I think it’d be funny with in terms of physical dichotomy across the different planets — penacony having the power of harmony, the xianzhou with mara/differing species such as foxians and borisin— Belobog just has their human native-borns just superhuman in terms of endurance. Like those mfs are DURABLE.

Centuries of being considered a “dead planet” to everyone, isolationist and cut off from the star rail just mutated every single belobogian’s genetics across generations to catch up with the numerous calamities they have every weekend and casually turned them into actual BEASTS in terms of trying to knock them down. The ‘weak’ dying off either by the fragmentum or the eternal freeze, whereas the strong have had inherited cold resistance, upped strength and adamantine bones, etc.

For example, when gepard tells the kids in his voicelines that to become a captain (presumably as strong as him) he just says to keep training and eat well, I genuinely believe that’s what he did and he’s just ABLE to smash robots with his bare fist. Like belobogians are just Them.

Honestly? I think it’d affect serval the most. With lynx being so absent and not having the trauma-bond gepard and serval possess via their attempt at raising her separate from their parents — I can see it as serval losing her other half. Her foundation that’s grounded her throughout her upbringing, knowing gepard’s witnessed nearly all that happened to her and knows best how to support her in maintaining her emotions.

Gepard’s got the highest risk factor of the siblings, carrying a career that’s notorious for dying young. I’d see Lynx distancing herself further from the family, but I can’t say how hard it’d hit for Serval knowing her only source of support would be gone. Despite Gep’s stubbornness to admit, him and Serval are deffo close and perhaps eachother’s rock. While she’s got more fire, he knows to take a step back and drag her backwards when she needs it.
