Trying out '#champignons' as Monash University calls these canned #mushrooms. I found some organic ones that only have sea salt added. Mushrooms can be a bothersome food for those with IBS, but these are usually tolerable. When you need a little something more exciting to eat, but your #stomach has its limitations. Just pile together things that don't give you "bad" feedback. Low fodmap food = no feedback! Spinach, tomatoes, a couple of kalamata olives and only <1/4 cup chickpeas mashed with vegan mayo. For just a little spice I added turmeric, coriander, dried chives and red pepper (curry flavors).
