listen. they do an episode where they're all sucked into Cinderella and they make the trans teddy bear Cinderella. Incredible story writing, 10/10, no notes.
Mofurdella is even plot relevant, that episode is how they get the Rainbow Carriage for their group attack
anyway MOFURDELLA FIRST CINDERELLA PRECURE EPISODE TO GET ONE MOFURILLION VOTES
The one where Danny is perfect balance. He only has ecto levels when transformed. And doesn’t have any human dna as phantom.
Useful for hiding.
Bad when the anti ecto acts pass and the Giw begin to collect any contaminated citizen. Bigger problem when Danny is the only amity Parker not contaminated.
The GIW had announced they will begin decontamination on the citizens. Danny was held for a while but never showed any signs of contamination.
This leading to Danny being placed in the custody of some unsuspecting outsider.
It’s definitely a coincidence that the new city Danny has been forcefully moved to suddenly has the appearance of phantom. The GIW most wanted.
Definitely not a cause for concern when phantom starts hunting down villians and heros alike trying to convince anyone the GIW is conducting experiments on the contaminated. Not trying to cleanse them like they claimed.
My kingdom for more fancontent with Ruin, especially post-Thanos snap.
Like! Authors were barely using him before, maybe a few fics with him shipped with Solar-- and then the Thanos snapping happened and now there's NOTHING (okay there's not nothing, but at the time of writing this, there are about twoish ongoing fics focused on him and a handful of others where he's a participating character)
AND LIKE. THAT'S SUCH A SHAME??? Ruin went from "alright youre kind of boring as an antagonist" to "I guess you're cute now that you're cured" to EXTREMELY interesting.
He's a villain that isn't an antagonist! He takes Sun's hero complex and Moon's martyr complex to the extreme! The only goal he had was to get rid of the threat offered by the creators, in a permanent and complete way-- and nothing else. He holds no ill will towards anyone else--hell, he's so willing to work with people that he doesn't personally like that it keeps throwing him off when others don't think the same way (like showing up to ask for Moon's help and getting tossed into baby jail and strangled instead).
He doesn't like causing harm. He made certain to stress that the whole dimensional evaporation thing wasn't painful, and he despises Dark Sun for being a sadist. He did his best to sabatogue Bloodmoon’s plan and minimize the damage to Earth.
He's desperate to be helpful and useful to others-- even if they keep taking from him without his consent, he still keeps volunteering. He also has a hilarious response of being belligerent when annoyed with someone, like pretending not to know about the wither shard.
He's exceptionally traumatized. Can you imagine what it was like running around for 50 years pretending you're infected, all the while watching the mental and physical deterioration of everyone you know-- and knowing it's YOUR fault they're like this? And it was the person who MADE you, your actual literal Creator, who first started the infection?
And he has no hope. Everything Ruin has done since Thanos snapping the dimensions has been a kind of filler for him, because he expects to die soon. Actually he's lived longer than I think he expected and didn't really know what to do with himself for a while in there. When/if Dark Sun or Nexus feeds him to the witherstorm, I'll be surprised if he tries to fight back.
Also he keeps getting kidnapped and imprisoned, which is kind of funny. I think we're up to 4 kidnappings, 2 jailbreaks, and 4 imprisonments.
Just like... he's a fascinating guy with strong personal motives, and a much more agreeable personality than our other strongly motivated ex-antagonist, Eclipse. There's a lot of potential to work with, and how to get him out of the hole he's dug himself into. Overcoming the whole "I erased 5000 dimensions, including one that your family member came from, and also indirectly caused a different family member to leave" is just one of the challenges!
I know it's not an issue of "but he's hurt/killed one of the other characters!" Because -points at Blood Moon and Eclipse-. Both (all five? six?) have killed other main characters and been antagonists, and it hasn't stopped folks from writing them. Hell, Eclipse killed his own estranged brother for no reason other than petty revenge, and folks still somehow make it work.
So yeah idk. I think Ruin is really interesting and deserves a bit more attention.
A–Aventio TGCF idea?? Wherein Civil God Veritas Ratio meets the infamous Ghost King Aventurine during his first mission cuz cuz like— The "live for me" paralels?!? The one who has all the luck partner as well?!? The villain who was actually not the Villain this whole time!?!? The loving humanity a little too much it causes the downfall of a god?!?!?!?
Summary:After both Newt and you get the flare you make a life ending decision together.
It was the worst thing to happen to anyone. I had caught the flare along with Newt. Despite Thomas trying his best two people, almost half dead, and going insane, was a lot to handle. He had to drop us on the ground.
"I don't think I can do this anymore,"I panted, laying still in front of the WCKD building.
"You'll both be fine. They're getting the cure. You'll be fine,"Thomas tried to assure this.
"Don't make promises you can't keep,"Newt murmured, his body almost completely limp next to mine. I felt like my heart had stopped beating, like something was hitting my head over and over, as I felt myself freeze. I couldn't move.
This was for the best because once those lights came on everything inside me seemed to cloud over. I had one thought on my mind. Somebody needs to suffer.
I turned my head to see a stranger glaring at me, with black eyes, and black drool. He looked just as ready to kill so I had to get to him first.
