Headcanon #500:

Mind is afraid that when he distances himself from or above the others, that he will be too far gone to come back down. That when his paranoia gets the best of him, he'll shut everyone else out and then be completely alone with no way back to where he was before.

Heart is afraid that if Mind is right, with the idea that what he does isn't genuine, that he's being manipulative without realizing it. Then therefore being Whole without himself there is the better option. That he'd be thrown out because his ideas would then be "not worth it" or even "vile"

Soul is afraid that no matter what he does or how good things will be, they'll always eventually split up again or even end up worse. Even then he has no clue what he's supposed to do or be during everything, and so because of that he'll never be whole. Or worse that he'll never really "feel" whole.

Has Luffy run into Dragon after Rocy is born? Has Rocy met her Grandfather or does the deadbeat fathers end with Luffy?

Okay so I’m conflicted here. In canon dragon is Bad Dad a million percent and from those opinions are where my head is at for family au things. if loof did run into dragon, unless rocy was old enough to intro herself and currently with him, I don’t think he’d even think to mention it lmao. In general luffy n law wouldn’t go around broadcasting that they have a kid because of what happened to Ace (and also I think loof would very much just genuinely be like ‘this is Rosie, she’s nakama’) and since it’s not unusual for kids to be on a pirate ship (a la whitebeard and Roger both) if anyone spots her without context they probably wouldn’t think too hard about it. Spend any time with her next to either of her dads tho and it’s like HMMMM they’re looking AWFULLY RELATED.

ANYWAY the conflict comes from how much I freakin love diminuel’s comics (particularly the stinky baby au lol) and they’ve given me a soft spot for crocodad & dragon. That dragon dad warms my heart and I love him. That kinda dragon dad could stay.

I'm just. Insane over the emotion poured into the live version of AKAA. I didn't expect this song to hit me so hard but Shun Horie really packed it with even more sadness and desperation than the original, and it was the death of me. My favorite part of the song has always been the "mama" section, and the fact that he sounds like he's crying through it??? The two held-out screams at the end????

And the visuals make me equally crazy. The fact that he committed to the blue hair and full outfit makes it really feel like Haruka is there on stage. It really got to me realizing this was his dream come true. He's the center of attention. He's under the spotlight. Finally. He has a huge crowd watching him, looking at him, cheering for him, loving him. He looks so small surrounded by all those people. He looks out to them in disbelief, in pleading.

I don't know man. I'm emotional.
