been brought up with the relationship therapist. Now Logan always made sure to somehow tell Patton he was happy with the contact.
It was probably about 10 minutes later when Logan put his pen aside and glanced up at him. Patton had finished his bagel and was currently sipping his coffee. He looked at Logan when Logan looked at him.
“We should revisit the topic of moving in together,” he said.
Patton quickly set down his coffee before spilling it in surprise. He shouldn’t really be taken aback that this was being brought up now. After all, the topic of them moving in together at some point had been a repeated topic that came up in couples therapy ever since the first time the subject had been broached. Yet, Patton couldn’t help but panic slightly at the prospect that “some point” might be “now.”
“Is now a good time to discuss it?” Logan asked.
“Uh,” Patton said. “It’s a better than most time.”
The lack of a direct answer seemed to throw Logan off, and he didn’t reply for a long moment.
“Yes, um,” Patton said. “Now’s fine. My apartment lease is up at the end of June.”
“Mine ends at the end of July,” Logan told him.
“Did you want me to move in with you?” Patton asked, recalling the conversation from months ago.
“It was the initial suggestion considering my place is closer to the hospital and you often end up sleeping there anyway. However, perhaps it would be better to start somewhere new on neutral grounds.”
“Maybe,” Patton said, fiddling with the handle of his coffee cup. “I don’t know.”
Which would be better, he wondered. If Patton moved into Logan’s place, Logan would have to adjust to Patton being in his space, but if they moved somewhere else Logan would have to adjust to being somewhere new. Logan was bringing up the topic of a new space, so maybe that’s what he wanted or maybe he was just taking the advice of the therapist and didn’t actually want to move. Patton was pretty sure the phrase “neutral grounds” was a direct quote from their therapist. Patton looked at Logan trying to read the answer off his face. Logan just titled his head at him.
Or maybe, Patton thought. Logan was an adult who knew his own opinion and wanted Patton’s opinion.
“I like your apartment,” Patton said. “It’s in a nice area and is close to the hospital and the university. I’m not sure if we’d find something as good, especially since the college students are probably already snagging the good places.”
Logan nodded. “We could perhaps still look and see if there is anything better suited, but I am not opposed to staying in the same apartment. I could easily get you added to the lease for the coming leasing period.”
“Okay,” Patton said. Then he thought for a moment. “You can look for apartments and tell me if you like one,” he said. “I think trying to look for something myself would stress me out, so I’d like to not be involved if I have the option. If that’s okay?”
“Of course,” Logan replied. “We both know I enjoy that type of task more than you do anyway.”
“Great,” Patton said. “So… this summer then.”
“This summer,” Logan agreed.
Patton took a breath and then went back to his coffee. The idea of committing to moving in with each other was a bit terrifying, but it might also be nice. At least he had a bit of time to adjust to the idea.

Barr's ended their deposit scheme a couple of years ago - Where you could take the bottle back to the corner shop (Or, going further back, give it back to the juice float that came around once a week to drop off the [limeade/irn bru/cream soda/dandelion/your favourite bottle of pop here]) and you'd be given a 5p deposit back, and the bottles would be washed, refilled and relabelled, and sent back out on their rounds.
The bottles were extra thick- Not like a champagne bottle, but thick enough to withstand a few chips and being rattled against each other in the crates.
But anyway, they stopped doing the deposits because it wasn't economical, people largely didn't want to take their bottles back to the shop. And they started to sell a premium classic-recipe Irn Bru. Which they sell in the old deposit bottles! These massive heavy glass bottles that are good for a few dozen trips back to the plant, and basically infinite home use, now being used as disposable containers!
So, I use them to bottle mead and ginger beer into, once they're either already fermented dry or I've heat killed them.
But that's what waste studies is about, to some extent- what makes something disposable vs reusable, in a world where their durability isn't the only factor in what makes them "rubbish". A glass Nutella jar and a plain drinking glass are both equally good at being drank-out-of, both equally sturdy, and the cost to the manufacturer of making both might be about equal... But serving drinks out of Nutella jars, even the ones without a screw thread, is seen as "thrifty/cheap" and "odd" (whether approvingly or not) What makes one plastic cup a permanent, reusable item - Potentially even something you're sentimentally attached to - and another one appropriate for using singly and then discarding? How about wooden packing crates, the kind which were disposable when they were in common use 50 years ago, but that now are in great demand as vintage furniture? (On a smaller scale, how many people have a Royal Dansk tin to keep their sewing supplies in, or their bridge decks stashed in a Redbreast baccy tin?)
It's interesting and strange and covers all sorts of cultural taboos and the construction of material cultures (Black Americans reusing the Crown Royal purple bags, First Nations people using the lids of tobacco tins to make jingle dress cones, Romany painters decorating baccy tins and cigar boxes - whose cultures have enough cachet to be seen as the "right" way to determine what is disposable?) as well as history (1st century Roman perfumiers making disposable but still decorative single-use vials to advertise their wares, vignerons and oil sellers of the same vintage selling in single-use amphorae which would be shipped across the Mediterranean and then usually broken to reuse) and sociopolitical conflicts (is clothing disposable? What happens to stuff that you "throw out"? Who owns the rubbish and what rights do you have once you declare something to be waste?)
It's fascinating and if I could go back to school it would be to read about that.
You know how companies used to make flour sacks with pretty flower patterns on them because mothers would make dresses out of them for their daughters? We should bring that back. Paper bags designed to be reused as wrapping paper. Jars of jam designed to look nice filled with pencils or homemade sauces. Fabric that's high quality enough to use as a patch.
Give things a second life!!

