FUEL | Strolling through Costco and came across a Quinoa Kale mix, read ingredients and went home to make so much more for half the cost!! Pair with grilled chicken, for slamming lunch combo!! 😋 FYI: The ingredients below were enough for lunch every week. PREP TIME: 5min INGREDIENTS: - 3 cups Shredded Kale - 4-5 cups cooked rainbow quinoa (2 cups uncooked) - 1/2 diced yellow onion - 4 minced garlic gloves - olive oil - balsamic vinegar HOW TO: 1) Sauté onions, and garlic in olive oil until onions become slightly translucent 2) Add kale and mix to entirely coat with mixture. Stir and let simmer for about 2-3 minutes 3) Add cooked quinoa and mix. Let mixture simmer and sit for 8-10min OPTION👉Drizzle with balsamic vinegar! POW-POW! Eat up!! ------------------------------------------- COMBUSTIBLE | Paseando por Costco y me encontré con una mezcla quinua Kale, leer los ingredientes y se fueron a casa de hacer mucho más de la mitad del costo !! Combínalo con pollo a la parrilla, para golpear el almuerzo combo !! 😋 FYI: Los siguientes ingredientes fueron suficientes para el almuerzo cada semana. TIEMPO DE PREPARACIÓN: 5 minutos INGREDIENTES: - 3 tazas destrozado Kale - 4-5 tazas de quinua cocida arco iris (2 tazas sin cocinar) - Medio en dados la cebolla amarilla - 4 dientes de ajo picados - aceite de oliva - vinagre balsámico CÓMO: 1) Saltear la cebolla y el ajo en aceite de oliva hasta que las cebollas se vuelven ligeramente translúcida 2) Añadir la col rizada y mezclar hasta su totalidad capa con la mezcla. Revuelva y cocine a fuego lento durante unos 2-3 minutos 3) Añadir la quinua cocida y mezclar. Deja que la mezcla hierva a fuego lento y sentarse durante 8-10 minutos OPTION👉Drizzle con vinagre balsámico!
