one of the more interesting things about poking around in the kurt fandom on here is that people really really want to take his stable of girlies from him and make him an uwu tortured catholic guilt softboy and it's like. actually what's interesting about him as a character is squaring all the seemingly contradictory aspects-- he looks like a devil but he's a priest okay fun, he's deeply religious but has a bodycount higher than anyone else in comics and will try it with basically anyone, okay fun. he began his adult life by murdering his brother but abhors violence. he abhors violence but is wolverine's best friend. he was fucking his adopted sister for like a couple decades worth of comics. the pirate schtick. he's a star wars fan. in excalibur he was basically everyone's dad and he was actually really good at it. and above all else he stays silly and deeply caring. idk he's a fun character but people really can't cope with the like. womanizing. it seems.

maybe it's the movies? they made him kind of an awkward turbo virgin in those i guess. and naturally none of the cartoons aimed at kids are going to dip their toes into kurt's sordid love life. so maybe it's just that people aren't reading the comics and contending with the fact that every time he turns up he is fucking some alien babe or night nurse or not technically blood related relative within like four pages.

i mean that said i AM a logan/kurt truther like there is something going on there. SOMETHING is happening there and my third eye is open to receive the messages. radiant and with open arms. that said i have no problem squaring this with the stable of girlies and the whoring about. we all contain multitudes. i'm built different