Imagine how much plastic waste could be eliminated if companies switched to a standard glass bottle that could be recycled and refilled.
They could just sterilize the bottles and relabel them and send them back out instead of using one time use plastic. And a standard bottle would mean that you wouldn’t have to send one brand’s bottle back to them they would all use the same one so only the label has to change.

3rd year and with all the crap going on (Dementors, Sirius Black and the Ministry being its usual self), Harry decides to pull an epic pranking following the musing of his girlfriend, Hermione. She had idly thought it would be funny if there was a drink that simulated the effects of firewhiskey but without the detriment of alcohol.
Enter Ogden's Junior Firewhiskey, the bottle was an old Ogden's Finest, washed out and relabeled, then refilled with a refined Butterbeer and Pepper-up chaser. At first glance, it appeared to be the real deal but the only effect it had was steam erupting from the drinker's ears.
So now you have everyone (including firsties) wandering the halls pretending to be drunk. Minerva loses her nut, Dumbledore is aghast. That is, until they confiscate a bottle and get it tested.
That's when the staff find out they've been pranked. Flitwick is dying laughing and the Weasley Twins are inducting our couple into the Pranksters Hall of Fame.

If you're a fan of Gaps in His Files, you should give this a listen. It is very well done!!!
Youtube Update!
I wanted to post this last Wednesday when the video actually came out but due to life things I wasn't able to. So it's a week late. Anyway!
For those of you who don't know, I have a YouTube channel where I read Podfic, it is completely Sanders Sides stories at this time but I'm hoping to expand in the future, and recently I hit 500 subscribers, which I was not expecting to happen. So, with permission, I did a 2 hour story, much longer than my normal content, and uploaded it as a thank you to everyone who has been listening to my stories. If you would like you can check it out here.
youtube
The story was written by @snowdice Ao3 link here, literally one of my favorite writers on Ao3. Like, this series is absolutely amazing, the world building is phenomenal and thought out, the characters are well developed and their actions are rooted in behaviors that are set up in backstories, it is seriously phenomenal! The amazing art work for the story was done by @birdsongisland who did a fantastic job, the last piece is just gorgeous and I am constantly impressed by the number of amazing artists we have in this community.
Seriously, check these two creators out please and shower them with the accolades and praise they deserve!

The problem with never using a spice is that sometimes bottles get reused but not relabeled and I have no frame of reference for how it’s supposed to smell
But I found a second bottle of paprika and yeah someone definitely refilled the first one with cinnamon

You know, seeing as my current job is of the soulcrushing nihilism of paperwork variety, I was scared I would hate FAMI after all, but I just spent a solid hour sorting out and relabeling and refiling digital paperwork and that's legit the least live-force sapping this job has ever been.

