Ma 2ème participation au concours de dessin Radiant de Ankama Editions et Clip Studio Paint.

Thème : Crée ton sorcier.

J'ai créé ma sorcière Cookine pour l'univers de Radiant en 2017 déjà, et elle n'a presque pas pris une ride xD

Auto-proclamée "Wizartiste", Cookine est une sorcière qui préfère utiliser sa magie et son imagination pour s'exprimer et émerveiller que pour se battre. Cela ne signifie pas pour autant qu'elle est sans défense, surtout en compagnie de son Labragold Titan. Tous les deux voyagent pour donner des spectacles là où la magie et les sorciers ne sont pas mal perçus. Ce qui fait hélas assez peu de coins du Pharénos.

Pour manipuler le Fantasia, Cookine utilise ses carnets et surtout son stylo baguette. Une fois qu'elle a rempli une page avec un croquis, elle utilise sa baguette pour que le Fantasia prenne la forme dessinée sur le papier (semblable à celui d'un parchemin).

Son infection se manifeste par une bouche à l'air "démoniaque" placée à l'arrière de sa tête. Lorsque Cookine est rongée par le doute et autres sentiments négatifs, cette bouche les renforce avec des paroles blessantes qu'elle seule peut entendre.

Pour être tout à fait honnête, j'ai hésité à participer à ce thème là, je n'étais pas sûre de moi. Mais comme j'ai créé Cookine il y a des années (je l'ai même demandée à Tony une fois en dédicace), je m'en serais voulue de ne pas lui laisser au moins une chance.

I hadn't drawn Fernand in a long time but trust me : it is not a good thing that he is in the spotlight once again because boy oh boy is he going to dislike it.

Now this drawing ? It may seem like a bad event for Fernand, but he always looks kind of dead inside. He isn't, but he looks like it. This ? This is just a regular Tuesday. He has a lot of nosebleeds, either from accidentally walking into a door frame or from dropping something on his face. It happens. Now the thing is, he is kind of nervous, right ? That drawing would sort of take place before the celebration and meeting of generals in act 3 and our boy Fern' doesn't really want to fall face flat on the ground in front of people he admires and would give his life for. He doesn't want to look like some tall, frail idiot who breaks bones every month.

He doesn't know it yet but falling or walking into a pole or even just, having nosebleeds during the event and in front of the generals and marshal isn't going to be the worst thing about that night.

But more in another drawing I guess ? I'm preparing the terrain for book 18 hehe

Edit : "Why doesn't he have a shirt ?" He took it off to prevent more stains and also I was lazy

Pinterest striked back again, and the inspiration pose I saw made me finally draw properly something of my trio from pre-BBS timeline 😭 I didn't have any full illustration with the babies together yet. Idk if I'm proud of it but still I gently hold them 😔💜

A few seasons of lovers...

My winter eladrin Gibbon du Hemlock shifts seasons to pursue different fake romances with wealthy people to con them out of their riches. He's horrible! :) Basically, if you're rich, he'll give romancing you + swindling you a shot. Revathi is a princess with a powerful connection to an Archfey. Marrying into the family would secure Gibbon a connection of his own and he'd have the power to create gold and all sorts of other things.

Hernando is a runaway prince who is close to death due to a magical sickness that is slowly corrupting his heart. Not long to wait for that one! Neither of those end up working out, sadly...BUT!

The very last one, a rich vampire named Domokos, turns out to be his well-earned karma by proving himself to be a life-long clinger whose murderousness and obsessiveness makes Gibbon's own insanity seem sane by comparison. They get married after Domokos turns Gibbon into a vampire to force their vows to truly be eternal. Good for them!
