My brother has some another level of luck.
Okay so. I was pulling Citali in genshin(lost 50/50 to Qiqi(pity 74)) and my brother was pulling for Mavuika.
He got her at 50 pity. Lucky? Yes, but let me finish.
He wanted to also get her weapon. He got Citali's 5* weapon in FIRST ten pulls. And THEN IN NEXT twenty got Mavuika's one.
Now I have to farm and he makes fun of my sh¡tty luck😿

Being a batfam fan is funny because people will make a post like “here’s my headcanon-“ and it’s just something that’s directly canon to the story then post about major canon events and get everything wrong.
#this post was inspired by me remembering the experience of reading death in the family#after only knowing the fanbase version and realizing oh none of that shit happened okay#like girl you don’t understand it’s so bad#Jason wasn’t even fired as Robin#He’s not accused of murdering anyone by Bruce#He’s not trying to prove himself at all he’s just looking for his mom#The reason Bruce didn’t go after him right away is because he was tracking down a goddamn nuke the Joker stole#Then after he finds it and handles the problem he helps Jason track down moms 2 and 3#Also Jason died in like 20 minutes?? even less??#He died in less time than it took his mother to smoke a cigarette#Bruce literally went ‘wait here I’ll be right back’ and was gone for less time than a trip to the grocery store#and then you go into the Jason Todd tag and they act like Bruce pulled the damn trigger on him#Like besties I don’t know how to tell you this he basically did everything right he possibly could have#Even him benching Jason from Robin temporarily happens so that he can get Jason into therapy about his trauma#Like the whole point is that neither of them did anything wrong bad shit just sometimes happens#That’s the tragedy. #icemav#top gun edit#ice is a FASCINATING one to watch post-hop 31 imo because while yes‚ obviously‚ the focus is on maverick and his grief and devastation#ice is there the whole time in the background‚ watching. and he's visibly disturbed by what he's seeing. because yeah -#he and mav had a rivalry going and yeah he called maverick dangerous and reckless to his face and he stands by that - he does.#but the problem is that this time - this one fluke freak accident of a time - it wasn't maverick's fault at all.#an unrecoverable flat spin brought on by a compressor stall from ice's jetwash isn't something that maverick could've outflown#by sticking to textbook maneuvers. it was just shit luck and shitty circumstances aligning to create a tragic mishap.#but now - now ice can see the way maverick is unraveling in the aftermath#and i'd bet that on some level it terrifies him to see that.#he's used to seeing maverick with all that brash cocky confidence with the moves to back it up.#he's maybe even had a bit of fun jockeying against that. not that he'd admit that out loud. (yet)#but maverick's spiraling now - a hollowed out shell of his former self - leaking grief and self-doubt and despair everywhere he goes#and it actually hurts to look at for ice‚ seeing maverick like this. seeing how much maverick really REALLY fucking cared under that facade#and wondering if maverick is finally taking the stuff ice said to him to heart‚ but applying it all wrong.#so he watches maverick and eventually that concern builds to a point where he tries to offer an olive branch in the locker room#you can SEE how carefully he gathers himself - how much he's holding back - he doesn't want to say the wrong thing to maverick NOW#he doesn't want to make this worse than it already is. so it comes out stilted. it's earnest - but restrained. he can't find his footing.#he doesn't know where he and maverick stand now but he's sorry - that goose is gone‚ that maverick's going through this‚#that he doesn't know how to help or what to say‚ and - crucially - for his own part in this.#but he wants mav to stick around and push through this. even though he's dangerous. even though he's reckless. ice wants him to beat this.#so when maverick shows up to graduation‚ ice is encouraged. and he's a little warmer. maverick really might pull through.#but then‚ all too soon‚ it's ice's life on the line in maverick's hands. and it scares the shit out of him because maverick's not ready#and now ice - and slider - are going to have to pay the price for that.#and then‚ against all odds‚ maverick pushes through. he comes back for them. he comes back for ice.#and after that...well.#after that‚ ice does know what to say: a vow.#my amvs#linds original

Yeah, so while I was on my "I'm going to read into Vanny/Vanessa as much as possible" journey, I noticed an odd quirk in her animations in how she moves. At first, I thought it reminded me of a ballerina, 'cause she's kinda tip-toeing, & she has this way of keeping her head & chest in one place as she moves, but I looked again & realized --
That's not ballet! She's doing a tight-rope act. Like, look at this one:
This is like standing up on the wooden boards before you do the actual tight-rope walking, & the ring leader is hyping you up as you do some fun movement for the crowds. &, then, these:
These are all instances where she walks with one foot directly in front of the other. In that third, she's doing the "woaaah" wiggly-ass balance movements & everything, as if she's swaying up at the top of the tent, even though she's down on solid ground.
Idk, I feel like the way her feet are placed isn't accurate (pretty sure they should be pointed left & right, not both forwards...) doesn't make this 100% correct, but I like it. It also connects back with her first SB teaser, wherein she's up in the rafters.