Yes please, BOOST.
We did one of these accidentally YEARS AGO and was like, something is very wrong here and then I looked at what had been mixed and was like, SHIT. (This is why when you refill bottles with something other than what's on the bottle, you RELABEL.) Open windows, get out. And apparently, parents liked cleaning urine with bleach...no wonder we had problems breathing.
So please, do not randomly mix cleaners.
ok kids repeat after me
vinegar and bleach makes chlorine gas, which is highly toxic
ammonia and bleach makes chloramine, which is highly toxic
rubbing alcohol and bleach makes chloroform, which is highly toxic
hydrogen peroxide and vinegar makes peracetic/peroxyacetic acid, which can be highly corrosive
be careful about your cleaning products and dont get yourself injured or potentially killed ok
#chemicals#cleaning#please do not make toxic gases inadvertently#it's actually not all that healthy for you#but now you know why it's so fucking easy to do

Relabeled; Refiled Master Post
You can find the general Labeled Master Post here.
Coffee Shop Meet Cute: (Complete) Is this what falling in love felt like or was Patton just about to pass out from exhaustion? Patton and Logan’s first meeting in the Sometimes Labels Fail Universe.
AO3 Tumblr
Coffee Shop Incident Report: (Complete) Patton and Logan’s first meeting in the Sometimes Labels Fail Universe, but what Logan put in his files about it afterwards.
AO3 Tumblr
The Things We Never Mentioned: (Complete)“Believe it or not, academia and relationships are not mutually exclusive.” That was likely true, Logan knew. It was also not the problem. The problem was his ability to move things with his mind, a blue suit he kept in his bag, and the mountains of red files he kept hidden in his apartment. No one knew that Logan was Bluebird, the cities resident superhero. He hadn’t even told his parents and he wasn’t planning on doing so. Sharing such a secret with anyone was a danger to everyone involved. He refused to do so. At the same time, he knew that starting a romantic relationship with anyone who didn’t know the truth, was unfair to that person. Inevitably they would find out and there would be a disastrous fallout, but beyond that, starting a relationship on a foundation of lies was a horribly cruel thing to do to another person. These two conflicting rules Logan followed had never posed an issue for him before recently, but…But he did like Patton.
AO3 Part 1 Part 2 Part 3
Logan’s 25 Step Plan to Ask a Boy Out: (Complete) “No! Logan look,” she said. “He likes you and you like him. You don’t need a list or a plan or schematics for this. Just walk up to him and ask him out before you hesitate so much that he thinks you don’t like him anymore.” | Logan’s eyes widened. “Is that something that can happen.” | “Oh god, this is hopeless.” | How is Logan so good at, but simultaneously so bad at this?
AO3 Tumblr
Facts on White Chrysanthemums: (Complete) Logicality first kiss in the Labeled Universe.

Gaps in His Files: (Complete) Logan Berry has learned many things the last 10 years: a lot of math and physics, a bit of humility, and how to be a hero being just a few. Through his education, his experience teaching, and his exploits as the superhero Bluebird, he’s changed in a lot of small and large ways. He has recorded these changes in well-organized documents and files. He’s even had to create two new file designations: a red one for files about his moonlighting at Bluebird, and a light blue one dedicated to his boyfriend, Patton. When Bluebird is targeted by a memory device and all of those 10 years of progress suddenly disappear, Patton Sanders and Logan’s extensive files are left as his only resource to get those memories back. But what is Patton supposed to do when there are clear gaps in his files? And what does he do when he is one of them?

How Long We’ll Stay: (Complete) Detective Rhea Silvia is given an apology fruit basket from a superhero after he used his powers on her when his memories were wiped.

Why We’re Here: (Complete) A quick snapshot of Patton beginning therapy.

AO3 Part 1 Part 2
The Way Love Sticks to the Skin: (Complete) “What are you doing?” Patton asked, amused. | “I had an idea,” Logan said. Patton saw the sticky note briefly as he peeled it off the top of his stack and stuck it to Patton’s shoulder. | “And I am being used as your idea board this morning?” Patton asked with a giggle. | “The medium must match the source material, or be it in this case,” he said.
Tumblr AO3
Pillows and Blanket Cocoons (Complete) “Patton, dearest,” his pillow entreated. “My goal is to simply start the coffee maker. I will come straight back to bed afterwards.”| “You’ve used that trick on me before,” Patton muttered. “You’ll just use the coffee getting done as an excuse to get up for real.” | “We must get up at some point,” he reasoned. | Patton opened his eyes again to make eye contact with Logan. He threw his leg over him.
Tumblr AO3
First Anniversary: (Complete) Logan and Patton go on a trip for their first anniversary.
AO3 Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6

Siri has a tendency to use a lot of shampoo than she needs. I had everything sorted out before COVID but lately I am unable to check on it often. Since I am not refilling them like before she went back to using a lot like before. She takes the big bottle and finishes it in less days. This evening I got the bottles out and relabeled them. I hope I will have enough time and remember to check on it often. I usually do once a week when the bottles are empty I refill them. Autism is a challenging condition which can be managed with tons of patience and constant teaching while monitoring. Siri follows the instructions pretty well but I cannot expect her to do it on her own without checking on and off. #autismawareness #siri #mysweetheart #weloveyou #mynameissiri #designsbysiri https://www.instagram.com/p/CCKs-OCB4W6/?igshid=y33jxfdfiwax

