I had a thought. Let’s pretend that Jason doesn’t fear death. And here is why.

Every time that he “dies” his soul basically goes in time out where he finds his own personal reaper waiting for him with tea and biscuits and cupcakes and cakes and stuff.

You know that small tower tray thing that has desserts on it? Yeah that thing. And the reaper is just waiting for Jason to die so they could catch up and stuff. Jason usually dies every other week. Mostly from untreated injuries, blood loss, etc. It takes him just a few seconds to come back, but time flows differently in “time out”. They spend like- at least 3 hours gossiping. Sylus with his reaper obligations and Jason with his family and vigilante drama. So they get to meet up at least twice a month.

The reason Jason keeps coming back is cuz it’s “not his time” yet. And the reaper has become Jason’s closest friend.

Let’s call him Sylus.

Sylus the Reaper.

Another thing!

When Jason hasn’t died in like months, and he finally dies and meets Sylus, Sylus is all like:

“Sup, man! How’ve you been! Haven’t seen you in a while! *sips tea* Spill the tea sis!”

Then Jason proceeds to tell Sylus everything.

They’re bffs.

You can’t convince me otherwise.

Set in the XVIII century. Red is a Grim Reaper, beings dedicated to ensure that those who struggle in the verge of death can safely pass on, a duty she takes very seriously. As such, she's morally opposed to the existence of vampires, who make a mockery of mortality and never age. This becomes a problem once she meets Sharon, a careless go-getter vampire that starts flirting with her. The meeting between this two dispar beings may turn both their worlds upside down. Bunch of design sketches for my upcoming short film. I'm thinking of rewriting it to have Red be the sole main character, so digital sketches of her redesign will be soon to follow. I'm also thinking of renaming the film from Red|Blue to Memento Mori, but I think I might only be considering that name due to the Will Wood song...

I love Tim, don't get me wrong, but how did he survive?

With Jason and Damian both gunning for him (not to mention everything else he went through), how did he live? Those two were trained in killing and assassination. Tim was trained in defense, but he couldn't permanently incapacitate his attacker. They had no holds barred.

Did Tim just will himself to live? Did he somehow chase off the grim reaper with determination and spite?
