Been thinking about Justice for All because of Wildfey so I was rewatching the grumps play it who had some (Fair) complaints, some of which I think the anime did a good job of fixing. But there are some issues/weirdness to the game for sure.

But I also can't forget how Shu Takumi had 3 and 1/2 months to write the entire flipping game. He said when you broke it down that "meant that I only had one week to sketch out the plot and tricks for each episode.”

Also we were supposed to get 5 cases. We might have had some emotional closure for Franziska. Can you imagine???

So those cases have some issues. But consider the following:

"When Takumi did finish his script at the end of two-and-a-half months, it amounted to 1,500 pages"

Anyone who cranks out 750 pages a month of comprehensible story line deserves a fucking award. And a LONG vacation. What the hell capcom.

Can I just say, I think the whole reason AAA even got green lite was because of Billy/Wiccan, that it was a story to set up the young avengers

AAA was probably tweaked after MoM fell on its face, but the end goal was always billy/wiccan.

I had highly specific dialog and scene ideas in my head for the 5th re-write of the virtual ground pilot and they have dissappeared during my commute home from work ahahahahahahaAAAAAAAA

It's the most painfull experience re-working everything but I am already happier with the new outline, the setup and how it gets the two MC's interacting and how it delivers information to the audience. Some scenes are being butchered and re-worked into new ones, and overall I think this was the right choice. I hope. I think it has a stronger, faster start and has a better direction for delivering what's actually important and most critically; hopefully is a little less confusing with the whole parrallel reality shit.

30. What piece of yours do you think is underrated

I'm curious!

Honestly? I can’t think of a single drawing that hasn’t gotten more engagement than I ever dreamed of on Tumblr. Many of my posts on Instagram were lucky to reach up to eight likes and comments collectively on a perfect day, and my posts on here that include art usually get around 30 notes at the lowest— and that’s just for the first 24 hours!

If I had to choose one, maybe that canvas full of brainstorming doodles of possible monster designs for a creature catcher I’d like to make someday? Ultimately, though, it’s not my best work and I tried to crank it out really fast— I think it did pretty well for what it is and the number of followers I had at the time of posting it. It also performed a lot better here than it did on Instagram! 17 likes is a lot more than 3, hehe.

Really though, I’m still flabbergasted that any piece I post on here gets more than twelve notes in a month before dying off entirely. The more time I spend here the more I realize Instagram is heck on earth for artists trying to get a business of the ground. You guys are angels 😭