FDA is getting ready to go after non-compliant manufacturers
With registration and product listings due soon from e-liquid and other vape manufacturers, the FDA is making plans to inspect facilities — and to enforce their rules.
Any business that makes, packages, repackages, or labels vaping products is considered a manufacturer, and all are required to register all facilities with the federal agency. After the third delay announced last week, registration and product listings are now due on Oct. 12.
A vape shop is also considered a manufacturing facility if employees modify products, refill closed system products, or building coils. Assembling devices that are intended to be used together, repairing broken products, and showing customers how products work do not qualify as manufacturing.
Vape shops and retailers that don’t manufacture or modify products are not required to register or provide product listings. Neither are foreign manufacturers — for now anyway.
Assuming 1 @FDATobacco man/hour to handle basic admin data per ecig,2.1 mil records means 1,500 people working one full year just for admin http://pic.twitter.com/jvsAvQXdH1
— Patricia I.Kovacevic (@patriciakova) September 28, 2017
But vape shops that make e-liquid on site, and all manufacturers of e-liquid and other vape products, will be subject to FDA enforcement of the rules after the deadline. Facilities that aren’t registered, or make products not listed with the FDA, or make products they can’t prove were in production before Aug. 8, 2016, are subject to penalties for selling “misbranded” or “adulterated” products.
A finding of intentional violation of the rule against adulterated products can result in fines up to $250,000 per violation. Adulterated products would also be seized, and manufacturers could also be subject to state and local penalties too.
No one knows what the FDA intends to do. The agency may not enforce the rules aggressively right away — or even at all. The new leadership seems to have some sympathy for the vaping industry.
On the other hand, the FDA is still engaged in public relations campaigns to demonize vaping, and doesn’t seem particularly thrilled with the prospect of thousands of flavored e-liquid products being available. With more than two million product listings in its system already, if the agency wants to enforce, it will have to choose a sample of shops and enforce selectively, making examples of some offenders.
Whatever enforcement strategy the FDA is planning, it is planning something. The deeming regulations are still around, and vape businesses are expected to comply with them.
Here come the vape inspectors
An employment and training organization called AMTIS, Inc. says it has been contracted to inspect vaping manufacturing facilities by “a Federal agency that regulates tobacco products.” Only one federal agency does that.
The AMTIS recruiting ad explains the vape inspector job:
We have been contracted to conduct inspections of VAPE Manufacturers for a Federal agency that regulates tobacco products. The inspectors we hire for this project will perform non-confrontational inspections on local VAPE Manufacturers to inspect establishments engaged in the manufacture, assembly, preparation, compounding, processing, packing or repacking, labeling or relabeling, or holding of regulated tobacco products to document compliance with certain legislative provisions. The agency will utilize the information and evidence collected during inspections to document manufacturers’ compliance with all applicable requirements and to pursue enforcement actions. We are looking to hire flexible temporary, Part-Time to Full-Time Inspectors to conduct compliance check inspections on VAPE Manufacturers and to collect all data necessary to determine a retailer’s compliance with the applicable laws.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates of Arts (AA) degree is required preferably with 24 hours in criminology coursework OR 2 years of related experience in lieu of the education requirement.
Employment as a health, food, or drug officer or employee of any State, Territory, or political subdivision thereof (also known as “state and local officials” such as teachers, law enforcement officers, or firefighters) is required. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Skilled in observing places of business.
Experience in gathering and analyzing data.
Possess great attention to detail.
Skillful at using tools, equipment and systems to accomplish work.
Possess exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Must successfully complete a training session.
Able to obtain/maintain a Level 5 Public Trust clearance.
Able to obtain a commission.
Must not have a conflict of interest with the assigned manufacturers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience performing inspections and compliance checks preferred.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Travel to assigned locations according to schedule to complete compliance checks.
Perform regular inspections of tobacco (VAPE) retailers and complete compliance check inspection forms.
Identify and document relevant facts and findings needed to complete inspections assigned.
Perform interviews and inspections with key business officials in a professional manner.
Capture and collect high quality photographs of evidence pertaining to the requested information from the inspectional form to submit to FDA.
Provide accurate highly quality and timely reports on all inspections.
Prepare narrative report revealing potential compliance issues or violations.
Adhere to strict regulations regarding the performance of inspections.
Work Conditions:
Work is primarily performed in the manufacturer’s environment and within a home office setting for reporting purposes.
The original deadline for registering and product listing was last December. It has been postponed three times. Manufacturers that don’t know about the rules, or decide to purposely ignore them, won’t have a leg to stand when charged with not complying.
Clearly, the FDA Center for Tobacco Products is planning on enforcing its regulations. Will the small, independent vaping industry be prepared when the inspectors come knocking?

