Struggling against dis-ease is exhausting, and I don’t think that being in constant “fight mode” is conducive to healing. I don’t know how or when my journey will end. None of us do. I don’t know if my body will completely heal or not (however I’ve had a strong hunch right from the beginning that it will, so I continue to focus on that). But, what I do know is that I’m committed to honouring the blessing of this life and this body for as long as I have it for.
