Storm meets you for the first time when you’re enrolled to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters

Once Professor X gets to meet with you and talk over your needs and such, he decides to make Storm your guardian and advisor, having a sneaking suspicion that you were going to need her.

Immediately she’s warm and welcoming. She carries herself with a motherly touch and tenderness. Leading you around the school she either has a hand on your shoulder or a hand in your hand.

Extremely protective over you, even before she learns about your regression. She has you under her wing of protection at all times.

When she does learn about your regression, she’s extremely open and willing to be there and care for you. She pampers you with anything and everything you could need and makes sure NO ONE teases you about it.

But most at the school seem very accepting of your age regression. Some even going out of their way to check in on you. Others who aren’t don’t dare say a word knowing Storm is your Caregiver.

Whenever she’s on missions without you by her side, she constantly checks in with little texts here and there. She also tries to find a babysitter for you, someone in the mansion she feels comfortable leaving you.

That person turns out to be Logan most of the time. At first he’s all “trying to act manly” but then after a mission Storm finds him with hair clips in his hair or ok the ground playing cars with you. He’s truly a softie when it comes to age regressors. (Let me know if you guys want cg Wolverine headcannons)

She’s always looking to make happy. Like one sunny day you wished it was raining. Well that’s an easy fix for her!

Thunderstorms relax you, always making you think of her.

Sometimes she takes you flying! There’s no greater feeling

She enjoys the small things too, like combing your hair, painting your nails, long walks or even helping you with your powers.

At the end of the day she’s all for you, always a motherly and gentle Caregiver to you

Halloween headcannons🎃

Halloween rolls around and the mansion is decked out!!

She helps you pick out your costume but the thing is…you want to be her! She’s honored to hear it and beams with happiness!

So of course her and Jean help you make a custom x-men suit!

She join you in her own costume, you looking like a mini version of herself.

But…she’s strict about how much candy got eat before the nights over. But Uncle Logan keeps slipping you pieces of candy here and there.

Since the mutants don’t like to leave the mansion too much, you go trick or treating to everyone’s rooms. You see Scott, Jean, Charles, Hank, Remy& Anna, and so many more all dropping candy into your bag.

Storm walks along side you as you go. Smiling back to you as you show her each piece of candy you’ve gotten.

At the end of the night she becomes a bit lax and let’s you eat a couple of pieces from your bag while the two of you watch a fun Halloween movies like Hocus Pocus or Halloween town.

She also maybe sneaks a couple for herself.

The night ends with the two of you cuddle up together, sleeping peacefully on the couch as the end credits play on.

💡How did they discover age regression?

(tw for anxiety and rehab mentions in this section!)

Jack’s regression started around the same time as his panic attacks (early high school): sometimes when he came out of the attacks, he would just feel... small and dissociated and confused. He hated it. 

He hid it for years: hid it from Kent, hid it from his parents, never talked about it with his therapist during his teen years. He told himself that he just didn’t have the words, but he was worried that there was something wrong with him (something more wrong with him) and it would be bad if anyone found out

Jack finally opened up about his regression when he was in rehab: it was happening more often, and he wasn’t sure why. His rehab therapist helped him to acknowledge the regression as a coping mechanism, as well as an involuntary reaction. By the time Jack enrolled at Samwell, he had a healthier relationship with his age regression, but he’s still very private about it.

🎮What’s their favourite thing to do when they’re small?

Listen to music with good headphones and curl up with a blanket. The quiet things, mostly. He uses crayons and pencil crayons to draw or make simple lists (things that are blue, food that I like, etc.), which are activities that were originally suggested by his therapist.

🌈What about their regression is unusual, unexpected, or non-traditional?

I think there are people that use regression as a space to express their emotions and to be more in-touch with how they feel: a space where they can cry and kick their feet and feel the big excitement of exploring the world and the joy of hugs.

For Jack, and other regressors, regression is a space to slip beneath those big emotions. Things are calmer, and Jack feels a lot simpler. He doesn’t have those highest highs and lowest lows, just a general sense of contentment or exhaustion.

✨How are they different when they regress?

Jack is a quiet man, but he’s usually listening carefully. He understands more than he lets on, preferring to watch and interject only occasionally.

When Jack is small, however, everything goes straight over that boy’s head. He has a hard time keeping up with conversations, especially if there are multiple people, and it takes him a long time to put his answers into words when someone asks him a question.

Hajime, as one of the smallest regressors age wise, how are you treated differently than the others?