AND ON TOP OF THAT
The stadium sucks! It's beautiful on the outside, but once you start cleaning it, you realize all the places where the polish is coming off during it's very first event. There are placards lettering the rows of seats, and I found a set that were backwards, and just relabeled with duct tape. The seat numbers themselves are peeling off. One of the 'Family bathroom' sinks is about ready to fall off a wall.
And while I talking about the bathrooms!
I Literally had to lay on my back underneath the sinks in order to refill soap dispensers. They are hidden away in a way that looks very sleek and elegant in a design brochure I sure. And since there are multiple stations per bathroom, I'm not just laying on my back, but also sliding around like a mechanic, but instead of a creeper board it's just the clothes on my back.
Guess who just worked a 21 and a half hour shift!
So basically the University of Oregon is hosting the World Track and Field Finals. They put millions into a brand new stadium. ($270 million) and cleared the encampments of unhoused people and really made a big to-do about it.
What they didn't do was ensure they had enough trained janitorial staff, because they outsource all the unpleasant jobs to contacting companies, many of which specialize in hiring people who have some sort of difficulty getting a "normal" job.
But you remember that pesky 'labor shortage' we have going on? Yeah, Eugene is real real bad when it comes to that right now. You can get a job on accident. So literally something like two thirds of the people who clocked in walk off the job before the shift is out, because it's hot unpleasant work where you are getting no training from overworked stressed out lifetime janitors.

She Supps Fat Burner
She Supps Fat Burner is a diet pill aimed at women. It comes packaged in an attractive glass jar and is part of a range of women-only products focused on promoting health and nutrition. The big question is whether the quality of the supplement will live up to the classy looking packaging? We take an in depth look to find out.
She Supps is a UK company based in Manchester and both the company and the products have a current on trend look definitely aimed at younger women, although many may struggle to match the slim youthful looks of the models pictured on the website. More worryingly, there is no background information about manufacture and there are issues with some of the ingredients.
She Supps Fat Burner Pros
The glass jar packaging looks nice
If you don’t know about the benefits of a glass storage jar, the product information has plenty of suggestions
She Supps Fat Burner Cons
This supplement looks dangerous
Inaccurate and misleading ingredients profile
She Supps operates an auto-ship program which will take a long time to cancel

What You Need To Know About She Supps Fat Burner
With the female friendly advertising and the fun vibe of the website, She Supps Fat Burner looks like a pretty harmless supplement at first glance but this impression is misleading. This supplement is not harmless. It contains dangerously high levels of vitamin D3, which will cause side effect, and many of the advertised ingredients, including green tea, do not seem to be even included. We have our suspicions that She Supps Fat Burner has been manufactured outside the UK and does not conform to basic safety standards.
What Are The Side Effects Of She Supps Fat Burner?
Side effects are likely and may include nausea, vomiting, thirst, increased urination, diarrhoea or constipation, muscle weakness and joint pain, fatigue, confusion, heartburn, stomach pain, gas, headaches, anxiety, jitteriness and insomnia.
How Much Does She Supps Fat Burner Cost?
She Supps Fat Burner is not very expensive. You can buy it only from the official website so the price does not vary. 1 x glass jar of 120 capsules (60 days supply) costs £21.99. Prices are also available in Euros and US dollars.
Beware; it seems likely that you will be signed up to auto-ship if you buy. An auto-ship agreement is where fresh supplies of product are delivered to your home each month (or every two weeks) and your credit card or bank account billed automatically.
Auto ship contracts can be hard to cancel, as is the case here. The terms and conditions state,
“You can amend your subscription at anytime. You can also cancel your subscription at anytime. You are required to give us at least 14 days notice to make any amendments and at least 30 days notice to cancel.”
It seems that She Supps Fat Burner might be much more expensive than you bargained for!
Our Verdict On She Supps Fat Burner
She Supps Fat Burner is a shockingly bad supplement. The advertised ingredients, specifically green tea and guarana, do not appear to be included in the supplement and some of the ingredients which are included are dangerous.
Although vitamin D3 is safe and good for health when taken in moderation, the serving size in each capsule massively exceeds the recommended daily serving and will cause side effects. Other ingredients are also of concern. In our opinion, this supplement is unlikely to have been made in the UK and has probably been imported (possibly from China) and simply relabelled by She Supps who obviously do not have much of an idea about supplements.
We are also concerned about the sales practice. It seems you may be signed up for auto-ship when you buy which will be lengthy to cancel. This means that although this supplement is fairly cheap for two months supply, it will probably work out as extremely expensive in the long run and be an enormous hassle to cancel.
Finally, the product information is a joke. Despite the pictures of young skinny models and the claims about “optimum formulation” making it all look current and on trend, the product information focuses more on the quality of the glass jar than it does the supplement. This includes six good points about the glass jar packaging whereas the supplement only has four key points.
It is easy to understand why. In our opinion, the glass jar is about the only thing that looks any good about this supplement. We suggest that you avoid She Supps Fat Burner.

