Alastor the dapper dude.

So, as mentioned before we're going to discuss Alastor's design. Starting with his current and old variants.

Now as you may have noticed, Alastor does not really represent his time period.

When observing his current design, it's out of place for a sinner from the 1930's.

Alastor's older designs;however, have some connection to 1930's fashion though it is loosely referenced because of stylistic choices. (Which is fine.)

now let's reference a very prominent figure from the 1930's.

Cab Calloway, would be a good reference for alastor's behavioral and physical characteristics, because he's dapper and has a passion for both signing and dancing during his performances.(Such as Minnie the moocher live performance.)

Also Alastor could wear these hairstyles and outfits.

Yeah, Al could have looked dapper.As he wears tailored suits, and he seems to care about preserving his appearance from his time period.( This is seen when Sir Pentious rips a part of Alastor's suit when confronted by him.)

Definition of Dapper : Neat in one's appearance.