A lot differently. As soon as we're enrolled, our classifications and regression ages are public to all of the students. So, they knew right off the bat that I was...really small. It didn't help that I was a Reserve Course student. They kind of already pitied me for that, so now they pitied me even worse. They don't like leaving me alone now, because they're worried I'll regress somewhere alone, and then get hurt. They try to baby me before I've even regressed. Kirumi especially funny enough. She was really quick to take on a motherly role.

Being as...young as I am, it's a little harder to avoid regressing than it is for the others. But, I've been managing. I already don't like how they baby me. I can't imagine what it would be like actually regressing around them.

Hi!! First of all, welcome!I’m so glad you’re already asking others for advice! Talking to other littles and regressors is a good way to learn and to meet people!🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸If you would like to be part of a community, I’d definitely do some research! There are so many types, and sometimes there can be drama, so just be careful! The most important thing to remember when exploring communities or finding little/regression blogs is to respect other littles and caregivers and their rules (like who can interact with their blog).Some resources:⭐️If you’d like to find fun activities, toys, etc and you’re on a budget, @littleonabudget is a great blog! ⭐️ @stubborndaddydragon and @sleepylittlevixen have some really good advice and they’re awesome people, plus I love their blogs.⭐️There are plenty of daycares and preschools on tumblr as well, and they give you the opportunity to make friends! I’m enrolled in @dinodaycare which has a discord server where you can meet littles and make friends, and @zoopreschool, which posts daily coloring activities that you can turn in for stickers! There are many others of course, so it’s good to explore a bit.

I know this is a bit all over the place, but I wasn’t sure what specific advice you might be looking for. If you have any more questions, would like more advice, or need a friend, feel free to send me an ask or message!

wait, hinata, you’re apart of the reserve course right? how often do you get to see the others?? and is the regression system in said reserve course any different? - 🌈

I'll answer the second question first. So, the regression system is the same. Classification and regression is a world-wide things, and the Reserve Course students are also classified. So, it is what it is. But, I can't really remember if the dorms were the same as they are here. (Nurseries for the regressors, adult rooms with cribs for bonded pairs, etc.) To tell you the truth, I don't remember a lot about being in the reserve course.

As for the first one, by others, do you mean the others in the Academy? The thing is, all the time. I initially enrolled AS a reserve course student. But eventually, they moved me to Hope's Peak Academy. I didn't get much explanation as to why though, other then that I was 'special' and had 'potential.' I don't know what they meant by that though...

What is Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Puppery?

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Puppery is an online, discord and google based classroom for witchlings or pet regressors interested in learning magic. We have Professors who are skilled in a variety of fields of magic teaching a variety of classes. If you don't see a class you're interested in, speak to a Professor or Headmistress and we'll do our best to find a teacher for it.

Is it Wiccan Magic?

Yes and no, while one of your professors may be Wiccan, not every professor is Wiccan. The professors are from a variety of paths.

Do I have to be a witch to attend classes?

Not at all! If you're interested in learning magic (we'll be themeing spells, crafts, potions, etc off of harry potter), you can attend! It is not required for you to be a witch to attend (though you'll be one when you graduate).

Do I have to attend all of the classes?

It is not required you attend all of the classes! You get to enroll for what classes you'd like to attend. Classes will be posted.

How do I join?

Simple! Complete an application and submit it (via ask or submit) or join the discord and we'll get you enrolled into the classes you choose. If you submit an application here, you'll get an acceptance letter. If you cannot use or access Discord, please let us know and we'll do our best to give you your classes via google docs.

Do I have to pet regress to join?

Not necessarily. You can still join if you're an age regressor or if you're a Carer/Handler.

Can I be a professor?

Professors need to have a class in mind and how they're going to teach it before they apply to be a professor. As long as the class is not dangerous or illegal, you may receive permission to teach from either Headmistress. Once you've been accepted, we'll work together to get your class added to the schedule and roster. Professors preferably need to have access to Discord and Google, but if you cannot access Discord you may use Google docs.

Favorite dessert/sweet: fudge ripple swirl (now called fudge berry swirl, but they called it fudge ripple swirl when I was a kid, so 😝) with chocolate cake and chocolate frosting all mixed up in an ice-cream soup!! I also really enjoy milano cookies with milk and milkyway candy bars. 🍦🍰🍫

Favorite memory: there was a time when my cg and I were both very happy and in synch. It was just before he left to go to boot camp, and just after I had told him I was a little and he agreed to be my caregiver. We had just gotten together again after taking a break to fix some issues i our relationship. We were so happy to be together again, and everything felt so right. And we still do, and it still is. But that time, that moment, was my favorite. 💜💜💜

One year goal: to get my driver’s license and enroll in trade school. 🚗🏫
