Guys I know a lot of you want Vincent to really be Sephiroths father, but the "secret connection to Sephiroth" probably refers to how Vincent considers having let Lucrecia partake on the experiminet aka. giving birth to Sephiroth, his sin.

Yes, there might be more to it, specially since Vincent's face was kept secret for a while. But I don't really see why they'd change that. After all, logicaly speaking, the Remake can only differ from major plot points in the future after you defeat the whispers.

THE AMAZING DIGITAL REBITH!

This is an updated lore dump! I will go on and on about this AU because it's the og!

Yes, I know I've shared a lot of this here, but I wanna put it all here since it's my favorite AU! Plus I have a lot of new info to share!

Also, these designs are old! I have changed some of them and how they look, but they mainly look like this!

Main Cast:

Everyone in the circus chose to be here! All the AI's are willing human souls, aka their like the main cast but they just don't live in the circus. Everyone in the circus, other than Caine, joined the circus because they were desperate and on the brink of ending it all, but Caine made a silly little Ad where he quoted "You can do anything here, it's so much better than real life!" And they took that risk!

Extra's:

I have also made Kaufmo and Gummigoo, though they aren't as important to the story as Able and Queenie are.

Queenie is one of those who escaped Abstraction, which is a bit different in this AU. Instead of being a horrible monster, you turn into literal dust and your soul gets turned into a gem that's in the shape of what you loved or were, like for Queenie, hers is an emerald Bee. She's so important because she was the very first to get out of Abstraction! It is a very labor intensive process, hence why not everyone who abstracts can just come back. But the question you may be asking is "If this place really is better than real life, then why does anyone Abstract?"

Welcome to the Able Era!:

Able is Caine's older brother, and he is the only full AI in this AU! Able was made so he could test The Amazing Digital Circus game, but the problem was that he was not needed anymore due to his makers not having faith in the game, so he was abandoned. Able, being the creative man he is, finished the world! He made every asset and learned more and more code, then he made a bit of a... Circus (1.0) where he could bring people into the game!

Able physically dragged people into his game, one day he did it out of curiosity, and it actually worked, so he just kept going. When he had a good amount of people he decided to play with them like toys (basically like how Caine acts in canon). Then, he realized that all his little play things keep abstracting, which is so annoying since that means he has to bring more and more people in. After a while he became annoyed, abstracted the last few people, and put their ashes and gems in urns, then he left, getting rid of the circus so he didn't have any responsibility.

The Caine Era!:

Roughly a decade later a human stumbled upon an abandoned game and decided to join in, at that time in his life he was severely depressed, his wife divorced him, he didn't have a house, all he had was his VR headset. Out of curiosity, he decided to play it, just one last thing before he goes. To keep it short, he was transported into the game, amazed by how colorful and wacky it is, he learned some coding so he can add and remove stuff, broke it a few times, then realized he was lonely. For the first time, he decided to see if other people can be sucked in, he also found out he can see into the outside world if he looks past the pixels. He found a person grieving and probably ready to end it all! He can't let that happen!

Caine decided to make an ad for this digital world and the tagline is "It's so much better than real life!" Said person entered the game and became Bubble. The man finally named himself Caine, found the old files for the circus, made a new circus and went "Woah! What if I helped more people by advertising this new Amazing Digital Circus?" So he did. He brought more and more people in until he had the current cast that we have for TADC. (Kinger, Ragatha, Gangle, Pomni, Zooble, and Jax are the first generation to be with Caine for this AU.)

The adventures that happen in the Canon TADC is after everyone has their character development in this AU, TADRB, in the lore they are doing adventures so they can just relax and enjoy the rest of their lives here.

Abstraction:

I already explained how it works but it does have side effects when you come back. Caine brought back Queenie and Kaufmo because they also pushed so hard to leave. If someone wants to come back then their gem will be cool, but if the person wants to be laid to rest their gem is hot to the touch. Both Queenie and Kaufmo have dark spots on them due to being turned to ash.

Other facts!:

• Gangle, Pomni, Zooble, Jax, and Ragatha all do have canon relationships but also are flirty with the others, for shipping purposes.

• Gummigoo is alive and well! He visits the circus alot, and so do other NPC's!

• Every character is in a thrupple...Oops! ( Pomni x Ragatha x Gummigoo. Jax x Zooble x Gangle. Caine x Kinger x Queenie.) Bubble doesn't like relationships, Able is Ace-Arrow, and Kaufmo longs to be with Jax but doesn't.

What made you ship it?

Everything about them?? Jk jk but also not really. Aerith and Cloud are exceptionally sweet to one another from the very moment they meet to the moment they part. Aerith is one of the few people Cloud shows genuine care for right out of the gate from the moment they meet one another (even if he's got that 'aloof cool guy' persona on ofc).

What are your favorite things about it?

I enjoy how they play off of one another. Aerith is never at all phased by Cloud's aloofness and convinces him to do things to get out of his shell (mostly when it would be things that are "uncool"). They also hype each other up and it's so cute. My favorite scene in Rebirth is when Cloud comforts Aerith on the beach; him telling her that she isn't her most violent thoughts and it's Okay to have them felt,,, it felt good. Cloud smiling at her and encouraging her during her speech in Cosmo makes me emotional just thinking about it. I am also deranged about how Aerith intentionally took Cloud on his preferred date (a walk) in Rebith just so she could spend even a little more time with him. Despite how he came after her in the Temple (or despite how he hurt her in OG). Despite how Sephiroth would find her by doing this and seemingly kill this version of her. They aren't perfect either. Aerith and Cloud can and do hurt each other's feelings and go too far. Aerith often lies to him; she doesn't fully let him in as much as she may want to. Cloud's gruffness and rudeness can upset her. But, they always apologize and continue on supporting each other and I find that really sweet. Oh and one more: the scene with Aerith where she tells Cloud he "shouldn't fall in love with her" and he asks if he has choice in that--implying that he would choose to love her in every single reality even if it ends tragically--make me so sick that I feel like crying even thinking about it skjfksf

What's an unpopular opinion?

I don't know if this is unpopular, per say, but I enjoy their tragedy as a fundamental part of the ship. Also as with all my Cloud ships I will forever interpret it as a qpr because [shoots Cloud with the greyro beam AGAIN]

Re: HarvClark, have you given any thought to Two-Face/Bizarro (Superman's corrupted copy/opposite)? Bizarro's"opposite" logic/speech patterns ( "worst enemy" actually means "best friend," "goodbye" means "hello" etc ) might really appeal to 2F since it operates in a similar "Schrodinger's cat" duality principle to Harv's pre-coin flip debates. (Something being neither AND both at the same time). Also something, something, "opposite" doppleganger of Harv's bae for his own opposite half (2F).

Okay so this is just going to expose myself as the Fake DC fan that I am because my knowledge on whatever that’s outside of the Batman franchise is almost non-existent lmfaooo 🤣😅

Everything I know about Bizarro is whatever I got from Rebith RHATO before I ultimately dropped the series due to the forced heterosexual romance between two gays lolllll so if that characterization was right and to go by, it’s giving me Grundy vibe and I LOVE 2F’s relationship with Grundy in The Long Halloween series!

But Ultimately, YES to your big brain anon! I love and will always be a strong advocate of Harvey and Two-Face being their own persons so if they both have their own Supers, I will never say no that :’D
