Color Code Cross Guild and make sure the three didn't have same Theme Colors#Like Mihawk's dark magenta got switched out for yellow for some god forsaken reason#And I can only imagine that's because Buggy is already themed with the color red (not just the nose but his outfit too)#And the color red is lowkey representative of the main leadership position in OP#(Saw a post the other day about how Luffy wears red when he's the captain of his ship)#(But when he abandons his duties as a captain to go save Ace he wears yellow in Marineford)#(And yellow is the color he's associated with as one of the ASL brothers. So he goes save Ace not as a captain but as a brother)#IDK why they picked YELLOW for Mihawk of all fucking colors but my point is#If they wanted to do the main Primary Colors for Cross Guild then I GUESS making Crocodile's vest blue makes sense#And I guess going magenta -> yellow and green -> blue makes the most sense???#But yeah considdering green is ARGUABLY Crocodile's theme color I think it would've made more sense if they had kept it#(Like yes he wears that orange vest + blue in his Alabasta outfit and Marineford is like. * went out shopping today and wound up (impulse-)buying a 24 set of colored pencils from decotime ... so i compared them to my usual supplies (bic circus colored pencils + an unknown brand red pencil)

Still trying different things for my Red fandragon
#the brightest one - upper left - is closest to I actually draw his hair#but balancing that hair with his tunic/undershirt is hard enough when I have the entire RGB color space to choose from#it might be too much to ask from the more limited FR color wheel#I feel like its easier to get the colors harmonious in the ones with lower saturation#buuuut my other FS dragons are all pretty high-saturation and I don't want him to look out of place amongst them#I do like the fact that lower left has his primary color as Cinnamon - I've named that scry “Cinnamon Roll Red” ^_^#currently leaning toward the one in the upper right as a good balance between saturation and color harmony#flight rising#kae plays flight rising#everything is four swords#red link