She Supps Fat Burner Review
She Supps Fat Burner is a fat burner type of diet pill. According to the product information, each pill contains a blend of green tea, guarana and caffeine, plus added vitamins and amino acids.
Green tea and caffeine is an effective combination for weight loss. Research has shown that it does have a metabolism boosting effect that exceeds caffeine alone. Guarana, a bean from South America is also high in caffeine and works in a similar way to coffee.
She Supps Fat Burner Facts
Each jar contains 120 capsules
Contains dangerously high amounts of vitamin D3
Does not contain Green tea as advertised
When used correctly the caffeine/green tea combo is a simple formula that works for many people, so it is a disappointment that this is not actually included in this supplement!
According to the ingredients information, there is a different ingredient profile to the one advertised for this supplement. Gone are the green tea and guarana, and in its place is 180mg of anhydrous caffeine per serving – the rough equivalent of 2 cups of coffee plus vitamins and amino acids.
How to Take She Supps Fat Burner
Take 1 capsule 2 times per day, 4 to 6 hours apart. Due to the high caffeine content it is not advisable to take these capsules after 3pm.
She Supps Fat Burner contains amino acids L Tyrosine, L Taurine and L Tryptophan. The supplement also contains vitamin D3 and B6. We have serious concerns about some of these but will look into this more fully in the ingredients section of the review.
She Supps supplements are aimed specifically at women although there is nothing gender specific in any of the products. Men could use them too if so wished but it just comes down to the style of the advertising.
She Supps Fat Burner Concerns:
Where was this supplement was manufactured and is it even safe?
It appears if you buy this supplement you will be signed up for auto-shipping
No customer feedback available anywhere
In our opinion a pretty glass jar is a lot less embarrassing than storing your diet pills in a plastic hand grenade such as with other British supplement Grenade Thermo Detonator; a supplement aimed at men yet containing similar advertised ingredients to She Supps Fat Burner.
She Supps is a British company based in Manchester. We have not covered any She Supps supplements before but they include three ranges of products; the Slimmer range (including She Supps Fat Burner), the Energy range and the Muscle range which is made up of various protein powders.
What Does She Supps Fat Burner Claim To Do?
She Supps has the on trend look. The models on the website are suitably skinny and young and will probably attract female customers of a similar age.
If this is you, you need to be careful. This supplement is probably not as harmless as it looks.
There is very little information about this supplement. It is described as “an optimum formulation of the strongest and most effective weight-loss and energy boosting ingredients available,” yet there are no details about how it will actually help you lose weight.
The key features are described as:
Assists with weight loss
Contains Caffeine, Green Tea & Guarana
No caffeine side effects
Does not contain potentially harmful ingredients such as ephedrine or dinitrophenol (DNP)
None of this is good enough and this supplement could very easily cause caffeine side effects at 180mg of caffeine per capsule.
The product information spends more time describing the glass jar than it does telling us how this supplement works! We just don’t need this information. We all know what a glass jar looks like and how it works. However, just in case you don’t, here are some handy points about the glass jar:
Look Beautiful
Can be stored on the counter top without looking bulky or obtrusive
Have an airtight rubber seal and clip for enhanced preservation
Enable the capsules to be quickly and easily consumed
Are better for the environment than plastic
Can be conveniently refilled with capsules from our refill bags
More worryingly, there is no information about where these capsules were manufactured, so we cannot guarantee they are safe. Has She Supps Fat Burner been made in compliance with industry standards (GMP)? Has it been made in the UK? This information should be present on the product website and the fact that it is not raises concerns.
Sticking our necks out here, it seems possible that the capsules have been imported and repackaged into the glass jar.
Does She Supps Fat Burner Work?
A major downside to She Supps Fat Burner is that although green tea is mentioned in the advertising, it is not included in this supplement.
