Listen I'm not crazy but everything I'm about to say is going to sound insane...

He growls at his brothers after he had successfully brought his human to the chapter ship. He hears their words and the way his human's heart is racing. She's trembling in his arms. He doesn't hesitate to pull rank on his brothers, ordering them away as he makes his way to his quarters.

He guides his human along, careful to keep her away from the servitors that they pass by. He sighs in relief once he gets his human in his quarters, heart aching at how she's still trembling and visibly pale. It doesn't take long for him to get her all wrapped up on his bed. Searching drawers for some sort of snack she might eat, getting a cup of water for her.

Only for her to refuse both.

Did she contract some kind of illness? She normally never turns down food or drink, what's wrong? Maybe it was the battlefield full of corpses he had to walk her through? He sighs, his human is a sensitive soul, even more so than any of the serfs. Of course she would be so affected by all the death.

He doesn't have long however, his Chapter Master soon contacting him through private vox. He knows he has to answer and hope that his answers would be satisfactory. Yet his human is still here, disorientated and very much distressed...

He opens his door to find his two Lieutenants right there. He doesn't have time to properly explain to them but he knows he can trust them to do as he says. Pulling both into his room, he makes it very clear to them that he needs, needs, them to help him watch over the human that's currently a shivering lump on his bed and wrapped up in his blanket. Yes he knows his actions are odd and he doesn't quite seem himself. No he isn't possessed or anything like that, just trust him on this please, he'll explain after he's done speaking to the Chapter Master and the others.

if that story is true and Moffat wrote the Doctor's Wife, why wouldn't he just give himself credit?

He didn't write the Doctor's Wife, exactly; it /is/ a work by Gaiman, it's just that Moffat is rumored to have done some pretty heavy rewrites which likely should have warranted a cowriting credit.

Quite honestly this is normal, pretty much any given episode you see is going to have a ton of input from the showrunner (yes, even the ones they said they didn't edit at all), and it's (to my knowledge) up to them if they feel that warrants a cowriting credit. If true, I'm sure Gaiman being a guest writer who's name would undoubtedly draw viewers was certainly a big factor in Moffat leaving himself uncredited; "co written by Neil Gaiman" is just not a good look for marketing.

(The only reason it's notable here is because Gaiman later came off as a bit unprofessional and vindictive toward the production over his second episode (which was very poorly received), usually describing it along the lines of him having wrote a great script he was very proud of and the people working on Doctor Who not understanding his vision or not giving him as much creative control. So "actually, it seems very likely that he had a lot of creative control on the bad one and a lot of rewrites and guidance on the good one" is just a funny little counter to it all.)

"Instead of advising him he'd been defensive" is a REALLY INTERESTING way to phrase "got so offended at the suggestion to stop murdering women for their land that he shoved his son's face in a festering wound and told him to leave him to get eaten by maggots."

I wonder how they'd spell something like, "walked through a patch of thorns so that his son would be in physical pain and then belittled him for finding an alternate route because he wanted him to suffer" and "lied directly to his face about why he abandoned him when he realized the child could be useful"

Biannually.

The first time, it was just something Danny wanted to try, but realised he actually enjoys it quite a bit. Vlad's just happy making Danny happy. The problem lies in that, while Vlad doesn't really care either way, Plasmius very much does.

As I've explained, due to past trauma, Plasmius interprets all bottoming as rape, whether or not Vlad consented to being the bottom. It does put any sex he has as the bottom in a bit of a grey area, consensually, since only half of him is consenting. The Ghost half most definitely is not.

So Danny gets to top twice a year; on his birthday, and on Christmas.

But Plasmius gets stand-offish with him for a week every time regardless of why. Danny has a few scars from the early stages of their relationship because of this.