Thinking about how (almost) every kid wanted to be the chosen one for the Hell Prophecy, and Taylor’s anime opening bit in the first episode. Tried picking out who what the MC of what genre but it was really hard as someone who usually does not consider genre ^^;

#whenever my meds kick in it feels like im gonna piss myself. not literally but its really really feels like it#and now whenever that happens my mind goes back to pancho (grandmas dog) at a xmas party years ago#bc he peed when we arrived bc he was so excited to see ppl and my cousin had to clean it up :o)#well for better or for worse i know that feeling now when im pumped on 20mg of adderall#im still getting used to this whole diagnosis thing cause ive gone untreated and undiagnosed for the longest time. so theres probably a lot#i still dont know and have to learn to get myself to be.. functional on my own? self managing????#i even set up reminders on my phone for work periods meals and stuff. but the problem is actually getting myself to stick to that to a T#because the minute i slack off or something gets in the way it throws it all off until i can be bothered to get back on track. it sucks#at least ive built up other habits like writing notes and setting alarms ahead of time.. but i feel like i could do better#its always hard to change something if youve been doing it wrong for the longest time. especially behaviour and thinking patterns. sigh#in other news my glasses bailed on me so i have to get a new pair sometime. i just realized i never draw my sona with glasses but thats#mostly bc i forget. id love to get some browline glasses like my old pair but im picky and its hard to find one id like for the next 5 year#i also finally managed to collect all the fish in my animal crossing file!!! pulled out a char last week and boom now i have a poster :o)#THAT was a moment where i almost peed myself for real. id love to get all the bugs but i cant stay up late on the switch :o(#yapping#my art#myart#doodles#personal#diary

i regularly get tags in my boba fett posts that say something along the lines of "#he needs a hug" so i'd like to pose a question to my fett fan followers:
assuming it came from someone he genuinely likes and cares about (think beviin or mirta), how do you think boba would react to someone hugging him?
#boba fett#(i'm excluding sintas here bc i think his reaction might be different given their romantic history)#here's my personal take:#first reaction to someone coming in for a hug is confusion; why is this person getting so close? are they injured? does he need to move?#hug makes contact. confusion continues.#at some point: realization hits. he is being hugged.#freeze. bluescreen. completely unmoving for duration of contact.#person pulls back. after several seconds‚ brain comes back online. silent alarm bells begin to ring.#why did they hug him?? did something terrible happen? IS something terrible about to happen?!#cannot compute that they've hugged him out of affection/care. it has to be because something somewhere has gone horribly wrong.#at some point might actually ask if something has gone wrong. is unlikely to believe them if they answer no.#spends way too long finding excuses to hang around that person (more than he already does anyway) hoping they'll tell him what's wrong#i'm talking days if not weeks here#at some point: is forced to accept that nothing is wrong and that this person just HUGGED him for... incomprehensible reasons!!!#complete 180. isolation time. still lowkey waiting for something awful to happen.#let's assume it doesn't. at some point‚ reemerges from isolation and tries to carry on like nothing happened#(secretly thinks about the hug for the rest of his life)#and if they hug him again? well brother i think he just dies#(i'm jk but these tags are already too long lol)

"Magician" Lexie Liu. Cunty electropop. Perfect motivator in a work out playlist or, well, great for a magic girl AMV, lmfao.
"What a Feeling" One Direction. Pop perfection. Argue with a wall if you disagree.
"Bloodsport" Raleigh Ritchie. Again, just what a perfect song for editing footage together in your head. Also, he sounds so beautiful here. Sometimes, he can get a bit cheesy but here it's perfect. Special mention that doesn't count towards the 13 songs, "Time in a Tree."
"Better off Alone" Alice Deejay. BEST DANCE SONG OF ALL TIME
"Dogfight" M.O.V.E. High octane, eurobeat infused J-Rock song for a racing show. It feels like injecting GOTTA GO FAST into your bloodstream
The entirety of the album Details by Frou Frou feels like dancing in the clouds, the dew drops of the sky dripping down your face in grief and love and hope. feeling really mournful over the files i lost when my computer died. all the stuff from the past year-- some of the best and coolest and most important art i've ever made-- is gone. a lot of them are on the internet but it's not the same
#theres a small chance i could save it but i dont really have my hopes up#ive tried everything i personally feel capable of and im at a point where the only way its happening is if i take the hard drive somewhere#but theres clearly something wrong with it#so idk if theyd be able to do anything for me#i keep getting really upset when i want to pull up a file i made just this summer and i fucking cant#i have to pray i can find it on discord or something and im upset about it#both of the big zines i worked on are gone too i dont have ANY of that artwork#the only surviving copy of anything from unicorn dysphoria is a pdf i just so happened to put on google drive#sigh.#woofbarkmeow