In fact, the listed ingredients are totally different to those mentioned in the advertising. This is a major red flag. We would not trust any supplement that advertised one set of ingredients but included a completely different ingredient profile. In addition, some of the listed ingredients are in dangerously high quantities and will cause side effects.
It is important to remember you have no guarantees about safety when you buy supplements online because this industry is pretty much unregulated. This means it is extremely important to know what you are taking and to be able to trust the manufacturer.
She Supps Fat Burner may help you lose weight. Then again it may not. We would not take the risk in finding out.
What Are The Ingredients of She Supps Fat Burner?
Each capsule is equal to one serving. Ingredients here are provided by the product information.
Caffeine Anhydrous (180mg): Most diet supplements contain caffeine and it is ideal for giving you a quick energy boost. It can increase the speed of the metabolism and help fat burning but the effects are often short lived as you become accustomed to use. When used in combination with green tea it may enhance the fat burning effect. A cup of instant coffee contains around 100mg of caffeine so this serving size is the equivalent of just under two cups. http://ift.tt/1er6pJt
L-Tyrosine (200mg): An amino acid, which you can obtain through diet if you eat meat. It is believed to help training and is popular with body builders for this reason. This amino acid can stimulate adrenaline and brain chemicals serotonin and dopamine and is sometimes taken to treat depression. Research suggests that taking 150mg will improve alertness after missing a night’s sleep for around three hours. Taking 400mg of L Tyrosine a day may keep you awake at night.
L-Tryptophan (50mg): Amino acid present in many foods including turkey and Brazil nuts. Once in the body, it eventually converts to serotonin, the brains feel good chemical. Although it is safe when ingested in food, supplements can cause side effects and are considered unsafe.
Vitamin D3 (100,000 IU/g) (50mg): There is something very wrong with this ingredient quantity. Vitamin D3 which is the vitamin synthesized from sunlight is always delivered in miniscule amounts. Most vitamin supplements contain only 400 IU (10 mcg) vitamin D. There is no record anywhere of Vitamin D3 being delivered in such high quantities. If this is true it is very dangerous to health. http://ift.tt/1LETQdO
L-Taurine (25mg): Early clinical research suggested that taurine improved mental performance. More recently, this claim has been disputed and more evidence is needed to prove it. Taurine is an ingredient in Red Bull. http://ift.tt/2t4SasS
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL) (1.7mg): Vitamin present in many foods and important for many enzyme reactions in the body. The RDA is 1.3mg for women aged between 19 and 50.
Does She Supps Fat Burner Have Any Side Effects?
We can only go by the listed ingredients, and our main concern is with the shockingly high Vitamin D content, which will lead to vitamin D toxicity. When you take large amounts of vitamin D, your liver produces too much of a chemical called 25(OH) D which causes calcium levels in the body to rise dangerously (hypercalcemia).
Symptoms of hypercalcemia include:
Nausea
Vomiting
Thirst
Increased urination
Diarrhoea or constipation
Muscle weakness and joint pain
Fatigue
Confusion
Tryptophan can cause side effects when taken in supplement form. Most seriously it can lead to liver damage but other side effects may include:
Heartburn
Stomach pain
Gas
Vomiting
Headaches
Other side effects may include:
Anxiety
Jitteriness
Sleep disturbances (insomnia)
Caution: Not suitable for individuals under 18 or if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Although this is standard advice for all supplements we would advise EVERYONE to avoid this supplement. It does not look safe for anyone to take.
Are There Any Customer Reviews For She Supps Fat Burner?
There are no customer reviews for She Supps Fat Burner.
Does She Supps Fat Burner Offer a Money-Back Guarantee?
There is no money-back guarantee with She Supps Fat Burner.
Where Can I Buy She Supps Fat Burner?
You can only buy She Supps Fat Burner from the official She Supps website. The company offer an auto-ship program (subscription) and you have to join the website in order to buy. She Supps ship worldwide so is available to customers outside the UK.

