That side of the business that we don't talk about...

With the truth about P. Diddy coming out via multiple court proceedings, I take a long-needed deep breath. He is simply one of many in the Western music and entertainment industry that have done a lot of harm, to many. So many.... I hope he gets life behind bars, and they throw away the key.

Part of my concern about the Members getting involved at deeper levels in the Western side of the business is that I know that there are people like P. Diddy who would eventually become a problem. In particular, I was deeply concerned for Jungkook, as he was so driven to succeed in the West. That drive for success can lead down a very dark path, especially for those who have no idea what it is.

10 years ago I didn't know what I know now, about what goes on behind closed doors in Hollywood and in the music industry here in the US. Now, my eyes are wide open. Once they are open, they never ever close again.

As I have mentioned before, the gift of military service at this particular time in the Member's journey is huge. Each of them had been stepping more into the energies of the West, and in particular in a direction that could be not so good, long term. My biggest concern was that Balenciaga was going to get a firm hold on Jungkook. At least that didn't happen.

When navigating in an industry that is based on foreign land, where a language spoken is not fully understood, it is easy to misinterpret and to not understand fully some of the dynamics and things that go on. I'm not saying that the members are naive, just that it isn't easy to totally understand situations when they are so different, and social situations that are seemingly normal(because famous people are involved) yet highly unusual. Even with someone translating, much can be misunderstood. That can lead a person to saying "yes" to attending an after-party or gathering that can be a place where dark things occur that never see the light of day. Add in alcohol and other substances that affect one's ability to think clearly and it is a situation that can lead in a catastrophic direction.

Once someone like a P. Diddy or Harvey Weinstein get ahold of someone, it changes their lives forever. Even if they escape, it still is a difficult path, afterwards. Just ask any of the very famous people who have been abused by or succomed to people like them.

Getting back to the Members here, I am really glad that they have this time away from the world of music, performance, and all of the insanity that is also a part of the industry. In a way, this is like a re-set for the guys. They have a lot of time to reflect, and to consider where they want their life's Paths to go. Plus while they are in the military, I am continually hoping and praying that the people like Diddy get taken to court, and that they will be removed from their places in society. I hope every pedophille and every evil person out there is caught and sent to prision. Too many innocents have suffered at their hands.

If it were a perfect world, we would never have to think about these things, nor worry that they would have any impact on BTS. It isn't a perfect world, and these are valid concerns.

On the day that I wake up and see the news that people like Diddy(and all who went to Epstein's island) are being sent to prision, then I know that the world is headed in the right direction. I pray for that, every single day.

I also pray for the Protection of the Members, ongoing. That will continue until I inutitively feel it is no longer necessary. Let that day arrive soon. 🙏💜

Danny who has finished school, distances himself more and more from his parents as they slide further into GIW madness, sabotages the portal, sees Vlad also actually getting wary of these government assholes, grows up, and then after a particularly rough fight becomes a Green Lantern. Then says “I do not want to do this anymore” and takes the opportunity immediately to dip and ditch earth and doesn’t at all mind being assigned to one of the far sectors. In fact when he finds out sector reassignment is a thing he requests it right away.

“Only request my aid for earth related things if there is no other option, otherwise I don’t want anything to do with that place anymore”

And both John and Hal are like, “uh, you know what- sure…” basically all Earth Lanterns get Earth fatigue, it’s normal. Though it usually takes some time.

Sadly stuff happens and Danny’s aid is needed, like it’s all Earth Lantern hands on deck, Sojourner is there too n everything.

And the moment things are working out and the situation seems resolved on Earth the GIW with the Fentons pull up and are like “You have eluded us for YEARS, but we knew you would return someday Phantom! this time you will not escape us!”

And Danny is like, “God fucking dammit- ok I have been here for too long, I’m heading back to my sector. And this time I am staying there, Earth be damned”

And like the threat has been contained so the other Green Lanterns follow Danny out into the stratosphere while these government goons are screaming bloody murder up at Phantom.

and Danny is like, “ok fine, I’ll give the tl;dr, so essentially, my existence is considered illegal by the US government and I don’t really want to get caught, experimented on and then terminated because of my biology”

“Are you serious?” “I promise you, I wish I was just making that up.” “And then you decided to just leave?” the ‘are you giving up? are you just letting this injustice stand??’ is unspoken but Danny can hear it. Or he’s just projecting his own hang ups about it all on them, that’s also possible. 

“I mean it has worked for me really well these past few years. if you want to look into it check out the Anti-Ecto Acts. But personally I’m over it, I can just no longer help with Earth that’s it”

I know Spock’s misunderstanding of human things is generally played up, even by Spock himself because he’s a little shit like that, but I like to think there are some things Kirk/McCoy do that he genuinely does not understand.

Like they’re at some sort of carnival/festival and win one of those prize stuffed animals and Spock pretends to think that’s illogical and not understand the point of a worthless trinket but in reality he totally gets wanting to win something for your partner and feels all warm and fuzzy seeing them carry it around all night.

But then he swears, or makes a lewd comment or says something adult and McCoy gasps dramatically and covers the plushie’s ears and is like: “how dare you, Spock?!”

And Spock looks over at Jim all confused, but Jim just nods seriously and is like: “you can’t say something like that in front of Mr. Fluffles.”

And Spock genuinely blue screens.

He’s careful about what he says the rest of the night and when they beam back aboard he finds time to corner Uhura and tries to figure out the best way to ask WTF he did wrong. Uhura gleefully (and between giggles) explains that plushies are “innocent” and should be treated in a similar way as children (with great respect, care and not saying crude/adult things around them.)

does anyone else get so upset when you think about all the things that happened to your f/o... all the things they went through? all the things they haven't healed from? the pain that they may still be enduring? how you can do your best to help them but you can't protect them from everything. so you just love them the ways they needed before, how they deserved. and you see them happy because they finally accept, at least in some ways, that they do deserve it. they deserve love like all beings do

She's known this boy since he was 14 (?) and she's watching him grow up.

She's hung around him for years, day and night.

She's eavesdropped on his conversations, and she was there for all of the aftermath of Alvar's betrayal.

She watched his world fall out from beneath his feet first hand. She heard the whispers that followed him everywhere he went. She watched his shoulders fall.

She probably watched him bake treats for his friends. She probably watched him cry and grieve. She probably dragged him out of his bed and showed him how to work out to get out of his head. She probably reminds him to eat, and to get some vitamin D. She probably listens to him pace his bedroom well into the night. She probably listens to him talk to Mr. Snuggles when he's really overwhelmed and just needs a friend who won't judge him.

She'd die for this little sad, short-tempered baby who has done nothing wrong ever in his entire life. And her heart aches for him. For the way he can be surrounded by people, but still be so lonely.

She probably knows him better than most people just off of observation alone.

honestly while watching the untamed, i was thinking that the censorship didn't really bother me all that much, like sure they changed a few lines moved some things around, but they also added scenes so the trade-off really seemed worth it.

i am now realising that i felt that way just because for 80% of mdzs there wasn't that much to censor, playing with the wording was all they needed to do to meet the requirements. i have now reached that last 20% and the full weight of what the censorship robbed from us is starting to sink in.