I lunged at him and knocked him to the ground. He scratched at me, his nails drawing blood. This stranger was a threat.
"No! No!"Someone screamed, trying to pull me off. I threw that person to the ground. They hit it with a thud before lying motionless.
I went over to see who it was when I realized something. Thomas. I had just killed Thomas. At least, I thought so until I saw his chest moved. I didn't kill him. I caused him pain.
"Tommy?"Newt asked, kneeling next to me. I looked over a him. He didn't have much time left either.
"I'm sorry Thomas,"I whispered, closing my eyes. I pulled a gun from my pocket and looked at Newt. He nodded as his eyes filled with tears.
We couldn't live like this though. This wasn't even living, and we knew our friends wouldn't make it to save us.
He pulled his own gun out and held against his head. We just stared at each other.
"I love you Newt,"I said for what could be the last time.
"I love you too. I'll see you in the other side,"He whispered.
"Yeah. If we get there I'll find you,"I promised. He nodded before closing his eyes. I did the same before pulling the trigger.
If only we had waited just one more minute. Then, Brenda would have given us the cure.
Jayce is fascinating because he thinks he’s the hero. And in another show he would be. But I’m not confident Arcane fully thinks he is.
He is trying to do the right thing but keeps stepping in situations he doesn’t understand, thinking they’re straightforward when they’re not.
He demanded Silco hand over Jinx for Zaun’s independence, thinking he was asking a drug lord to turn in his unstable and violent lieutenant, not realizing the ultimatum he gave Silco was “your daughter’s life or your city’s freedom.” No wonder Silco reacted badly!
He balked at killing a Zaunite child himself with his own hands. No wonder Vi taunted him and lost faith in him, saying, oh, now you’re precious about killing Zaunite children? When you have to see them die?
In frustration and anger, he said to Viktor’s face that Zaun residents were dangerous and violent, and only seemed a little embarrassed when Viktor reminded him sharply, “I’m from Zaun.” No wonder Viktor didn’t trust him with his shimmer plan—the reminder that Jayce saw him as one of the Good Ones, or maybe was only able to love and respect him if Jayce conveniently forgot that he was a Zaunite too. No wonder Viktor tried to do his dangerous medical experiments alone, only willing to tell Jayce after he was sure it worked and his actions could be justified. Because Viktor didn’t trust Jayce to back him up, to see him as a person worth respecting if he tried to use shimmer in his efforts to save his own life. (His professor, and the Council, sure don’t even want him to use hextech for that!) But Jayce didn’t give Viktor a reason to trust him with this: A Zaunite drug, smuggled across the bridge by a Zaunite. (Another untrustworthy, dangerous Zaunite, because that’s what those people are.) No wonder Viktor tried to do it all alone, and didn’t ask Jayce to be there to help him or watch out for him or support him or double-check his work or keep people out of the lab while he was experimenting. No wonder Sky walked in on him alone in a risky experiment she didn’t understand and didn’t have any way to know was going on, with no one to be able to tell her what was going on and to stay away, and died because of it.
Jayce is truly trying to do what is right… but he has a hard time getting out of his own head, and it ends up sabotaging the progress he believes in so strongly.
i'm absolutely exhausted and i still need to unpack so many things and i still need to buy a proper desk and restock my groceries & supplies and a do a whole lot of other things BUT i'm hoping to get settled in soon so i can get back to the creative endeavors™️✨

While re-watching LR (as usual), I noticed something; Sun-Jae seems to be wearing the same grey turtleneck sweater in two starkly different scenes:
When he came across a stranded Sol on the bridge after his concert.
When he reunited with Sol after recovering all his memories.
The contrast between these two scenes is a sight to behold; in the first, his eyes are filled with such raw longing, regret and pain. All he can do is watch from afar and make sure Sol reaches home safely, unaware of just how much she means to him.
The sweet girl who'd smiled at him and shown him kindness, the one he'd never forgotten. She'd forgotten him. But she would never know. He would never tell her. How could he? How dare he, after he'd failed to save her?
In the second, his eyes twinkle playfully; his gaze is one of wonder, joy, affection. All for that same sweet girl. The one who loved him, who'd jumped through time and space to save him. Who'd erased herself from his life to protect him. The one he'd never truly forgotten, never stopped loving.
Although he might still remember the pain of the first, darkest timeline, those wounds do not hurt as much now; he has newer, happier memories to ease the sting of the old ones. Intimate, precious memories of being with Sol. She was here, she was safe. They'd never be apart again. They could finally be happy. Together.
Any story that leaves its viewers reflecting about its themes, characters and parallels long after it has concluded is truly special. And 'Lovely Runner' is a genuinely lovely, precious, life-changing one.
I just have a lot of feelings about this show, alright? <3
But yes. It’s normal for an animal to develop if they were aspirated during their infantile stage, such as is true for calves when they contract pneumonia. It’s a condition you will literally never know about until a cow dies suddenly. It cannot be predicted or prevented beyond shrugging and hoping an animal you buy has never had pneumonia.
How about you stop trying to capitalize on a tragedy to push your agenda, you miserable demon.
