Gyaruo Izuru, because its likely a talent he has.

I LOVE the Gyaru/Gyaruo look, and I feel like Izuru would slay in that style, so here. Tried to go for the 2000s punk aesthetic, but a very specific flavor for the background. He is besties with Junko, as Gyarus are typically friends with other Gyarus.

Some details; Hajime's school pin is his necklace, Chiaki's hairpin and Nagito's skull charm are charms on his phone, he has a bracelet with junko's name on it, his tie is just a black and red ver of Hajime's, and lastly:

his hair canonical grows at an abnormal rate, so keeping it dyed is a Sisyphean task
