Btw, I'm a firm believer of past lives and regressions, I've made a few in the firsts stages of my spiritual journey and what I found out was very enlightening for what I was going on in that moment, the regressions also gave me a lot of insight about some fears or blockages I was having at that time.

In my humble opinion, regression in an awesome tool for healing and spiritual evolution, it's not my favourite but I really like it. I can just talk based on my experiences but for me, regressions really work but they have their own rules and we must approach them with wisdom and if it's possible, guidance from someone who knows what they are doing.

I made 4 regressions guided by a hypnotism therapist that recorded everything I said in the sessions, I was never alone through my regressions. I saw my own death is 2 past incarnations and how they were affecting my current life, one of my previous death was really shocking. For what I saw, I died as a victim of a psychopath, that man had several victims and I ressulted to be one of them, the vision of my death was terryfing but with my therapist' guidance I went through it without being too affected emotionally.

My recommendations are:

Always make it guided by a proffesional, you can see some impactful things that might disturb your peace so it's important having someone there who can manage the situation if it turns dark. Imo youtube guided regressions are not the best way to start accesing past lives

Akashic reccords can be another great tool to access past lives, and in my experience it feels more peaceful

Only make them if you feel ready to access to the most deep part of your subconscious mind

Make them without expectations, you probably weren't Cleopatra or JFK

As a withchy tip I'd suggest you to cleanse energetically the space before you start your regression session

People on the internets being like, “young people are ruining everything because they hate on sex” and maybe they are a little prudish but so what, they can’t control you and also what’s wrong with not liking sex related stuff? I hear the argument that you’re scared they’ll start censoring shit however debating the ethics of the portrayal of sex being uncomfortable with it ISN’T the same as censorship and debating it is a healthy way to learn.

Instead of shaming people who don’t understand help them understand. They’re young, they’ve been overexposed to sex they weren’t prepared for, their reaction is natural and most likely temporary.

Adapting Hartigan & Wong K-Means for the Efficient Clustering of Sets1

This paper proposes an algorithm, named HWK-Sets, based on K-Means, suited for clustering data which are variable-sized sets of elementary items. An example of such data occurs in the analysis of medical diagnosis, where the goal is to detect human subjects who share common diseases so as to predict future illnesses from previous medical history possibly. Clustering sets is difficult because data objects do not have numerical attributes and therefore it is not possible to use the classical Euclidean distance upon which K-Means is normally based. An adaptation of the Jaccard distance between sets is used, which exploits application-sensitive information. More in particular, the Hartigan and Wong variation of K-Means is adopted, which can favor the fast attainment of a careful solution. The HWK-Sets algorithm can flexibly use various stochastic seeding techniques. Since the difficulty of calculating a mean among the sets of a cluster, the concept of a medoid is employed as a cluster representative (centroid), which always remains a data object of the application. The paper describes the HWK-Sets clustering algorithm and outlines its current implementation in Java based on parallel streams. After that, the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed algorithm are demonstrated by applying it to 15 benchmark datasets.