Moving Forward; Moving In
Fandom: Sanders Sides
Relationships: Logan/Patton
Characters: Patton, Logan
Summary:
After the events of Gaps in His Files, Patton and Logan are engaged, but they still have a lot to work through in their relationship. They're willing to put in the work for each other even when it's hard.
Notes: Hurt/comfort-y, Past child abuse/neglect
This is part of the Labeled Universe dealing with events set before my story Sometimes Labels Fail. It is set a few months after Gaps in His Files.
“Do you mind if I stay over again tonight?” Patton asked as Logan handed him another plate. It was Logan’s job to do the dishes as Patton had cooked, but Patton had managed to weasel his way into helping even if that help was only to dry the dishes and set them on the table for Logan to put back in place later.
“Of course, I don’t mind,” Logan said, glancing at him. Patton was looking down at the plate instead of at Logan. “You’re free to stay over as often as you’d like. You don’t need to ask.”
“I know,” Patton said, but immediately proved he did not know by saying, “I’ve just slept here three nights this week already, and I just wanted to make sure.”
Logan turned to face him fully. “You are free to stay over as often as you’d like,” he said again.
“Yeah,” Patton said, glancing at him briefly before looking away once again. “Okay. Thanks.” He continued to dry the plate Logan had handed him.
The kitchen was silent but for water dripping from the sink for another few seconds.
“You should move in,” Logan suddenly said.
Patton jumped, dropping the plate, but luckily his hands had been hovering over the counter and the drop was not enough to break the plate. “What?” he asked.
“Is the suggestion that much of a surprise?” asked Logan. “We are engaged, are we not? I would assume moving in with each other was an eventuality.”
“Well, sure,” Patton said, “but I mean...”
“And it isn’t as though we are waiting for marriage for a physical relationship as would be the reason some couples would wait to move in with one another,” Logan continued. “You already spent 73.2% of your nights here seeing as it is closer to the hospital.”
“Oh,” Patton said. “Is it really that often?”
“And you ask for permission to stay 59.8% of those times which implies that you believe you are welcome only an average of 3 times a week.”
“You’ve been counting that sort of thing?” Patton asked, rubbing his own arm in a self-soothing gesture.
“Yes,” Logan said, “and you being under the impression that I want you in my life less than 50% of the time is unacceptable.”
“You… want me to move in?” Patton asked.
“I would not ask you to move in if I did not want you here,” Logan said, trying to keep any frustration he had about the conversation out of his voice.
Patton tended to misinterpret any negative intonation in Logan’s voice during these types of conversations, Logan had learned. He was also often silent about these misinterpretations and the only reason Logan was aware of the problem now was because of multiple discussions with a relationship counselor.
“I would not have asked you to marry me if I did not want you to move in with me.” Logan continued firmly.
Patton opened his mouth, but then closed it again with a frown. Logan waited for him to gather his thoughts.
“But this is your space,” Patton finally settled on saying.
“I’m willing to make space for you in my space.”
“Logan, you don’t even let me put away the dishes,” Patton said.
“Yes, and?” Logan asked, not knowing what that had to do with the topic at hand.
Patton grimaced. “Do you really think you’re ready to let me move in here if you don’t even trust me to put your dishes back in the right places.”
“I trust you to put my dishes back in the right places,” Logan said. Patton was one of the few people he could imagine trusting with something like that.
“Then why do you always insist you put them away?” asked Patton with a frown.
“You always cook,” Logan said simply.
Patton blinked at him.
“Cleaning dishes often stresses you out. You have mentioned this to me,” Logan pointed out, “You enjoy cooking, but not the clean-up. I don’t mind cleaning, so I clean. Besides that, if you cook, it is my job to clean the dishes.”
Patton squinted at him. “Where did that rule come from?”
“That is the way cohabitation works, is it not? That is how my parents often divided up cooking and dishes. The person who did not cook would clean the dishes”
Patton bit his lip. “Oh,” he said. “That… isn’t how it worked in my houses.”
“I see,” Logan said.
There was a beat of silence.
“Would me allowing you to put away the dishes make you feel better?” Logan asked.
“I,” Patton said, shifting his weight between his feet. “I don’t know.”
“Why don’t I finish the dishes for tonight?” Logan suggested, gently taking the towel Patton had been using to dry the dishes from his hand. “We will talk about it again at a later date, perhaps with the relationship counselor.”
“Okay,” Patton agreed. “I might go take a shower then.”
“Good idea,” Logan said.
Patton leaned forward to kiss him on the cheek. “I love you,” he said.
“I love you too,” Logan said as Patton turned to walk towards the bathroom. Logan turned back to the sink full of dishes, planning to be done with them by the time Patton was out of the shower so they could both relax.
He’d have to make a note to discus Patton moving in again at another time.
