When you need a little something more exciting to eat, but your #stomach has its limitations. Just pile together things that don't give you "bad" feedback. Low fodmap food = no feedback! Spinach, tomatoes, a couple of kalamata olives and only <1/4 cup chickpeas mashed with vegan mayo. For just a little spice I added turmeric, coriander, dried chives and red pepper (curry flavors). . This week (June 2nd) I've been vegan for 1 year, yes a year already!! With that said I haven't seen as much of an improvement in my health & body changes as I'd have liked. I haven't been 100% strict with myself & I have binged a lot lately on bread & pasta. . 🌱My moods, anxiety & depression are fluctuating ALOT. I feel at the end of my tether with it. 🌱My stomach is ALWAYS bloated & uncomfortable when in reality by now with pole & the gym I should be seeing more defined results πŸ’ͺ🏽 🌱I feel constant fatigue & tiredness & my motivation is next to none. Irritable too. 🌱Lastly I'm still to figure out what is causing this mysterious itchy skin I've had for, what feels like forever!! All day but so much worse at night, to the point I'm not sleeping & its making me miserable. Dunno why I began on "normal" pasta & slipped away 'Free From Pasta'πŸ’‘πŸ’‘ . Having done lots of research I've found that gluten (wheat, barley & rye) can be causes of all my symptoms πŸ€” As I'm all for trying the natural route these days (no longer taking prescription meds since almost two months), have tried all other routes & I'm taking all the supplements I can I've decided to go gluten free for 30 days to see if this helps sort these issues once & for all!! Starting tomorrow 29/05/17. I believe I could have what's called 'Gluten sensitivity.' . All said I have made so many positive changes but I want to be the very best version of myself I can be. So its a month of nothing but self love & care.
