The IOCDF's website can also help you find support groups, therapy, and has lots of online guides and resources as well if you or a loved one is struggling with the disorder. It is very comprehensive!

So since you studied medicine do you know how draw people anatomically correct? That’s always my issues (I made the legs to long or torso to short, etc), so is there any advice you can give?

Oh gosh I am no artist at all in the slightest my dear lovely, I have very little talent and should not be giving advice on such matters lol. The only thing I can say is that I use myself as a reference a lot when I do scribble once in a blue moon, and that helps with anatomy, but I've only drawn people like... three times? Maybe?

but the title works in so many relevant possible interpretations in english that i'm not surprised it was kept.

'mob' is also a crowd, usually a restless or angry one.

'mob psycho 100' could totally be a playful academic nickname for an intro crowd psychology course. and this series has so much to say about groupthink: the cult leader provoking hundreds of people to torture a single teenage boy. the speed at which an entire city falls under the spell of another cult. the easy susceptibility of otherwise 'rational' people. a phony psychic assuming that the entire watching public is in on the 'joke' with the purportedly possessed boy. his playing to that crowd instead of being honest, and the speed at which public opinion rips him apart. our protagonist is mostly immune to all this because he's just wired differently; it's presented as one of his strengths.

'psycho' is a derogatory word for someone who 'snaps' and causes inconvenience or actual harm. the protagonist sees himself this way and his growth involves learning to fear/hate himself less.

the '100' also refers to that on-screen emotional hit counter, or catastrophic countdown, or whatever you want to call it, that alerts viewers to the protagonist's mental state... since he himself is unaware of its intensity until he explodes.

and lastly, '100' can invoke '0 to 100', for describing a person or situation that escalates quickly.

Kind of hilarious to me how poorly the title "Mob Psycho 100" localized to English-speaking areas. To someone whose first language is English, it scans as:

Mob (Yakuza, Mafia)

Psycho (violent person with "crazy" behaviors)

Thus: a particularly violent member of organized crime.

But in Japanese it scans as:

Mob (background characters in crowd scenes in manga or anime)

Psycho (short for psychic)

Thus: a psychic who looks/acts like someone you'd never pick out of a crowd scene in a comic.

I deep-dive on blogs 😅. I save posts as drafts that I tag later for queue, shuffle the queue to randomize the post order, and then organize individual posts to make sure there will not be two posts by the same person in one day.

I was thrilled to find someone posting about dndads in 2019! And you tag things! I was able to find other posts from 2019 from your dndads tag, which makes posting-finding so much easier and I feel more legitimate with a proper span of years.

However, if you want any posts removed, or you would rather I didn't reblog from you in general, then I will oblige. This blog isn't meant to be a thorn in anyone's side and I don't aim to rb the deeply personal posts from anyone.

I do genuinely like the s1 fandom people and this is being done out of a labor of love of seeing how fandom developed organically and everyone who was there, especially people there long before I was.

i wanna read/write about khajiit who converted to the dunmeri tribunal. idk about the relative timelines of the tribunal's apotheosis and the riddle'thar epiphany (when worship of daedra became Bad to do), but even post-riddle'thar plenty of khajiit still openly venerate (or at least view favorably) boethra, mafala, and azurah. so it would only make sense that some portion of them would buy that those daedra were the anticipations of almalexia, vivec, and sotha sil (respectively). especially sotha sil, bc plenty of khajiit still speak of azurah as a creator, even if it's in a folksy sort of way a lot of the time.

it would also be interesting if there were some baandari in the ashlands bc they converted to dunmeri worship of the good daedra. or ashlander/baandari oral histories of ways the two traditions have influenced each other. or a group of dunmer who converted to khajiiti religious views centuries ago, so now there is a dunmer enclave in elsweyr, or a population of dunmer w/khajiit heritage and khajiit w/dunmer heritage.
